My driver Caleb made me feel comfortable and safe on the ride to the shop. His truck was neat and well kept. All in all, I'm more than likely to use there services in the future.

It was very inconvenient and costly to get back into my vehicle, but the cost pales incomparably to the price that Jesus paid for our sins on Calvary. Because of that, it is still a Good Friday. Caleb from DB towing did an incredible job getting into the vehicle for me. Locking my keys in the car wasnt pleasant, so I appreciate how efficiently Caleb managed to do it. I've never seen anybody move that fast to unlock the door. It had to have been 10 seconds at the most... Wow! Thank you Lord and thank you Caleb!

I had my car towed by DB towing through AAA from Locust Grove to Richmond. The company was extremely professional, took care of my car, and communicated very well. I will definitely use their services in the future.

Awesome and amazing service I'm from Florida and my dodge blew the transmission they towed me with no problem at all theu are super friendly and have awesome rates I would recommend there company to all my family and friends thank you for being so awesome

The people were friendly but completely jacked me on the price for my tow. My Car had to be pulled 30 feet out of a ditch and driven to my home shop which was only 11 miles away from the accident. It took a total of 35 minutes from the time they arrived on scene. Pulled car out of ditch, loaded it. And drove to my house. They seemed very friendly the whole time, though when I was given the bill I realized they were full of it. They wrote that they had to pull my car out 85 feet, which was a complete lie. It was about 30 feet. 40 at the MOST. Charged $350 for that. Charged around 150 for the 11 miles they drove it, plus a $250 towing fee. Taking a whopping 680 dollars from me for a simple task that took no more then 45 minutes all together. What upset me the most is that I have a truck and trailer + winch on my property and could have done it all myself without blocking the roadway or anything. But the officer insisted on calling tow truck, likely because of laziness and unwillingness to do paperwork and do they're job properly. It baffles me that someone can feel comfortable charging someone 680 dollars for a job that takes under an hour. But I guess that's just how it goes. Hard working people always get shafted when it comes to things like this. I just don't know why they would have to lie to get that extra 300 bucks. If they had been honest and changed me the 35 40 feet they had to pull, would have still made $450 dollars off a 40 min job. But nope. That wasn't good enough. Had to rip me off. But this is just another life lesson everyone should learn. 1 slow down and take your time. Don't let pride make you drive like an idiot. 2 whatever can happen, will actually happen. Never take your life for granted or think your invincible. I was lucky to walk away from the accident physically unscathed. But this company took advantage of this situation in the wrong way. I definitely wouldn't recommend then to anyone.

Christopher from DB towing was super prompt and pleasant. He checked my battery and my power steering fluid and was able to replace my battery right away. DB Towing responded to my request to tow my wife's Jeep from Culpepper, Virginia to our house in Goldvein, Virginia expeditiously. The cost to tow the Jeep that distance was extremely reasonable. The driver place the vehicle on my property exactly were I had requested even though it was a tight fit. I have known thevowner of DB towing since 2001 when I had a car repair shop in Culpepper. Prior to selling the shop he always offered my customers a fair price for tows. It is good to see that he still gives great customer service and a fair price.

I had a flat tire at night last week in an unfamiliar area. DB Towing called me back right away and was there in less time than they predicted. The person I talked to was polite and reassuring and Christopher, who was the one on call, was efficient and professional. Thanks to both for helping me out in my time of need!

I called AAA mid-Atlantic before 2pm for a jump start. It showed DB towing took the job. "After being stuck for over 3 hours. AAA canceled the order and I had another truck in 15 minutes". I was told by AAA that the truck had three other call battery calls to do before mine. Why take a job when the driver is already busy. This just took mine off the list so no one could do it.This is not custom service!

This is the worst tow service ever. First I called they told me it would be a hour, a hour later called back they said he's pulling up in 10 THEN I called back again she said 15.. then alllll together they stopped answering the phone. I payed close too 400 for my tow And had to wait over 2 hours. I understand things happen etc but come on I would go anywhere else
