Great experience start to finish! I recently traveled from out of town to purchase a pre-owned vehicle from Battlefield Toyota and Shaun and Nate were immensely helpful throughout the whole process. They happily answered all my questions and accommodated my requests for gathering additional information about the vehicle prior to me coming to see it in person. Shaun took lots of photos and videos for me on different aspects of the vehicle so that I could get a really good understanding of the vehicle s condition and Nate worked with the dealership to ensure nobody else swooped in and bought the car out from under me. Upon arrival the dealership was super nice / clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. Both Nate and Shaun were there to greet me in person and guide me through the purchasing process and the car was exactly as described and in immaculate condition. Highly recommend working with Battlefield Toyota if you are in the market for a new / used vehicle. (Ask for Shaun!)Thanks guys, super happy with my new ride!

Phillip Coleman is the best. Great salesman, went above and beyond to help me find a hybrid vehicle. Even drove the car I was interested in to my home to test drive! I very much appreciate his helpful human, no pressure approach . I had just gone through the loss of both of my vehicles due to being rear ended a week from each other; both were totaled. I went from 2 cars paid for to purchase of another car emotionally ready or not( still in mourning)! Phillip was especially kind. I also appreciate Paul Alexander for helping me with the finance piece. Overall thankful for all the help getting through this overwhelming process. Thanks again y all.

This is my second purchase from this dealer, Battlefield Toyota. I have been greatly satisfied each time and particularly this time around with the salesman, Otis Ellis. He had causal way about himself that instilled confidence. And this was reinforced with his knowledge of what he was selling. Offering suggestions and providing comparative information between Tundra models. Finally, he has great patience, demonstrated by the time he took doing the initial post-sale checkout of the vehicle---essentially answering all my question. I highly recommend him for any prospective buyer.

Took my truck to get serviced and got it home went to change my Air Filter and realized that I sat at the dealership for over an hour and they didn t top off my coolant fluid. And it s not like my coolant was a little low it was at the Low line. Drove it back to the shop guy at the desk came out took a note of it printed out my ticket and said I d get a call back and never got a call. This is the second time I ve had issues here last time I had the weather strip replaced on my driver side door they called me to pick it up, got it drove home kept hearing wind noise, looked and there was and inch gap where it hadn t been pushed in all the way. They told me it hadn t had enough time to settle then I found it ironic 5 minutes of them pulling it in they pulled it up and said it was fixed. Moral of the story make sure you double check your fluids after service and make sure they were actually topped off.

The guys working the desk at the service department are nice enough. Sales is nice enough. Just got the car serviced here yesterday and was assured all the fluids were topped off. Probably need to take your yota somewhere else for service after the warranty. I thought two stars might be a little harsh but there are other recent reviews complaining about the same thing so obviously the service department isn t doing what they say they re doing.

I recently purchased a gently used 2022 Toyota Venza from Battlefield Toyota and specifically Jacob Brown. What a great purchasing experience this was! Jacob was very attentive to all my questions and efficiently streamlined the purchasing process for me. He wasn't aggressive, just informative and eager to find what might suit my needs. We were actually on our way to see a totally different vehicle and our experience changed our minds. The final step of the signing process and explanation of the all the paperwork/contract to buy was expertly handled by Emily Schuyler. What a pleasant experience form start to finish! Thanks to your whole team!

Shaun and Arnold made our purchased the best experience ever!!!!After emailing multiple dealerships Battlefield Toyota was the most responding and straightforward dealership. They were very honest and answered every question I had. They weren't pushy at all and we never felt any pressure. I think the best thing is that they didn't have a markup price. We are very happy with our new RAV4 2023. We'll come back to purchase our next car.

Ask for Otis! Stopped by on Saturday and they were friendly and welcoming. Looked over the cars that they have and talked thru some options. Encouraged a test drive and we loved the vehicle. Met the sales manager at the end, who was also really helpful. All in- easy to work with, welcoming, no high pressure tactics or other game playing. Would definitely purchase from this dealer

I ve purchased two used Toyota vehicles from Battlefield Toyota in the last two years, the second because of a collision with a deer, both through Jason Black. Jason is an excellent representative of the quality and dedication to service of all of the Battlefield employees I have met. My wife s Highlander and my Lexus have been serviced exclusively by Battlefield since we moved to the area. I have never worked with an automotive dealership that I would enthusiastically recommend as I do with Battlefield.

Just bought a 2024 corolla from them. Jacob is one of the best salesmen I ve ever dealt with. Honest and really knowledgeable. Luke the finance guy was awesome too. If you want a Toyota go there it was a great experience.

