Great Customer Service from Pixley and Staff! I had two vehicles (large SUV and Sedan) that needed 4 new tires installed and a 4-wheel alignment for both. They worked around my schedule and got both cars done within the two day window I needed. Quick and precise service is what I needed and its exactly what I received. - Thank you Pixley Team!

Jeff and the excellent staff at Pixley auto were incredibly fast, courteous and took the time to help with some outside car issues while inspecting our cars. They made everything so easy for us. Will definitely be using this shop for all of my automotive needs and will reccomend others use them in the future.

I've been extremely satisfied with Pixley. They're courteous and efficient, the work is done right and on time, and they'll go above and beyond the routine level of service. They've serviced our car, truck, and horse trailer. I've recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

I rate Pixley's the highest possible rating. They have kept my 10 year old Honda CR-V in tiptop shape. I have had no major repairs in the history of the car - thanks to Pixley's care. I keep a regular appointment with them every March (March is the month I need to get a state inspection. They go over my car from top to bottom. My wife and I first took our cars to Pixley Automotive for State inspections, but my wife was so impressed by the team there that when we needed something more than an inspection, she wanted to go back.I like to do a lot of the work on my car myself, but I don't have the tools and knowledge to fix everything. Both of our cars are imports, and when I describe what I think the problem is they know exactly what I'm talking about and know how to fix it.It has been a few years now and they have done several repairs for us, small and large. They may not be the cheapest around for everything, but the quality of their work and the friendly treatment is worth the few extra bucks to us.If I were to give one critique, they do have a hard time getting back to you on the phone sometime, even when they say they are going to. That said, it hasn't been much of a problem for me, I know they are busy and if it was really important they would make sure to get back to me.We will continue to go to Pixley as long as we live around here.

Amazing shop!!! The owner Jeff is very honest and will not steer you wrong. If they make a mistake they will own up to it and make it right. I was in a tough spot and he really helped me out and was willing to work with me. I would recommend Pixley to anybody and I know I will be using them for my future service for all of my family's vehicles!

After about 15 years I have finally found a mechanic I can trust. From the time you enter the door you are welcomed and NOT pressured. The owner/mechanic had an incredible amount of knowledge not just about my specific car but on others we discussed....a definite motorhead. My issue was intricate and actually kinda hard to diagnose, Zeb kept me informed as to the progress and actually came in on his day off to discuss the issue with me, helping me to be comfortable with what was going on. Costs were fair and time for repair was reasonable. Office staff was warm and welcoming, never made me feel like I was a bother. He now has another long term customer!

Jeff and his staff were so amazing and fast, we had to cars for inspections, we were in and out in an hour and a half. They were very informative and helpful in fixing a few outside issues, and nothing but respectful and professional. They truly care about their customers!!

These guys are arrogant and don t do what they say they will. I told them that my spark plugs were jumping . I was told that s impossible, we re Toyota certified. They had to take the plugs out to change my valve cover gasket. They should have seen that the plugs were broken, allowing the plug to move up and down and leak oil. I asked them to align my headlights. They charged me for it, but didn t do it. I asked them to fix an oil leak. They charged me for it and replaced seals but the problem was the plugs all along. Save your money. Certified doesn t carry water in my book.

They are reasonable, prompt, and always polite -- you'll be greeted with a smile by Heather every time. I've yet to have a bad experience with them and don't foresee one in the future. If you have an appointment, you don't spend 30-60 minutes waiting for your car to even be taken back as you do with some dealerships and others. They quickly tell you what needs to be done for additional maint. items - including what's a "do now" vs. "can wait but in the near future".

This team has resolved my car issues in a flash more than once,, service always above and beyond. Some people fear the dentist, but I fear car issues, but the great team here led by Zeb who is an honest, and first rate leader, has reversed my experiences with top shelf service. I can't thank them enough.

I started going there because it had excellent reviews online. The mechanics are fine and I am sure they do a fine job. However, I felt treated like I was one of many and an unimportant customer in the front office.

Was recommended to me, although I live in Manassas it was worth the drive. Staff was honest. What I thought was going to be a 1000+ fix, turned out to be a bad radiator cap, they also did extensive testing to make sure that was the only issue.

I recently brought our vehicle here for a free brake inspection at the recommendation of a coworker. I let them know that the front passenger side caliper was sticking and wanted to see if anything else was going on.After the inspection, they told me the issue was a bad master cylinder which was causing the front calipers to stick. They also stated that my pads were cracked and falling apart and my rotors had heat spots on them from the brakes dragging and overheating. Surprisingly, they said my calipers were fine and didn't need to be replaced. I asked the guy if he was sure and he assured me the calipers were completely fine.To replace the master cylinder, the rotors, pads and lines, I was quoted over $900.Long story short, I replaced all the parts myself, including the calipers, with the help of a mechanic friend. Not only were my pads NOT cracked, they had years of life left in them. One rotor had very minor wear, but neither had heat spots. The master cylinder was perfectly fine and functional. The only thing that needed replacing was the front passenger caliper, as I had originally told them.Not only did they completely lie about several things, they were going to charge me a large amount of money to replace everything BUT the actual problem.They are very polite and seem professional, but I will never go back there, as they're obviously far from honest.

Horrible, better go to Walmart and get a rattlecan. Bought a car from a guy that said he was a partner owner. He said they had done paint work on the vehicle, the paint didn t match and it had a run that was 3 or 4 feet long. There was also another spot he promised to fix, but, would not return my calls for them to fix the damage. But after seeing the quality of their previous work there is no way under any circumstances take a car there to do ANYTHING. Better go to Maaco, the owner lied to my face and does novice quality work. Horrible, Liars, Ripped me off.

Zeb Pixley knows his European cars really well. I was traveling through the town when my Porsche developed a leak in the power steering system. The garage was over booked but Zeb stepped in to help out and fixed my car himself.

They are very professional and definitely treat their customers well. They will do all they can and work with you to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. From the moment you contact them you can tell they care and will do whatever they can to take care of the issue as fast as possible.

I have taken several vehicles over the years to pixleys and spent thousands - Never again - after I sent my daughter there and she ended up getting a list of so-called problems for non-existing issues - I had her take it somewhere else to look over and sure enough, there was no problem - unbelievable

Christmas eve, out of town, about to pour rain - traded a beer for the time it took to figure out why our headlights didn't work. Best deal ever. Zeb wasn't even supposed to be there - apoglies to your wife for taking your time!

Can't say enough good things about Eddie at Pixley...during this stay at home situation because I am high risk for COVID19 he picked up my car and did everything that needed to be done and then returned it to me and made sure it was wiped down and cleaned...all I can say is WONDERFUL...Pixley has taken care of my car for many years and will continue to do so...cannot say thank you enough!!!!

They were able to find a strange trouble I was having with my Dodge and fix it the same day. I will return when another issue arises.
