I was worried about purchasing a car but the salesman I had was extraordinarily kind, helpful, and personable. He overall just seemed like a genuine person I could trust. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and with the car buying experience! If you're in the market for a new car I definitely recommend going here and asking for Kevin Steimel!!

Didn't choose to finance here (took forever, haggling extended warranty, etc etc etc) but highly recommend Trey in sales. He was down to earth, no guilt, no run around or sleazy haggling, listened and answered all of our questions. Also grateful he kept an eye on my kids while taking care of paperwork. He went above and beyond.

Jeff and the team at Battlefield Toyota were amazing to work with. We bought a 2023 Toyota Prius and felt this was a great experience. We definitely will be back! We drove over 1.5 hours and it was worth it.

This was my 1st time buying a car in my experience was extremely well with battlefield everyone was so helpful the staff was absolutely amazing my sales person Jason was very personable inattentive to what I wanted As well as the person who handles all of the financial documentation Emily was extremely friendly patient and helpful

I have waited a few days for this review. I wanted to be in a happier place with myself before writing this. This is the worst dealership I have purchased a vehicle from. I have purchased more than a few dozen cars in my lifetime. The only reason I purchased this vehicle is because I did not want to walk home ( which was suggested by the sales mgr). I live 5 hours away and had rented a vehicle to get to this dealership. I don't want to get into he said/ he claimed debate. Did I mention this was the worst dealership i have ever been to. Still shaking my head about them wanting to sell me a warranty and they couldn't fix a little problem with the vehicle. They stated they do not work on the vehicle and would have to send it out. Again why. I don't know what was worse their blaten disrespect towards me or their attitude. All in all I fixed the (4) minor issues. Took about (6) hours. Hopefully I am the only customer treated this way. But I will never again visit this are any toyota dealership again.

First time having vehicle serviced. The service area is very nice and clean. The waiting room has drinks and snacks with nice seating while you wait. Thought I was given very honest diagnosis of what repairs were needed. Repairs made after my authorization seem to be excellent and problems are gone.

Courteous and efficient. Honest, as far as I can tell. I am able to bring my truck in and wait for the repairs almost always. The waiting room has free coffee, water, and snacks. I can usually get an appointment on either the day I call or the next day..

Never have a issue here. They take care of my mnt that is included with my purchase. I get a text when it's coming up and a text while I'm there with updates. Everyone in the service dept is great.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and the employees! We purchased from 5 hours away and they made everything as easy as possible and worked very quickly to get us in our GTO dream. These guys even stayed later than normal to help us!! Jeff Roberts and Paul Alexander, as well as the rest of the staff offered stellar customer service. We are very grateful for you all at Battlefield!

Great service. Only draw back, they charged me $109(an hour in labor charges) to change my battery. I changed my own battery in our Highlander in 15 minutes.

Brandon Scott was informative and the opposite of pushy in the process of buying our new car. We got the Autocare package and I m so glad we did. A rock hit our windshield and they came to our place to fix it in a day. Super easy and already paid for itself. So happy we decided to go here.

This dealership has improved greatly over the years! We had ordered a part for our car and the service when we picked it up was fast and friendly. Also, earlier in the week my daughter purchased a used car from them and had a great experience! I would definitely recommend them for buying cars, parts, and service for your car

This time they failed me , overall experience good Shawn always takes care of us as well as Benjamin, unfortunately we didn't agree on a price this time , maybe next time they will have a little more options to choose from and possibly we can make a deal in the future, i still have my eyes on a 2024 or 2026 Toyota Tacoma long bed automatic or manual tras 4x4.That's going to be my next purchase.

Had a good visit today, a scheduled oil change & tire rotation, they even put in a new air filter, boy was the old one dirty. Very professional, friendly & understanding today, thanks guys & girls!! That means so much to myself & my husband, we shall return. Have a great day!!

Friendly folks selling great autos and reasonably priced service. My wait while they're changing oil in my car was so comfy with all I can drink coffee ( goodies to way if you're inclined) and massage chairs. Always enjoy going here to visit.

Ihad avoided dealership for 20+ years. But after a frame recall on my pickup and the great job. I gave them a try on a certified used RAV4. Prices were reasonable. Pleased with service

My salesman was personable, knowledgeable, patient, willing to work with me. There was a good selection of the type of car I was interested in buying. The dealership is very accessible. They have other dealerships right next door that you could choose a different model of car.

Sales guys are pleasant to work with. There just isn't any inventory to look at. We only had one used Suburban to look at.
