The staff members were friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout the repair process. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly appreciated.The repair work done on my vehicle was top-notch. It looks as good as new, and I'm impressed with the attention to detail and quality of the repairs.The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and I appreciated being kept informed about the progress of the work. Caliber's work on repairing my car after a hit-and-run was exceptional. Their communication regarding the repair timeline was excellent. They went the extra mile by cleaning my car s interior, returning it to me in a condition reminiscent of picking it up from the dealership. Hands down, it is one of the best experiences I have had with an automotive service in the area!

I have had a few vehicles thru there shop and there work is outstanding. Customer service is great and the owner follows up with each customer to see if they had any issue's with repairs.

I won't go to much into detail but I waited for my vehicle for over 3 months, not Calibers fault but the vehicle manufacturer "VW" when I did receive my vehicle there were still some issues that needed fixing so I returned it and Caliber did step up, put me back in a rental without hesitation and are fixing the issue. I would recommend Caliber Collision to friends and family they're very professional and excellent customer service.

I visited Caliber Collision for a quote on my car. Richard Gregg was so personable and willing to help me out. I am so appreciative of his time and service. My truck was hit by a driver who was involved in a felony theft and running from the scene in their vehicle. It smashed the left bedside pretty good. I chose Caliber Collision to do the work and I can honestly say, "Wow!" The service advisor Richard Gregg was nothing short of amazing. Every step of the way, Richard made sure I was aware of the repair process and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Text messages and phone calls ensured I was never out of the loop. I have to say, this is much better than my insurance company who seemingly couldn't get out to inspect the vehicle. Richard worked hard to get in touch with the insurance company to let them know my vehicle had additional damage that was unseen on the first estimate and kept the ball rolling to get me back in my truck as soon as possible. Richard is the guy you want working for you. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. I hope I never have another accident but if I do, you can bet I'll be tracking Richard down to see if he can handle the repairs again. Thanks Richard!

Just starting the process of having my wife's car repaired. Made an appointment, when I called they knew who I was and what car I was calling about. Efficient in seeing the appointment and arrived for the estimate started on time. Looking forward to continuing the process.

Caliber Collision is a USAA partner, so they were chosen for me, but they do excellent work, and I am taking another car to them that will be repaired outside of the insurance claims process. They do a great job, and exceed expectations.

Caliber Collision does an excellent job.! My vehicle looks like new. Richard made sure that everything that needed to be repaired was repaired and he had to contact the insurance company a few times since their estimate was incomplete. Great customer service!. In today s environment where quality customer service is an oddity, I am grateful to encounter competent and honest people who pride themselves in their work. I had the misfortune of having my minivan rear ended by a driver crushing the rear door and internal side panels. The local Caliber Collision in Gainesville, VA transferred the minivan to its partner in Culpeper. Richard Gregg was charged to lead the repair team and encountered a wait time of 17 months from Honda Motor Corporation for the internal panels. Despite manufacturer s supply chain issues, Richard s determination and constancy of purpose are especially noteworthy. During this time, Richard coordinated with Honda representatives consistently and provided timely updates on its status. He escalated the issue within Caliber s leadership and solicited assistance by calling other sources of supply nationally. I never felt abandoned, nor unsure if the van would be repaired. Richard s professionalism and commitment to customer care distinguish him from peers in a competitive industry. He is an invaluable asset to Caliber Collision and I enjoin his leadership to give Richard the opportunity for increased responsibility. Thanks Richard, for caring.Pradeep Gidwani

my car just got scratch by someone and i am ready to pay few hundred to paint. i found caliber collision by google walk-in without appointment. Mr Grregg was absolutely nicest service advisor when he came by to check. i explained and showed him the scratch and he gave me bomb news he will fix that for Free without paint and money and in 20 minuets with his magical tool the scratch 90%gone. I Will recommend the place to the people i know thanks again to Mr Grregg Service: Painting

This was my first time using Caliber. I was sent here by the other parties insurance after being rear ended. Hands down the best experience I've ever had with an automotive service. They partner with Enterprise so I was able to pick up and return my rental car right there, and they kept me updated through the whole process with personalized texts. Richard was a pleasure to deal with and took extra time to explain everything that was done. I would recommend them to anyone!Service: Painting
