I ve bought 10+ card from mark and hillside I ve always been treated with the upmost respect and fair . They re open about everything they can know about each vehicle we know in going the we re purchasing used cars of course things within reason will need work along the way I ll Continue to use them for long as I need cars affordable quality vehicles this is your place

We bought my 17 year old daughter a car here they wouldn t fill the gas up after purchase lights check engine came on 2 days later needed a lot of work over 1500 at the ford dealership this place sells lemons

I totally fell in love with the jeep he has on the lot. I put money down on it and that's my baby. The owner is awesome, not pushy and easy going. Can't wait to bring her home!!!!

These people make up there own lies and sell cars after the wash the motors on them to hide oil leaks and got the proff of it and I know who works on there cars for them

We have purchased 7 from them and we also purchased our daughters first car from them. I am a pastor and our church has purchased 2 vans from them as well. The team at Hillside has gone above and beyond in service. There have been very few issues with any of the vehicles. If there were any issues they took care of it. I highly recommend them. Mark and Mike and their team are GREAT people!!

Rude, disinterested and dismissive. On the recommendation of a friend, I d stopped by to see about their inventory. I was told look around. Nothing is stickered, so you d have to come back and ask about each vehicle! Financing? A straight 20%!!!! when I said I was prequalified for (a MUCH better rate) loan, the response was, We are here for people with poor credit, not good credit. WOW. I feel sorry for their exploited customers. Big NOPE!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS !! They WILL sell you a bad car!!! Please do not waste your time. These people specifically Mike and Mark DO NOT care about you they just want your money and the satisfaction of selling vehicles that have issues within a month of them being purchased. It seems to me after giving them multiple chances they are just clearing codes and placing vehicles on the lot. They are scam artists and their business needs to be closed. I wish there was an option to give these scam artist NO STARS they dont even deserve that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME STAY AWAY ! Hopefully BBB will take care of them !

The Hillside team is so great! Anna is always friendly and helpful when I call. Mark and Mike are both so knowledgeable and kind! I have always had great experiences purchasing vehicles from them! They truly care about their customers!

Very rude establishment. They accept your money for cars that have underlining issues that you can't fix (lemons) and offer no type of customer service resolutions. They pretend like they their to help but will come get your car from the shop while trying to fix the issue. Of course the keep your deposit. Mind you I paid over the minimum they wanted down by 2,000 extra. They speak very rudely to their customers and hang up on them just because they feel you financing a car from them. I would never suggest anyone purchase from them. Go where you are valued as a customer.

I have purchased 5 vehicles from Hillside Motors through the years. I understand it is a used vehicle and have never been disappointed. If I have an issue they have always been very responsive. We will buy our next delivery vehicle from them as well.

They really need a class on customer service. I went to look at a vehicle upon entering the dealership office not one sales staff bothered to get up and talk to me and ask me if I needed help.When I asked about a particular vehicle I was told the price so I asked if I could borrow the key to see if I could look inside, they said yes I looked at it then left.It's hard to buy a vehicle when nobody comes to talk to you and tells you the history or hands you a Carfax.The vehicles on the lot were pretty decent. It's just the quality of professionalism and salesmanship are pretty much out the door.

I bought vechile from them couple days later broke down they didn t want. Me now after 6 payments needs 1500 worth work they don t want help me so my stuck going go buy another vechile I wouldn t recommend them nobody

My friend bought a car 2 weeks ago a week later the check engine light came on the car need a timing chain. She dropped the car back off to then cause they would do anything for her. They just said ok. They kept her down payment and put the car back on the lot for sale it needs about $1000 worth of work. Be careful getting a car from them you will get screwed

Bbought a Jeep Laredo Hillside couple months ago, as soon as i got the vehicle the ac stopped working and they did actually fix it. Then the check engine light came on and was checked.... transmission module gone bad and vehicle over heated everytime i drove it. Basically i was sold a piece of crap. Vehicle was repoed and put back up for sale..hope they fixed it before it was resold to another person. .WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Cant expect to have good reviews when vehicles are crap and they are rude. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!! Dont believe the repo guy when he tells you no charge if you hand him the keys to drive off.

Bought a car about a month ago. It was an easy process buying the car, staff was very friendly and helpful. If I ever need to buy a car in the future, I ll definitely keep doing business there

ive bought alot of vehicles from them and its all good i got a ford 150 that made it to 1/2 million miles that was the diamond in the lot and anna is so nice u feel comfortable around her thanks hillside

These people will sue you for not paying off a debt, even after years of trying to reach you, they will jump through hoops just to get the money they lost out on.

NEVER EVER EVER go to HILLSIDE MOTORS in culpeper, they are ignorant and try to fight they're customers, one of the employees tried to fight my husband saying "come down the road where there's no cameras and I'll whoop your ass" and they have a mouthy ass receptionist!!!!!!!! And half their vehicles DO NOT RUN, just a heads up if your ever thinking about it

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I JUST BOUGHT AN 04' SCION LESS THAN 2 WEEKS AGO AND THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO FIX IT OR TRADE IT FOR ANOTHER VEHICLE. WHEN I CALLED TO ASK HIM IF I GOT AN ESTIMATE FROM AAMACO TRANSMISSION WOULD HE FIX IT... HE LAUGHED AT ME AND SAID THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH IT!!!SMDH

Took two months to give me my paperwork for tags & I been paying them money on the car every other 2 days to a week then they came to repo my car for no reason stating it was for non payment when I just made a payment not even a week ago, I put a good amount of money down & they were still not willing to work with me I'm forced to get an attorney, do no buy from them !!!
