The buying process was a pleasure at Battlefield Ford of Culpepper. Jerry Warren and his sales associates worked quickly and efficiently in my trade and transaction purchasing a new truck. Time is important to everyone and I ve never understood why some dealers make buying a car a 3 to 4 hour process. I may have been there an hour and a half. All questions thoroughly considered and answered. I will recommend and return to Battlefield Ford.

Bought a 2023 Explorer from Battlefield, lifelong Ford fan, been happy with it so far. Dylan Carroll is my salesman, I recommend him highly for all your sales needs. I had been in and out of the dealership several times over 2 years and not once was he pushy or aggressive in his marketing. Dylan let me take my time and find exactly what I needed and on my own schedule. Greatly appreciated!

I brought my 2018 Expedition in for service , the check in was quick and easy. The services I got were 4 new tires ( balanced and aligned), 2024 inspection, and oil change. I was hooked up with a sweet loaner expedition (2024 cami green ) The service department at battlefield stayed in touch w me and had my vehicle done in a timely manner. My family is very pleased with the results and the very tempting loaner suv 10/10 .

Everyone was nice, but, they are car salesman. Anyway, good price on the car, seemed very nice. It is used, and sold as is, which of course releases them from needing to fix anything on the vehicle unless you have a warranty of some sort. I have had the car 7 days and the check engine light came on. Two different errors, or problems, that I will need to fix now. I would not recommend buying a used car from here. A new one, maybe, but not used.

We had our first oil change in our new/used 2020 Ford Expedition XLT and the process was amazing. I love that they came and picked my ride up and brought it back. They called me when it was done and it didn t take long at all! Service at Battlefield Ford has always been top notch but they have upped their game! The service there is the Best around! We Highly recommend servicing your vehicle there!

Definitely a FIVE STAR experience at Battlefield Ford in Culpeper! Dylan was my sales person, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Their staffs are amazing, everyone was polite, friendly, and willing to help every step along the way. My sales professional Dylan was great to work with. Very knowledgeable on the product he sells, patient with any and all questions we had during the purchase and even after he has been willing to help in any way he can. The finance manager who we had the pleasure of working with also provided great service and helped us make this purchase possible. Both my wife and I have every intention of returning to Battlefield Ford in Culpeper when we are ready to purchase her next vehicle. If you're in the market for a great new (or pre-owned) vehicle, this is definitely the first and only place you want to go! Thanks for everything!

No pressure experience buying from top shelf salesman Jerry Warren. Mostly done over the phone. He made the 477 mile drive worth it. Only detraction from a 5 star experience is the $999" processing fee" No getting around it though. I felt like I was a gettng as good a deal as I was going to get. I would definitely buy from Jerry again. Thanks

I highly recommend Battlefield Ford in Culpeper. They are always a pleasure to deal with, especially in the service department. Recently, when I had an issue with my F-150, they took great care of me and resolved the issue quicker than I expected. Also, the new pickup and delivery service made the whole experience very simple and the delivery team, specifically Cassidy (Red) was a real pleasure. If you haven't already, you really should think about joining the Battlefield family. :)

Just purchased a F150 Ford truck yesterday 03/14/24. We meet Cheryl Brown, explained to her our needs and she listened got us in and out quickly as we were on a time crunch and to leave in serverl hours. I would highly recommend Cheryl, she didn't push us for the sale she was very friendly with a professional attitude. Taylor worked to get our monthly payments as close to what we wanted. My wife and I appreciate you youall

We just bought our new F150 through Tony Jasper. He was quick to respond to my initial request and provided up front information. Tony was patient and very accommodating as we worked the purchase while living a couple hours away! Great experience and great price on the truck!

Had a great experience purchasing an F-250 from Battlefield Ford. Tony went above and beyond finding the exact truck I wanted. No pressure to buy something on the lot with more or less options. Tyler was very patient and helpful working out the financing. There are other dealers much closer to where I live, but the 1.5 hour drive was definitely worth it! I'd do it again.

Outstanding experience buying a Bronco from Battlefield Ford Culpeper. Channing was an excellent sales rep helping with any concerns or questions and making the process smooth. As manager, Justin provided detailed guidance through a comprehensive process. Because of this great team, our family now has a beautiful Bronco. Thank you!

Battlefield Ford is excellent to work with. They handled my repair very quickly and even offered a loaner car so I could get to work while my car was in the shop. Everyone I worked with was courteous, professional and did excellent work. Thanks to everyone at Battlefield for your help!

Great salesman (AJ Stead), sales manager (Josh Bochette), and financing staff (Tony "Juicy" Jasper) were easy to work with, and they had me in and out in record time. I highly recommend them. Please see my sales representative Aj!

