I highly recommend bringing your car to J and N auto for all your car repairs, Joe and the guys in the shop are awesome! Joe has worked with me to get my car back on the road safely and he s very reasonably in price and easy to get along with, explains everything before he does it. I ll definitely be coming back when I need more work done. Thank you so much Joe and all the guys in the shop I m so glad to have my car back!!!!

Went in for an oil change, and they noticed some other issues with my brakes. They helped me get right and back on the road in no time. They also allowed me to do a split payment so I wouldn't break the bank! They're a great mechanic shop to work with, and I 100% recommend them!

J & N, auto care shop is outstanding. The labor fees are reasonable. The work manship is great, and he gets your car back to you the same day. He has done serval repairs for me and was very satisfied. I found my trusted car repair shop here in Culpeper.

We are originally from Michigan, currently moved to Virginia. On the way down my car started to act up, and not know anytime in the area we headed to J&N Auto! They took a look at my vehicle and told us everything we needed to know with no complaints. They really did an excellent job and the customer service was amazing! I would not hesitate to head back if I ever need service again or a vehicle looked over!

These people are simply amazing! I drive a car that can be a pain in the butt to work on at times, (Subaru STi) and was welcomed with open arms in regards to what I needed to be done. My car came back driving better than it ever has! The process was fully transparent and they really went out of the way to ensure my satisfaction. I m a lifetime customer now and will be sending all of my family and friends here from now on. If you have a Subaru and want it repaired extremely well without having to deal with the stealerships please give them a try. You WON T be disappointed!!!Services: Transmission, Exhaust

Needed rear brakes and rotors for my Equinox. He was the best price out of 3 shops I checked and had the best availability also. Work was done on time and for the specified price. No suprises!! Would recommend, definitely will return when I need more service done on any of my vehicles.

Joe has been taking care of all my auto repair needs in Culpeper for years. It's great to see that he and Nicole now have their own shop. Joe's a great mechanic and they always go out of their way to provide the best service. I highly recommend J&N Auto Care for Culpeper auto service.

The owners are very personable, as well as professional! I was in desperate need of getting my car repaired, but I have no way of getting back to work, and the owner had no problem and insisted that he was able to drop my car off for me. Never my life has such personal and professional quality service in any establishment! They are fair with pricing and are very honest, and I would highly recommend anyone to use this mechanic shop!

Honest, friendly, efficient and overall excellent customer service. They won t try to charge you for things you don t need, and they are incredibly straightforward with very fair prices. Having moved here about a year ago, I m delighted to have found a reliable and trustworthy place to take my vehicles, whether for something as simple as state inspection, or more complicated vehicle issues. I can't say enough great things about J & N! Joe is always so eager and willing to help. I was having tire trouble and Joe did everything in his power to help get to the bottom of the issue. I appreciate all his and the staffs help and time! Joe is definitely there to resolve car issues for the safety of his customers and continue the reliability of your vehicles, rather than to charge you for unnecessary things. I have been bringing my vehicles to him for years. He is the one I trust & recommend! Thank you for all you help as always!!

My family has known Joe and Nicole for years since he was at Prestige. Can't say that I ever met an honest mechanic in all of my 65 years until I met him. What impressed me once, and why he will always have my business is because I drive only Mercedes, and everyone knows that these parts can be costly. Well, Joe quoted me $1700 for some work. I guess that was to be expected so I gave him the okay to go ahead and do it. When I got back in the afternoon to pick up my car, the bill had dropped down to $900. Apparently he was able to salvage the problem and it didn't have to cost me that much. That is the day that I knew that this guy is a keeper. There is a lot of dishonesty in this business especially when you are a woman. Sad to say. Since then, I recommend J & N to anyone who asks for a mechanic. Replaced water pump,thermostat, hoses, flushed cooling system, & other things. Great, professional service, honest, gave quote & stuck to it. Family run. Quality work & knowledgeable. I'll be using them now for all my repair needs. Joe & Nichole know how to run a business - customer oriented. Also great communication.

J&N Auto is the best in Culpeper. I've used them for almost 2 years now because they are super convenient to my work. They have done great work and helped manage all the little issues with my 12 and 15 year old vehicles. One time car was making funny noise, brought it in and within 5 mins problem was solved (AC drain was backed up) at no expense to me. Another time unable to shift out of park. Tech found bad sensor and replaced it, but a day later same issue resulted. Without asking J&N took care of the issue free of charge, chasing electrical wiring to find a loose wire shorting the a sensor. That's two examples of excellent costumer service, if you ask me. I just want to thank J&N Auto Care for assisting me today. My tire pressure light came on today and a very nice young man (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) came to my rescue. He checked all my tires and made sure they had the right pressure. He was very sweet, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It may be a small thing but not to me. Again thank you

Won't go anywhere else unless I have to. Joe and Nicole will go out of their way to make sure you know what is happening with your vehicle, and let you know the options you have. Trust is big with me, and they have earned mine. They'll earn yours too. As for price, feel free to compare, but I doubt you'll find anything significant enough to warrant switching... I never did.

Joe and Nicole have always taken care of us, one time Joe even spent about 45 minutes with me outside his shop troubleshooting my wifes battery issues! These are two of the best and I can't speak highly enough of them as their service and quality has been amazing over the last 6 years we have been in Culpeper.

There is honestly no better shop within 50 miles. The customer service is amazing and Joe is a really reasonable guy. Will always consider bringing my vehicles there first before anyone else.

Worth the drive from Ruther Glen! They diagnosed and fixed problems our previous mechanic was unable/unwilling to take care of. Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional. It s nice to have a mechanic I can trust!!! Thank you J&N!!!

I operate a small business in Culpeper and use Joe for all my repair work. I've always found him to be honest, and he stands behind his work . I highly recommend him if you're looking for a mechanic that will thoroughly diagnose and repair your mechanical issues, doesn't try to upsell you (for his benefit as opposed to yours ) and does those repairs in a timely manner. On my way through town Joe & Nicole did a wonderful job evaluating my truck. Prices were up front, service was fast but complete, and now I'm back on my way with no fuss.
