Very friendly and efficient. I saw them with an urgent repair over a holiday weekend and they couldn't have been any more helpful. I am back visiting in Madison VA and brought my car for a check up. Highly recommend this business.

They are terrible, they do not have professionalism. When I called to ask what was the reason for changing my spark plugs, they gave me a silly explanation. and they didn't have the logic to change them and they also put some old ones on me and one was broken and I called to complain they hung up on me they are not professionals and they go too far when they are women they take advantage they do not work professionally as they should

These guys are awesome. Very knowledgeable in what they do. I've never thrown anything at them that they couldn't fix.They are quick to tow your vehicle in to their shop and start diagnostics as well as a repair solution at a reasonable price. Another thing they are great at is communication. They are usually calling you with an update on your vehicle. Thanks again!!

We ve been taking our cars to Hale auto shop for years. Allen, Eddy and Mitch are very informative, courteous and provide great customer service. Never feel like that I m being over charged for anything like some other auto shops. Had bad experience there in the past but heard they were under new management about 6-8 months ago so decided to give them a try. Reception/service manager is very knowledgeable and listening.....hears all the problems, keeps in contact with status of troubleshooting and repair...Prices are very fair and reasonable for work done and mechanics are knowledgeable and have taken the time (along with the service manager) to explain repairs done or needed along with options. Well worth a try, I bring all of my vehicles there now....

First time coming here. Awesome people. My sister recommended that I come here to get my car inspected. They had me in and out in less than hour. Thank you Alan for the wonderful service. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I called to get an estimate to get the timing chains done on my Audi since I usually do most of the work on my cars myself but lack the proper tools and facility to do the job so I need to delegate this work. I guess when the customer knows what he's talking about, and how his engine is assembled as far as the timing gear it scares them. They were courteous but I never got a call back with the estimate after the gentleman said they would "Get numbers together and call me back." This to me is an enormous red flag. I mean who does not want a minimum 18 hour book job? No, I'm not a tech, but I used to work as one when I was 19 many moons ago. When they blow off someone who knows what he's talking about, that should be cause for concern.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have to revise my original review. This used to be one of the best places to take your car in Culpeper, but since the original owners sold it, the new owners are every stereotype of overcharging mechanics. They charged almost $100 just for diagnostics, then wanted to charge another almost $500 to do the repairs. Plus a markup over over $100 on what we were quiteq for the parts. Please stay away.

I have always found found them to be very accommodating. They've done good work on my cars and I would highly recommend them they do good work and very efficient

Should really think about being open on the weekends. Some folks cant make it during the weekday and have a weekend availability. Im ready to bring you my business but there is no business open.
