Called to make an appointment on 7/28. I was informed by the receptionist that there were no openings available until 8/9. I agreed to take an appointment for 8/9. I show up at the establishment and was immediately met with a snarky attitude. I smiled and said I have an appointment for Jason. With the most disgusted tone and look, she said I don t have you down. She then asked if I had spoken to Jason and I told her no that I spoke to some lady who took down all of my information. Needless to say I had to leave without having my car serviced because the lack of competence of the receptionist. If you choose this place make sure you have an appointment in writing or you will be out of luck. Do not expect kindness. I shouldn t have been made to feel like I did something wrong because their job wasn t done correctly

I called and made an appointment because my "new to me" car had a check engine light come on and was starting to make rattling noises which were getting worse. Got an appointment on Tuesday morning. Sunday while I was in town the noise got worse and I lost acceleration except for about 5 mph. Managed to get it to C&C, write a long note, and leave it.On Monday I got a call from C&C that it was fixed! So quick, fair pricing, and so friendly! I will now go here for everything I need done!Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair

I highly recommend C&C towing. They are above and beyond in customer service with really reasonable prices and I can t rave about them enough!!! Thank you so much 5 star service! hands down the best around!

Incredibly professional and kind! I needed a quick state inspection for my Mom's vehicle and they could not have been more helpful! Got me in the very next day and were very pleasant to work with! Thank you!

I blew out two of my tires last night on the side of a road I would never ask anyone to drive on. It's super narrow and windy and a big ole tow truck probably wasn't the best thing on the road. We called C&C to come tow me and my little sister and he got us on the rollback and to our destination with no troubles and made my troubling night way less stressful. Safe, efficient, and would HIGHLY reccomend!

I hit something in the road us. 29 cut the tires off the front of my car just outside of Culpeper I needed a tow truck to hall my car to get tires replaced I called C&C they very nice and helpful they came right away and picked me up and delivered me an my car to the tire shop. Reasonable prices to. Thank you C&C Jeff Harris , Bingham & Taylor.

We use C&C for both our business and personal vehicles, and have always had a great experience from the turnaround time to the affordable prices. Most of all, we have appreciated their up front honesty in what needs to be done and what can wait until another time.

Never pleasant when you need a tow but this company certainly took some of the pain away with their friendliness and professionalism!! Plus had to have the car towed on a Saturday of a holiday weekend and the rate was shockingly low for what I was prepared for. Bottom line...I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!

I've been taking my car to C&C she'll for oil changes and yearly inspections. The staff is first rate and are very trustworthy. I will continue to take my car there for service for as long I live in Culpeper!

Very friendly service, they'll talk to you like your a real person. It's a small organization, only 2 mechanics, so keep your scheduling expectations real. Their work was proficient and a good price.

side note: An internet scammer has used this address for a paypal scheme. I would ask management to keep an eye on employees and their friends, as well as packages/vehicles that oddly get delivered. I'm sure it is a great business and may have been randomly selected by the scammer, but there is a chance that the scammer works/associated with someone there...