Had a fabulous experience with Battlefield Toyota purchasing my new hybrid RAV4. Jeff worked with me to help me find the perfect vehicle for me. He was patient as I turned down car after car that became available at the dealership until I found exactly what I was looking for. As my vehicle was still in the build phase when I first put a deposit on it, Jeff kept me posted on when the build was completed and each time the anticipated date of arrival at the dealership changed. I was pleasantly surprised when the car came in well ahead of schedule. When I went to pick up my car, Jeff was out of town so I had the pleasure of working with Shaun to complete the purchase. Shaun was very knowledgeable about the car and took the time to set everything up to my preference. He was friendly and personable as we waited for the finance department to be ready for me. I have owned the car for a week now and have absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend Battlefield Toyota if you are in the market for a vehicle, and if you are on the fence about going hybrid, you should go for it.

I just purchased a used vehicle here. Otis Ellis was my sales consultant and Paul Alexander did my finance. Both of them were very friendly and helpful. They made the car buying experience smooth. Definitely a great place if you are looking for a new vehicle. Also, their maintenance department is top notch.

I would like to leave a review about the outstanding service I received at the Battlefield Toyota in Culpeper Va yesterday. I was serviced by Phillip Coleman. He provided answers for my numerous questions about a particular vehicle I was there to purchase. His advice helped me determine exactly which Toyota to purchase. He also helped transfer things from my old vehicle to the new one. Emily Schuyler in the finance department broke down the warranty information which I also needed. Go there to be treated like Royalty!

I loved the experience of buying a car at Battlefield! Erika Alvarez was the kindest, most informed, and least pushy sales person we ve ever worked with. It was a pleasure doing business with her, and I recommend her for any sales needs. She is wonderful! Not only that, everyone at Battlefield went out of their way to make my family feel welcomed and included. This is quite literally night and day different than my experience at the usual Toyota place I ve used for years. It s my first RAV4 hybrid, and this is the first experience I ve had with them. Just from this, Battlefield has earned our business for future cars and for our service needs from here on out. Ask for Erika!

Jacob was incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment I set foot on the lot and got me through the whole process very quickly, but I never felt rushed. Emily was able to get me an excellent deal on financing and coverage, and I'm very grateful that I got to interact with both of them.

I had a great experience trading my car in for a new car. Mike was great to work with. From initial contact to the end, he was friendly and communicative. I never felt pressured or misled which I was nervous about. Emily from finance was also great to work with. I couldn t have asked for a better experience.

Doing business with Battlefield Toyota was seamless. I drove just under two hours to find the used truck I was looking for & I recommend without reservation Mike & the entire Battlefield Toyota team. The trip was worth it!!! Mike de Nobel, the salesman I worked with is the consummate professional. Battlefield Toyota is Five Stars all the way! From the initial email, to the follow up phone call, test drive, closing sale, final handshake and key handoff - his honesty, effort, and transparency reflect great credit upon himself, his manager, the dealership, and the entire Toyota sales enterprise.

This review is way overdue, but I really want to inform people about the great experiences my husband and I have had with Mike DeNoble and others at this dealership! We needed 2 new cars and prefer Toyotas, but our local Toyota dealership has gone way downhill, so we put it off. After hearing from our friends about the integrity and friendliness at Battlefield Toyota, we drove 45 minutes (in March 2023) to give them at try. After seeing that the initial sales person was someone we didn't want to deal with, we hung around in the parking lot and hoped the person who said hello as we passed by him in the showroom (Mike) would come out to talk to us. He did, and we bought a Camry the same day! We knew what we wanted, and they happened to have two on the lot (which is unusual these days). Mike was so straightforward, kind, and knowledgeable, and he treated us with respect and without pressure. We also wanted a RAV4 (harder to get), and he communicated with us regularly to let us know what models they were going to have available. Finally in May they had just what we wanted, so we bought a RAV4, and the process went very smoothly again. Since then we have had both cars serviced there, and everyone we've met has treated us with respect, integrity, and efficiency. We even met people in the waiting room that also drive far to go to that dealership regularly. We are so happy to know that businesses like this still exist, and we highly recommend Battlefield Toyota!

I own a Camry, Dodge, and my some members have a Toyota. The place is top notch. The customer waiting lounge has a big flat screen TV, 4 messaging chairs, coffee, and a mini fridge with water. Each time I brought my vehicles, there Elvis always greeted me well. At one time, my daughter was in town, and her high lander brake master sender went bad. He did a great job on finding a used one that was not being manufactured new anymore. And provided a loaner so she can get to work. Overall, Culpepr Battlefield Toyota center is the best.

First time Toyota buyer. Not only is this the best car ever, but so was my salesman.Texted the dealership for the price of the Camry i had my heart set on and within minutes Otis Ellis was returning my call. Working with Otis was a great experience. Patient with all the questions I had and the fact that I was scared to death when I finally sat behind the wheel of this magnificent machine. I m in love with the car (sorry Otis). Was always treated with the utmost courtesy and respect throughout the entire process. I would like to think that if I ever traded my car again, I would go to Battlefield Toyota.But I have no intention of trading my new car!Thank you so much to Otis and Arnold (thought I forgot you/haha) thanks guys .. you are Rock Stars in my book!

