We are so happy we found Integrity when we moved to Culpeper. We had tried another place and they were so dishonest. Then we found Integrity and have never gone anywhere else. We use it for jobs big and small. We have use them for oil changes, inspections and much larger repairs. We have had to have our cars towed in for repairs on 3 different occasions over the years and they are always honest and fair. They go above and beyond and stand behind the work they do. That is rare nowadays when everyone wants to pass the buck. I will bring my cars there for as long as I m in Culpeper and I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought a used car a few years ago and have been having problems with since 3 weeks after I got it. The place I got it from *tried* to fix it, but failed, miserably. They quoted me over $3,000 to fix it. I decided to fix one thing at a time over time, and not by them. I brought it to Integrity to get it inspected and it failed. Integrity gave me the run-down of what was wrong with it, what issues the "repairs" were causing, and gave me a quote that was well below $3k. I brought it in, they made the repairs, and now it runs better than when I got it. For only 10% of what I was quoted. Integrity stands by their name, and I will only be taking my car to them now. I trust them, they're knowledgeable, and they don't try to screw you over. 10 stars if I could!

One star is too much. I brought my vehicle in for service, never got notified of increased costs- when I asked for a mechanic to show me the issue, I was told they could not stop the mechanic while he s working, so . because they charged me an extra $60- they will loose any future business from me. They do not have integrity .

My experience was a pleasant one at Integrity Automotive. Brought my 89' Ford Ranger in for inspection in the early morning hours. Was out the door in about 40 mins with a smile on my face. See you next year and thanks!

I Absolutely love this auto shop, and the people that work there are professionals. They are dedicated to providing EVERY customer with the best possible service at an affordable price. I would recommend to anyone to stop by and talk to them before paying dealership or questionable rates.

I went in to have my car inspected (no appointment). I was told it would be an hour and a half, it was done in under an hour! Very pleasant from start to finish. First time customer but will return for future needs. Would definitely recommend!

Integrity Automative is an amazing company. I was stranded from out of state and they not only were willing to fix my truck quickly, but their staff stayed late to fabricate a complicated repair on my F250, ensured it was running properly, and were absolutely fantastic to work with. They have a wonderful communication system that shows pictures of what was repaired, suggestions for items needing repair in the future, and real time updates on the status of the vehicle. Their team is professional, friendly, helpful, and all around great people. I highly recommend this shop.

INCREDIBLE OVERCHARGERS! I took my vehicle to this shop since it was near my job. My request was to do a alignment (my local mechanic does not have equipment for alignments) and fix the ac if possible. They called to say the ac needed a relay which they would try to get that day - it was ordered however would not be available that day. I returned the car 8 a.m. one day later to have the relay installed informing them I would need it to return home after work. I had purchased 2 "peel and stick" deer whistles and said "While you have it in there can you stick these on." BIG MISTAKE! When I got the car back at 5:15 not only did the ac not work (they tried to convince me to leave it) but they had charged extra $57. to peel and stick on the deer whistles! Even when questioned about that charge ( I could have as easily done it myself) the reply was "You could have taken that option"! FLABERGASTED!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair

I ve had great experiences with Integrity in Locust Grove , but today dropped my car off at the Culpeper location near my job. Keith and his team took great care of me, got my car on the road by the end of the work day and saved me some serious cash by identifying some parts that were actually under warranty. From routine service to some more complicated repairs (ask me about my canibalistic wheel bearings !), Mary and team always keep me in the loop, present viable options, and deliver the highest quality service. My second time visiting and receiving excellent service at Integrity Auto & Truck Service. They truly stand by the Name - Integrity. I live an hour away from this auto service, but I believe they will provide quality, reliable repairs with up-front quotes.The repairs needed was check brakes for squeaks; and A/C for a leak. No squeaks, brake at 50%; A/C discharged, recharged with added dye and reschedule a follow-up. Price acceptable.I truly say to anyone looking for honest, integrity work, give them a look.Services: Brakes, Air conditioning

I took my car in for its annual State Inspection and had an oil change at the same time. The lady at reception is a very pleasant person and knowledgeable about what the different services entail. My car was completed in reasonable time and is running great. The A/C needed some extra freeon and is cooling nicely now. I selected this business because they said they could turn my vehicle around by Thursday. They said it would be no issue and can get it done. (Starter replacement, oil change, inspection) The only time this shop contacted me was to tell me it was ready. They never came to me with an estimate, they never told me when they pulled my vehicle in, nothing. This company provided me with zero communication, which in my opinion, is crucial in the automotive industry. If I didn t have the money to replace or fix an issue, they d just slap it all on and charge me. They didn t even get my vehicle into the shop UNTIL Thursday. I finally get my vehicle back the following Tuesday just to find out they charged me for a tire patch/plug and it s still leaking. I called the shop back and the service advisor just happened to forget to tell me they didn t fix my tire forcing me to ride back home on 0lbs of air in the back. They failed my inspection for leaking up into the cab, yet there is no leak before the cab, it is past the cabin of the vehicle. This shop is a liability to your wallet, your time, and your safety.Services: Tires, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Had my breaks done in August and they started squeaking after 2000 miles. Brought it back First Lady said it was a warped rotor and that they will fix it for no cost. Brought the truck there the 2 other lady s said they couldn t find anything wrong and charge me $57 just to look at it. As I left the breaks started squeaking again and got a 2en opinion from another shop and they confirmed that it is the rotor. Never bringing my truck there again!!!

Now I know why they chose the name Integrity Automotive as Integrity they have. I am very particular about most facets of my life and my classic car was in amazing hands when replacing my single exhaust to a dual exhaust. I had a fantastic experience with Integrity Auto! My fuel pump went out while driving through VA on a Sunday night. Had my truck towed to Integrity and the morning they were able to diagnose it and immediately began working on it to send me on my way that same day. They have very competitive prices and went above and beyond to help me in my situation. Thank you to everyone at Integrity Auto. I recommend them 110%

Since Main St location was closed on Saturday now, I went to this location in Brandy rd for an inspection. Got there early and got myself in line. Apparently they don t care to do the inspections in order. A woman came in behind me ( I had three cars in front of me ) and they pulled her car in right away . The man in front asked what was up with his car since this lady was being helped. The receptionist said oh they pulled the wrong one oh well y all will be pulled in soon. Apparently our time was not important to her. She was too lazy to get up and tell the techs to do them in order. Kim at the main st location would NEVER let this happen ! Needless to say I was the last person helped. I will never go there again and I hope the owners see this. It wasn t right and handled poorly!

I discovered this shop when my car broke down near by. I could not be more pleased with the people and the repair job. Mary was fantastic and kept me informed throughout the repair process.