Disappointed in sales. I had called on a RAM truck that I wanted to buy but am out of state (made sales aware of this). I asked if they would deliver truck to me and they stated no that is not their policy. Second I asked if they did trades, he said yes but we would need to see the truck here at dealership. Battlefield Sales didn't offer to ask me to even send pictures/video of my trade truck to see what kind of offer I would get from that before I would make the drive of six hours to view this truck. Being upset about this I had reached back out to my previous dealership whom I bought my current truck with, whom is local to Battlefield Ford. My previous dealership reached out to Battlefield Ford and tried to get this RAM truck and Battlefield Ford said no. Battlefield must not want to sell a truck and service from Battlefield Ford sales has left me broken hearted -not dealing with myself or another dealer.

We had been looking for a good used pickup in Northern VA and had to expand our search area. We found a Toyota Tacoma online & our sales rep, Dylan, contacted us the next day. Dylan was professional, friendly & knowledgeable. We made our purchase within an hour & finalized our visit with Amy, the finance manager. Amy took great care of us with the registration process & we were on our way. We are very happy with our purchase & would certainly recommend Battlefield Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle.

The service department goes above and beyond to make you a satisfied customer. Service prices are reasonable but in no ways cheap. Every visit has been satisfactory. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. We will return especially since our car is in their possession. Be aware that the supply chain for parts has gone off the rails and normal parts are having back order dates of 5 months at times.

Bought a $180,000 F750 in 2022, paid an extra $7000 for a bumper to bumper warranty. Less than a year and 18k miles in the PTO stops working. Call, they say it only covers the Ford truck not the equipment on it and I have to call the manufacturer of the bed. I call PJs the bed manufacturer and they won't honor it either. 2022 dump truck, nearly $185,000. Plus an extra $7000 for a warranty and it's useless.

I purchased my 2007 Shelby Mustang here in April 2020. Battlefield Ford called me in April 2021 to inform me that my inspection was due and that it was free for the mustang as long as I owned it. Great service. I am completely satisfied with the service department.

Went in for an oil change and they provided me with an estimate that I later found out was just the cost of labor. After the oil change they gave me a new slip that was twice the amount of the original and told me that the original one just included the cost of labor. Also, their receptionist was absolutely odious.

Never again. Service dept no clue what they are doing. No communication with customers. One has to call and ask and ask only to find out the tech assigned to the vehicle, either didn't come to work or no one can figure out what was and was not done to the vehicle. This goes on every time we take the truck in for servicing. Hubs bought the big maintenance plan and this is the so-called service we get with this dealership. This go round a part had to be replaced which involved having it done and then sit to cure. Fine. We were told when we dropped it off it would be ready today. No one calls and tell us that the truck can't be picked up because the tech wasn't at work. Uh...so the task to replace the part, let it cure was not done? Why does the tech need to be there today if the truck is cured? Thank goodness hubs called or he would have driven a half hour out there to find out truck isn't ready. Does no one track the work and its status and enter it to track servicing for the vehicle? Its awful. Get your cars serviced at a better Ford dealership. Update Jan 2024. What has changed? Nothing. Hubs is now on hour 3 of a front end brake job. Never told him that the caliber pin seized and they need a part. Hubs had to ask what was taking so long. Months ago, we had to get a rental for work to be done on the truck. We were given a car on E and expired inspection sticker. I will be thrilled when the extended warranty is up and we can take it to a Ford service center that can communicate with the customer in a reasonable manner.

I recently had my car "repaired " here for a check engine code that described Intake runner control stuck open bank 1, running rich. Several simple things can cause this code. Being that I already had the intake manifold replaced in 2021, the last thing I would suspect would be the intake manifold itself. All other related parts, vacuum lines and hoses would be suspect first in my view. So, they supposedly "diagnosed" it further and came back telling me the intake manifold was bad. Nearly $1,000.00 later, I pick up the car and the chk engine light pops back on before I leave their lot. They rescan it and this time it says o2 sensor, air mixture lean on bank 1. Obviously, this is related to the intake. They quote me another $347.00 to replace the O2 sensor. I couldn't afford it plus they would have to wait for the sensor to come in and I had to leave the next day on a long trip. They said it wouldn't hurt to drive it like it was. I eventually took it to another Ford Dealership and had them look over it. They found 1, a clogged vacuum line running to the intake actuator, which wouldn't allow the intake runner controls to move, this most like was why the intake runner control was stuck open in the first place, 2, they also found the intake boot was severely dry rotted and had a hole in it, 3, they found the evap purge hose also had a hole in it. They tested the O2 sensor and it checked out good. That was also recently replaced. I contacted Battlefield Ford to see if they would help me out since I feel they should have replaced or at least recommended me to have these vacuum lines, air hose and intake boot replaced with new ones While they were already removing and replacing the Intake manifold. They would not. My intake manifold has to be removed again to replace the bad evap hose. Another $743.00 estimated repair, mostly labor. I researched Battlefield Ford on the BBB website and found they are not accredited with the BBB. My advice to anyone thinking of dealing with their service department is to get a second opinion from another place if you have the time to do so. Unfortunately, I didn't. Don't trust the first thing you are told, get that second opinion if not a 3rd. I will never do any business with Battlefield Ford of Culpeper again. They just lost a loyal customer. RUN, RUN FAST AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFFS!
