We have just purchased a great truck from Battlefield Chevrolet, Culpeper, VA. Not only are their prices very competitive, the service is simply outstanding. It is a rare experience when you can leave a dealership and feel like its team has done their absolute best at making the whole experience enjoyable for you. Werner and Santo were knowledgeable, caring, and fun to deal with. The management was also very supportive and fair. So pleased and would highly recommend this dealership!

I would hands down recommend Battlefield Chevrolet to anyone! Every aspect of my experience was outstanding. I worked with Mikeal and he was awesome from the moment we arrived til we drove away with our Traverse. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly during the whole process. They gave me a reasonable offer on my yrade in and helped get me payments where I needed to stay within our budget. I couldn t be happier with my experience. Thank you Mike and the rest of the team!

Good At the sales side but don't ever bring your vehicle here for detailing work. Bought a brand new 23 Silverado. Brought back a week later for scratches all on the passenger and some on the drivers side rear. They hit it with a buffer which I later found caused swirls. Then when I bring it back to fix that they chip the paint. Not one chip in the paint prior to them attempting to fix it and now I have at least 2 if not 3 down to the metal. And told there's nothing they can do about it.

Everyone was extremely helpful and patient with us as we decided on our purchase. All of our questions were answered and we never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. Our salesman, Alex was great! He was friendly, helpful and willing to find out answers if he didn t know. We would definitely recommend Chevrolet and Alex!

The gentleman in financing was personable, non-judgmental, and incredibly helpful. We had a good experience with the sales team member, who tried his hardest to help us(Werner Wyss). However, the sales manager did not even sit down with us to even attempt to negotiate a deal as you are supposed to when it comes to selling vehicles. He did however have the confidence to say out loud I do not care where they f come from, they could be from Virginia and I do not care. With that attitude in mind we walked away. No one should be in customer service with that attitude. After two weeks and looking online they have decided to lower the price on the truck to what we had in mind. For a company that wants to sell cars, it doesn t look that way. No wonder the truck is still on their lot with a manager like that.

I couldn t be more happy with my experience at this dealership. I worked with Mikeal Miller, and told him what I was looking for. He ended up reaching out to me as soon as the vehicle I needed came on the lot. I went there to check it out in person and it was exactly what I was looking for. I m so happy that he reached out so quickly. It was an extremely sought after vehicle and had he waited one more day to contact me, someone else most likely would have bought it! The team was able to get me a great trade in value and get me the payments I needed within my budget. I actually live an hour away but it was worth every minute of the drive to get the vehicle I wanted!

Ralph was my salesperson and did an excellent job in getting me a low mileage vehicle that was in my price range. Was very professional, but at the same time put me at ease and made me feel I was the most important customer had. From test drive to financing the purchase was made easy.and was an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Ralph as a salesperson!! Helpful but no pressure. Purchased this vehicle less than 30 days ago and has been into the shop twice. I was told by the used car manager they would not buy the vehicle back but I could trade it for something else. Really? That's your answer? No statements about being sorry they sold me a defective vehicle, nothing. Only thing he recommended was I purchase a warranty (already did when I bought it). So the first trip to the shop, a week after buying it, check engine light came on. I was brushed off by the service tech that they couldn't find anything wrong and cleared the code. I questioned such, check engine light came on for a reason. Within a week of that "service", the code returned and check engine light came back on. Dropped it off again, this time, they said they found a loose hose connection, which they reattached. I again complained that I am getting the run around with no actual fix to this vehicle and their refusal to apologize about selling me a faulty vehicle. The service manager called me stating he personally checked this time and assured me it was repaired. I do hope so but doesn't seem like I have any recourse anyway and the "managers" don't seem to interested in providing their touted 'family-owned and -operated auto group wants everyone who walks through our doors to feel like part of the family' motto

I purchased two cars from Battlefield in 2023, a used car for my daughter and 11 months later, a new car for myself. This dealership is superior in customer service, no haggling sales people, and quick to get on the road with your new vehicle. In particular, Josh Bailey went through months of questions and negotiations from me before my new car purchase, and I cannot say enough about his professionalism and knowledge of my vehicle - making the purchase process seamless and very pleasant. 10 stars out of 5!

