Easy to set up appointment and they serviced my car (AC recharge and refrigerant) immediately. MUCH BETTER experience than I've had at the dealership. I definitely recommend Integrity.

June, 2023: I had a great experience with Integrity Automotive. They were efficient and quickly determined the problem with my air conditioner. The estimate quoted was exactly the final cost, and the time to repair was no longer than promised. I recommend them highly for their work8/24/23: My car was not accelerating and having issues. After Integrity Automotive did the diagnostics, the quoted me a price and time that the repairs would be completed. They actually finished a day sooner than expected. I appreciate their professionalism and friendly attitude. Again, I recommend them for their knowledge and work resolving the car s problem.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Update: Integrity owned up to their mistake and I am happy with the resolution. As promised in the review below I am updating the rating.My vehicle battery was left dead after inspection due to the daytime running lights being left on. Went to pick it up on a Sunday and nobody was there to help me jump it. Had to drive back home for jumper cables. I am writing this while my wife is driving us back to integrity to jump it. We do not know if irreparable harm has been done to the battery as you are never supposed to fully drain them. I will update my rating based on how Integrity responds to this situation.

Everyone at Integrity has been great to deal with. They have great customer service, communication, and fair pricing while doing their best to accommodate my schedule. They hold true to their name, being one of the few shops in the area (that I've dealt with) that isn't trying to rip you off.

Made a quick phone call and the receptionist answered on the first ring. I never got her name unfortunately but she was very nice, polite and patient. We scheduled a time and date but beings I work late they allowed me to drop it off before hand. They were also very fast to diagnose the issue and call me immediately after to let me know what they can do and with a fair price. I will definitely be recommending then

They were great! Jonathon was so helpful and kind. He was understanding and called me shortly after our last talk and said he pushed my car on thru to get it done the same day. Excellent place to go for your car needs! Will always go here!

I was told in the morning what time to bring my car in, although it wasn't an appointment because they don't make appointments for inspections. They were able to take car of my shortly after I arrive. The inspection was done quickly. The young woman at the desk seemed to be really efficient at keeping mechanics working on the schedule and working the inspections in.Service: Vehicle Inspection

They got us in timely and kept us up to date on work needed and pricing. The original strut assembly was defective but Philip replaced it without hesitation. The folks at Integrity truly stand by their name. Philip made it all right and did not charge a penny more. Philip and Kara were a pleasure to do business with. Thank you very much. Recently stopped in to receive a State Inspection. This is not the first time I have stopped in on a whim, and I am impressed each time. The staff is so personable and are not trying to upgrade me to services not needed. They are knowledgeable, courteous, professional and I have decided to use them for all services! As always I was very pleased with the service.I was afraid I would miss Kim very much, and I do miss her but Nicole's information about the services my car received and would need in the near future, I am about to reach the 100K mile mark, were precise and detailed and she could explain them to me very well. And as usual, all the information including prices were printed out for me.The work on my car was done within the time frame given, an important factor for me since I live by myself and this my only ride.Integrity prices are compatible with other places but the service is superior.My car has been serviced there for seven years and there haven't been any unpleasant surprises on the road.I highly recommend Integrity Automotive.Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

I have a breathalyzer in my vehicle, embarrassing enough as it is, Integrity made the process of having a safety inspection a breeze. I ve been going here for years and would never go anywhere else. Integrity Automotive lives up to its name. They are honest, and have saved me a lot over the years giving good advice and charging fair prices. I trust them, and have never been disappointed. Only problem is that they re so good they re always busy! You might have to wait a few days to get an appointment, but it s worth the wait. Highly recommended.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place is awesome, trust worthy and knowledgeable, friendly as well. They were able to figure out what was wrong with my car after I had been stumped. They are a very fair price and fast as well. I have no complaints at all. I am garage shy but they broke that ice with being thorough, making sure I knew what was going on and most of all no surprise or unnecessary add ons.I will be back soon. Refreshingly honest Automotive shop where all treated respectfully. The customer service is above 100% and very reasonable prices. I have never had a problem with my repairs and have always been satisfied.My entire family brings our cars to Integrity. Just recently had l brakes and rotors replaced. I take my car here for all my repairs. The work done is exemplary, completed in a timely fashion, and at a reasonable rate. I have taken cars to other shops in the area and gotten terrible service (dishonest about the repairs, not completed in reasonable time, poor quality work, umreasoanably high prices), this has never been the case with this integrity automotive location. So long as things don't change, this is the only place I will be taking my vehicles for service. Take your vehicle here with confidence, they will get it sorted out honestly, quickly, and for fair prices.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought my car in for the annual state inspection. I also told the receptionist to have them do an oil change and rotate the tires as well. SURPRISE ... when I picked the car up, I was told that the oil change and tire rotation was not needed at this time.How many businesses would turn down an opportunity to make more profit ... even if it meant doing something that was requested but NOT necessary? One of them would be Integrity Automotive. They truly live up to their name. They do business with I.N.T.E.G.R.I.T.Y. Why would I think of going any place else?!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Have useusintegrity for all maintenance and repairs on my two vehicles for many years. They are competent, knowledgeable and a good company. They always give a heads up on needed repairs without a sales pitch. Completely satisfied with their many years of service. Integrity is owned by such kind and amazing people. Kim had to deal with me breaking down due to an unexpected problem that came up which of course was going to cost me more money. It had to be done regardless, however she was so concerned about my reaction. Kim is such a wonderful person and I am so thankful I took my car here to be fixed by a business that cares and has the utmost integrity for others. I was happy with the work that was completed. I will definitely return (which I do have some other engine issues to get worked on) not only for the superb automotive service but for the kindness and generosity they bestow on with every customer.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is a great local auto mechanic. They're very trustworthy. They don't try to rip you off with unnecessary repairs.
