I went to a Ram dealership in my area and they had $4k of hidden fees. But here they had a great price and no hidden fees. Thurston helped us find the perfect truck! He was very thorough, patient, and not pushy. He explained every button, feature, and question! Blessed

I had a great experience with Chrysler of Culpeper. Emily was very helpful and really wants the customer get exactly what they want. She went out of her way to give me updates on recalls and vehicle status. The dealership has a great variety of vehicles on the lot that are well optioned. I wanted a 23 Ram 1500 with a 3.0L diesel and they had a number of them in stock for me to choose from.I would definitely go back to them in the future when I am looking for a new truck.

I worked with Thurston (sales) and Andrew (business) when I was looking for a minivan to replace my old minivan that was totaled in an accident (not at fault). Thurston is low pressure and provides excellent communication throughout the buying process. I think I was talking with him for a little over a week. All my questions and concerns were answered and addressed prior to driving two hours to purchase the vehicle. Andrew was also excellent in explaining all the paperwork and matching the quote on the extended warranty I wanted. If I m ever in the market in the future for a new Chrysler, I m definitely reaching back out to Thurston and this dealership for all future purchases.

Super easy dealership to work with. Upfront and honest which is a rarity to find these days! Emily was a very knowledgeable salesperson and made sure all of our questions were answered.

Emily McDevitt was great. Although the dealer didn't have what I originally wanted, she took upon herself to give me other option to consider buying g a Chrysler car.

I d be careful when purchasing here. They are a small dealership so they do a few things different than other dealerships to try and stay competitive. They advertise at a competitive price but then ad the delivery/destination fee to the price (at $1,750 no other dealership does this).I was okay with that tactic and actually thought it was pretty creative on the marketing side of things; however, there was one large thing I did not like from the finance side of things.Issue: When buying any vehicle, I always ask dealers to write up a mock purchase order before they do a hard hit on me (run a credit ap). They wrote one up as shown in the photos. We went ahead and proceeded with the paperwork. When I received the buyers order in the mail, it looked different than what we agreed on. They added $1,000 to price to total $61,795.00 instead of $60,795.00. They justified this by saying my end price is still the same because I get a $1,000 rebate at the end. The problem is that that rebate should be given to me without having to add the $1000 upfront. Chrysler let s dealers give customers manufacturer rebates up to $1,000 in increments of $250. When I told the dealer that I do not want to assign that rebate to the dealership and to keep my purchase price lower, they then told me that they do not want to sell me the truck anymore. It may not be the biggest deal and I could have proceeded to purchase the truck how they wrote it up; however, I m fighting for the PRINCIPLE. I can t trust a dealer to sell me a truck if they can t be transparent. All other dealers give you $2500 off also when financing with Chrysler Capital because it benefits the dealer. They probably hid that from me also. When I told Jim the sales manager that I d leave a bad review, he said to go ahead

So far , so good . Good customer serviceEverything turned out great , finally feel like I have found a service center i can trustCompleted my 1st purchase from Alex Quinonez , could not be happier . Very professional , courteous & his follow up is better than any salesmen I have worked with in years . So happy with our 1st purchase , we have ordered a 2nd Jeep Cherokee for my wife . Alex even helped us compare a couple models so that we could make the correct choice for our needs . Its a true pleasure to stop by the dealership and have folks remember you by name , not just oh that was deal 25 , it has that family friendly environment & now everyone in our house has made at least 1 purchase from Chrysler Of Culpeper , our dealer for life .

Worst dealership ever I have put in complaints with Mopar JD power BBB and nada. They screwed me around for three weeks and then they got upset because I wasn t financing through them So they told My office that we were crooks, and they told my banker that when my banker asked for a copy of the MSO to wire them the money. They have lied, repeatedly, manipulated RJ the finance guy I made an official complaint to Mopar about him. I was going to end up buying eight pick ups through them if this worked out. The salesman I dealt with was 18 years old. He didn t know anything the entire finance department was extremely rude

