I was discussing purchasing an engine for a 2000 Honda Civic through this company for the past few weeks. They were polite, patient and very professional. Though they ended up not finding a good match with the time given I would still highly recommend them. They took the time to check the engines they did have and let me know there were issues with them and why they would not sell a broken product to me. That's awesome in my book. Thanks for all the help guys!

Gave 1 start because 0 wasn't an option. After calling to confirm they were going to be open, were drove over an hour to find no one at business and no one would answer the phone. This is poor business! Instead we went to Leon's, It may have been a little more but at least they were open. Would not recommend this place!!!!!!!

Outstanding customer service!!! I would give 10 stars if possible. I ordered a set of brake calipers with mounting brackets. The items were promptly shipped to me within 3 days. I will order additional parts from Chuck at Culpeper Salvage.Thanks again Chuck

I called this location looking for parts, unfortunately they didn t have what I was looking for. However, a very nice gentleman took time to discuss my situation and suggested two other businesses and a website to assist me.

I called ahead prior to arriving to make sure they had the part I needed but when I arrived and went to get the part I needed from the truck in the scrapyard I noticed that the part was partly damaged. When I asked the person in the scrapyard, who was supposed to assist me in finding the part, if they had any additional units in better shape from other vehicles I was basically ignored. I unfortunately had to leave without the part because it was too damaged to use and I was unable to get additional information. I was very disappointed as I had only heard great things about this place. The only reason I did not give a one star rating was because the guy at the front desk was friendly.