Mikael Miller was excellent to communicate with. Fast, responsive, professional, and not pushy. I was not able to find the vehicle we wanted that checked all the boxes for us but he was excellent with communication and trying to help us find one. I would reach out to him if I was looking for a vehicle and they have it in stock. It was a very professional sales communication.

I bought my 2020 Chevy Silverado from this dealership and never had a chance to do maintenance with them as I was deployed in other areas. I finally came back to the general area (state) and brought my truck in for service. I wanted the truck washed and detailed and asked for that service the previous evening before my appointment. The oil was changed, tires rotated, and such. "Sorry, we don't have time for the detailed service. We are slammed," the service department rep. We'll, now I don't have time nor the inclination to ever deal with you again. That's $60-100K in business you won't get. Who teaches your people customer service? Your dealership has changed for the worse in four years.

This is by far the worst place to go there sales men are great alex was very nice but management not so much I would not recommend this place at all no u lie an said it was worked out before I got there then wanted more money its all good I know next time to stay alway from this place there not nice people at all very rude an so you telling me that thoses vehicles r not cover when someone test drive them well I pray No one ever test drives anything there because accidents happen an it wasn't a big deal till I didn't have more money to put down then I was looked at like I was nothing an never give them your keys if you r trying to trade in your vehicle they don't want give them back they r so rude

Worst dealership out there. Service dept is incompetent. Took my car in for a weird vibration, was told it was fine, went in a month later for state inspection, was told I needed new ball joints and shocks, about 10k in quoted work. Went in 6 months later and was told by the manager that the vibration was an indication my transmission was failing, so they wouldn t give me more than I owed on it for a trade in. Then when my co owner refused to sell the car and we demanded the keys back they wouldn t give us back the keys and told us to talk to the legal dept. Which made my co owner uncomfortable and forced my co owner to sign the vehicle over. Will never buy another Chevy, Should have called the police and charged them with auto theft, I m sure corporate Chevy would be disappointed by this dealer.

Once again I had an unbelievable experience with Jeremy and the Battlefied staff. This was my 2nd purchase in almost 3 year s and just as the previous purchase I have no complaints at all. Jeremy was not aggressive, very professional, explained in thorough detail s the features of my truck and the process from beginning to end was less than an hour. I will refer all of my family and friends to Jeremy and the staff at Battlefield!Thanks again Jeremy and I look forward to doing more deals in the future.

Very pleasant nice home town feel. Work done fast and efficiently. Just little disappointed that no Senior citizen discount is offered. Final amount $400 over phone conversion for approval. Alot for a senior citizen fixed income. Will still come back though service manager and cashiers are very nice. J. Rose

Awesome dealer. They bent over backwards to accommodate for my travel needs. As a person with a very full schedule they really helped me out. Very polite and professional even in the face of negotiations. They'll do anything they can for their customers. Don't let distance stop you, I dealt with them over the phone the whole time and we worked out a perfect deal together, never left me hanging. Tony and Jeremy, you guys are awesome!

I was in a rough spot with a truck that I thought I wasn t going to be able to get out of, and then I talked with Mikael Miller, one of the salesman here. He talked with me and tried his absolute hardest to get me out of that truck after knowing the story behind it. He got me the best deal, as well as got me into the Chevy Malibu as pictured. He helped me tremendously and got me situated in a good spot with the car. He helped me get rid of the truck and get into the Malibu in a way that no where else could. So Mikael, if you see this review, thank you sir again for helping me out, I appreciate it. Also, his personality and way of handling business was top of the line outstanding. Thank you again, and I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for something that will last a very long time

On Saturday October 22nd we found a car on the carfax app. I called Battlefield Chevrolet and talked to Carol Edward's. We negotiated a price over the phone. My wife and I took the 2 hour trip to go and see the truck. Jeremy Bailey meet us at the door. He showed us the truck and we went for a test drive. Came back and did the paperwork. Went into the finance office and was treated great. This is the first time my total experience in a dealership was great. The 3 people we encountered we genuinely nice. I would recommend this dealership to anybody. Jeremy is a great salesman.