Emily McDevitt is a superstar salesperson! I was involved in an accident where my previous vehicle was totaled. After the disappointing search around Florida, where new vehicles are $16k more than they were 4 years ago. Then the new trick at dealerships in Florida is the mandatory "local dealer" package. Whether you want it or not it is mandatory for a sale at these behemoth corporate dealerships. Tacking on another $4k - $5.5k to the advertised vehicle cost. After a couple of weeks hitting the local dealers I reverted to a national search for a used truck through Autotrader.I found three vehicles I was interested in. I sent three messages through Autotrader requesting status. I received two responses and a no response. The first was advertised at $70k, however, that was before the add ons and upgrades provided through the dealership. The "REAL" price was $103k. Unbelievable! The second response was from Emily at Chrysler of Culpeper in VA. She confirmed the availability and price at $61k. When I asked what the "out the door price" was, she reiterated the advertised price plus my state taxes. So I asked her to provide video and images of the truck to confirm the condition. She sent multiple videos and closeups of the truck.I was happy with the truck and started the purchase process.Emily followed up with me throughout the entire process. I never stepped foot in the dealership or the state of VA during the entire deal. I purchased my truck, found a delivery company and had the truck delivered to my house in Florida.Everything that was stated was accurate and there was never a feeling of bait and switch or surprise fees. I sent a check to the penny what I was quoted. The process was incredible and super convenient. If you are in the market for a vehicle anywhere in the US, this is your "local" dealer. Call and ask for Emily. She will assist with everything. Then the finance team was just as pleasant. No high pressure sales tactics and also very communicative.Go to Chrysler of Culpeper and ask for Emily!

Corven Jones was by far the best sales person I have ever worked with when looking for a car. He helped me make my dream come true & answered every question I had, taking so much time to explain everything. Corven I hope you get a big Christmas bonus because you deserve it. You went above & beyond for sure!!

My husband, Kurt Rickards and I, bought a 2022 Jeep Gladiator from Corven at Culpepper Jeep in Virginia. We live in Ohio and shopped for this Jeep nationwide. We contacted other dealers during our search and none of the sales people were as helpful as Corven. We wanted a new 2022 Mojave Gladiator in Gobi Sand. They had exactly what we wanted, but more importantly they had the honest salesperson that we needed. We had never bought out of state before, but Corven streamlined the process, answered multiple questions, and alleviated our concerns. From start to finish, he was helpful, honest and professional! He made sure the shuttle was at the airport on time to pick us up and took great care of us when we arrived. We had no intention of buying an extended warranty, but RJ, the finance manager, was also very kind, informative, and professional. Absolutely no pressure from either person in this process! We ve owned 43 vehicles and would fly back to Culpepper and deal with Corven and RJ again!

They call themselves a Destination dealer. That means their prices are so low customers make it a destination to travel there. And travel you should! I have two new Ram pickups from them. One for work and one for personal use. The sales and Service have been exemplary! I recently had an issue with my dually. Kevin the service manager told me he would do his best to resolve it with the manufacturer. It was questionable if the parts would be warranted. In less than 2 hours he called me back and informed me that the parts were ordered and would be in w/in a week. Kevin got the parts covered. All of the people here have become like family to us. I strongly recommend them if you value good service and building long term relationships!

So what happened was we were traveling onS 29 and we incurred a right rear flat tire on our 2019 Volkswagen Jetta. I attempted to install the spare tire but unfortunately that model Jetta does not have a spare tire imagine that. So basically what happens is you find out that Jetta does not have a spare tire when you need the spare tire. I'll deal with that in the near future.Luckily our misfortune happened right in front of the Chrysler of Culpeper dealership in Culpeper Virginia.I have to mention we were on the way to a doctor's appointment in Alexandria Virginia which is about an hour and a half from the Culpeper Dodge dealership.Luckily we left early that morning. We were greeted by the two service managers Tom and Tom. We are very thankful this happened here. Tom and Tom got us in a rental car and we were on our way within 30 minutes to my doctor's appointment. We made it to the doctor's appointment with 15 minutes to spare. Tom and Tom ordered the new tire had it installed. We then picked up our repaired Volkswagen the next day and thanked them very much for their wonderful service, their hospitality and just two great guys. Both me and my wife thank you and all of the staff at your dealership that helped us very much. Tom and Tom we appreciate everything you did and the cost of your services was very reasonable thank you again Merry Christmas and Happy New YearBrian and FonDanville Virginia.

Bought my car there, was used...but, it's been 4 yrs, I LOVE MY CAR...made a great deal, no regrets, shout out to Thurston, he made the whole process, so much more at ease. Then, drive across America! Came back and they fixed something I'd found (didn't have to, BUT DID!) THATS who I want, stands behind..I'll be taking my grandson there. Check out inventory...great business, GREAT people...

Calling out Andrew Cooke and "RJ" (RJ Singleton) from Chrysler of Culpeper for providing great customer service. I was looking regionally for a Jeep Gladiator and saw one at Chrysler of Culpeper that was terrifically priced. Andrew responded immediately to my inquire, answered numerous questions electronically and had it ready to go for me to see the vehicle and test drive it. He was well informed on the vehicle and made it easy. RJ/Financing was easy and resulted in a much better rate by a percentage than I could have obtained on my own. I'm so glad I made the trip up on Saturday. Their inventory was impressive and the price they offered was exceptional, couldn't find a better deal nationally. They will be my first look the next time I'm in the market. Check them out!!