I swear I was only going to look. Was greeted immediately by Channing. She is a very professional and knowledgeable sales lady whom I whole heartedly recommend if you decide to visit. I ve bought 5 new cars in 5 years .this was the most easy going and stress free ..no pressure. They worked diligently to get me the price and payment I wanted which was no easy task. Traded in a 2020 Tacoma TRD sport on a 2024 Tundra limited .which is an amazing truck! Not much on writing reviews but felt they definitely deserved a good write up. TWO THIMBS UP for Battlefield Toyota and Channing.

I ordered my new 2023 Tacoma on 12/21/2022 from Ben Vidulich sales manager at Battlefield Toyota, and purchased it 01/20/2023. Jason Black sales consultant at this dealership executed the sales paperwork and showed me my new truck. He went over details of the truck features and even connected my smartphone to the truck auto-video system. I was very pleased with the ordering process, beginning with pricing openness at the start and to the final purchasing execution, connecting my smartphone to the audio-video system, and drive-away at the end. As a special courtesy gesture Battlefield arranged for roadside assistance, when I accidently locked my keys inside the truck at the Culpeper VA DMV immediately after driving from the dealership. Everything was done with great courtesy, professionalism, and efficiency, including arranging for the courtesy roadside assistance. The entire purchasing transaction was completed within 1.5 hours of my arrival at the dealership. I couldn't been more pleased. In fact I was so happy I even contacted Ben V. a day later to say that if another new Tacoma identical to this one becomes available in the near future I would like to buy it and drive it to my my south Texas home for use there! This speaks to the amazing purchasing experience I got at Battlefield Toyota.

I have been looking for a Tacoma for some time. Channing who showed me a sport was great. She found me a off road on the last day of the month. We came in at 6 pm and she was with another customer. Erika Alvarez took care of us. She was amazing. If you are looking for a sales associate either of these ladies you should ask for.Arnold the sales manager is what a sales manager should be like. Most are great during and pre sale. Arnold has been great post sale. I had an issue with washer sprayer not working properly. He got me in with Robert in service who got me right in. Arnold also got my tacoma detailed since we bought it close to closing.Erika in finance was amazing. Really appreciate her getting us out of there quickly. We arrived at 6 and were out by 8:00. If your gonna buy make sure she is working and can assist. You won't regret it.The shuttle associate is so pleasant. I really enjoyed my ride to and from home while my truck was being detailed.I have to say that Battlefield Toyota has that small town feel about it. Everyone is so friendly and great at what they do. My experience with them I hope leads you to at least give them a try.

Following a rear-end collision, the insurer for the driver at fault declared our 2022 Toyota Venza a total loss because of frame and battery damage. After doing some research, we found a 2024 Rav4 Hybrid XLE online that was located at Battlefield Toyota with all of the features we wanted. We contacted Battlefield using the email link on the web page, and received a call from Phillip within 15 minutes confirming availability. We met Phillip that afternoon, and in two hours, were driving home with our new Rav4 Hybrid. The whole process at Battlefield was very efficient. Battlefield team members Phillip and Emily were professional, courteous, and very helpful. Working with Battlefield on this purchase was a great experience.

Michael is the best salesman at Toyota! He has helped me get two cars over the past 2 years & he is the only salesman I will let help me! He is very knowledgeable as he knows what he is talking about, not just someone rambling to sell a car, always willing to help me, punctual, fast responses! Toyota is lucky to have Mike, Ashleigh (receptionist) & Emily (finance manager)!!

April 2018: Battlefield Toyota is an awesome dealership with great employees. The sales manager are great. Arnold was our salesman and he was truly wonderful to work with. No pressure and very helpful. Will definitely be back for future car buys.Update 9/5/19: On Monday I traded in my 2018 Tacoma TRD-Off Road due the small interior and my husband is a tall guy and the wonky transmission issues on the new Tacoma. I traded for a 2019 4Runner Limited and LOVE it! Battlefield was such a pleasure to work with again this year. A special thanks to Arnold our salesman, Nate, and Luke for all your help with my sales. Could not ask for better customer service. We highly recommend Battlefield Toyota in Culpeper and will be back when it is time to purchase another vehicle :) ~Darren and Brandy Smith

Honestly the dealership looks extremely clean and spotless all the sales people I had the pleasure of speaking with were respectful however I didn t quite enjoy my first experience with the saleswoman I met. Mike swooped in and fixed all my issues and steered me right into an excellent car for my transportation needs.

We moved to Culpeper a year ago and have always serviced our cars at Battlefield Toyota. We were beyond happy to have Jason as our salesperson this weekend when we decided to purchase another car. We test drove three cars and decided on a Prius. Jason was very helpful with information, but not pushy and was content with us taking our time to make the right decision for us. He has a great smile and a beautiful Jamaican accent. We traded our car in on the sale and when I went back today, he returned our EZpass, which we had forgotten to remove! We highly recommend Jason and will use him again in the future!