I found a car I had been wanting for sale here. The dealer was 2 hours away from my home so we did most of the negotiations via email ahead of time. Once we were sure I had a deal with terms I agreed on, I was on my way. Todd was my salesman. He was very polite and professional. They were backed up busy on a Saturday so he brought most of my paperwork out to let me sign ahead of time while we waited our turn in the finance office. Everyone there was friendly and greeted us as they walked by while we waited. Eventually we got in, (had to wait way longer bc of a pushy slow haggler ahead of us). Eddie did our finance work and just like Todd was very pleasant to work with. He quickly got all out documents together while making sure we were comfortable with all the terms. I ended up getting a better rate, and term than I expected plus he was able to shave 6 months off my loan. I drove away in my awesome new Dodge SRT a few moments later. Couldn't recommend this dealership more.

Corvin was amazing. He was so knowledgeable, kind, and personable, that he made it a pleasure to buy a new car. I would recommend him, and the dealership as a whole for future vehicle purchases. I couldn't even haggle as the pricing was appropriate. I wish then the best, and will do my best to drive business to Chrysler of Culpeper because they deserve it for treating customers at they should be treated.

Emily McDevitt and the team at Chrysler of Culpeper were a pleasure to work with on the purchase of our new truck. Their attention to detail and welcoming attitude along with a spectacular deal on our new truck made the experience one of the best. I would highly recommend visiting their lot and speaking to Emily if you are considering a trade or a new purchase. You won't be sorry.

Worst dealership ive ever called. After they give you a price for a truck, they try to slip in a "$2000" destination fee, then a $900 doc fee when 99% of other dealerships charge $250 or $300.and then they try to charge $900 extra for a tag fee under the pretense we just want to make sure there's plenty of money there for any other unforseen cost... when you sell trucks for a living you know to the penny what it cost you to sell a truck including out of state tax tag and title. Thats almost $4000 more they tried to slip in on me. So it went from a good deal to a very poor deal and in a very underhanded manner. This is the kinda dealership that originally gave car salesmen bad names.if you dont buy trucks very often and are not use to dealing with dealerships these fees sound normal.but they are not. they are built in to disguise the true cost of what they are selling the vehicle for.

I am not much on formal reviews, but I can tell a story. My F-150 has served me for 20 years and has over 300,000 miles on her. It was time to retire her so for the week before New Year's we began researching trucks. I came across a new 2019 Ram 1500 Crew Cab on another site and loved the new look of the Rams and research was showing the technology and features were game changers. I contacted the other dealer and for several days we tried to work a deal. They were locked on a price and refused to budge, even though they wanted me to drive 2 hours+ to come to their lot. On a whim I came across the Chrysler of Culpeper website and there was the same truck with an advertised price of $5,000 dollars less than the "all in" price of the other guy. My wife and I took off on Sunday to take a look in person. We came across Todd Fullmer in the parking lot and asked if he knew where a particular truck might be. He showed us the area and said he would get the keys and meet us up there to "answer any questions". He had no idea that the truck was already "sold" before he got up the hill. Once I saw it, I had already made up my mind. When Todd went through the features on the 2019 Ram I was almost unable to act disinterested. Todd was dilligent and totally professional with NO pressure applied. The test drive backed up what he said and that the truck fit my big frame. After the ride we went to the showroom to "play the game". Todd brought me a price breakdown and showed me all the incentives with an out the door price still several thousand below the other dealers sticker (without taxes prep, etc). So I said I liked the price but if you get it to this price I will like it enough to buy it today. A quick trip for approval, a couple minutes on the Chrysler Financial site and all we had to do was sign the papers. I left with a jaw dropping new truck I am in awe of.Todd, Josh, and everyone we talked with at the dealership was personable, friendly and totally professional. Absolutely no pressure or sales games were played. The truck and the deal sold the vehicle and we could not be happier. Bottom line is the other dealer lost a sale because we found a dealer that honestly wanted to work with us and find a compromise that worked for both parties. If you are in the market for a car or truck, you OWE it to yourself to give Todd a call. I am willing to bet you will walk away with vehicle you love and a deal you can smile about. Thanks Todd....I love my truck! My new truck (ARK 1) parked in front of our cabin (The ARK) is below.
