This is by far one of the best AutoZone locations in the state of Virginia and I'm not exaggerating. Just the other day I was blessed by assistant manager Tim who helped me out a great deal to get what I'd needed at the time. Not to mention, Ronald and Overi (not sure how that is spelled). Just recently, I had to go to the AutoZone to get a new bracket because id mistakenly thrown away my other after getting a new battery, and assistant manager Chris not only located a bracket that could be compatible with my battery, but even went above and beyond to put it on after I had some complications. I appreciate the superb customer service that I always seem to get at this location. Thank you Jesus and thank you AutoZone for exuding compassion, care and excellent customer service. God bless you and your entire staff in Jesus Name

Wanted to thank Christopher H and the assistant store manager Chris for all their help today. They went above and beyond, customer service of that level is rare these days. They made an exchange easy and even though I had to travel to Fredericksburg to get a part, Chris called first to make sure it was there and ready. They also notified them that we had left a bracket and held it for us until we got back. He took the time to make sure the part I received was correct and satisfactory.

Recently went to have my battery checked and I had to jump it to start my car. I went in and a very helpful and friendly young gal (wish I remembered her name) helped me. She tested the battery and got me all rung up for a new one. I proceeded to swap put the battery. While finishing up a second employee came out and offered to me help but I was done. They offered to carry the old battery on for me which I accepted. Went in and got my core charge returned. All in all very pleased with the customer service and professionalism. Their staff was very young but very attentive and helpful. Great job!

Online says they have a part and they never do. Hardly stock any parts for vehicles. May as we ll be an oil and auto retailer supply shop.

Monday July 17 traveling from Luray, va to Maryland our truck was losing power and eventually quit running after pulling into autozone parking lot. My husband went in asking for someone to use their tester to see what was the problem. The man there, with a British accent, said he could not help us since check engine light was not displaying, nothing was displaying no power. He just turned us away. I will never use autozone again, very disappointing customer service.BTW, we managed to jump the truck and drive to the advance auto in culpeper, they bent over backwards to help us and get us back on the road. Autozone should take some customer service lessons from advance auto.

Store clerks are rude as hell. I m the only person at the register in the entire store at about 6:55 pm, the clerk (young guy with a long curly ponytail, didn t catch the name) taking his leisurely time to put back parts throughout the store. So I finally go seek him out for him to tell me I m putting stuff away. So I say well I need help! His reply I m doing my job. So apparently bc putting stuff back is also a part of his job it takes precedence over helping a customer physically standing and waiting for you. Needless to say it was worth going a mile up the street to Advance Auto to receive polite customer service.

Great customer service! These guys were awesome, I felt for them because they were so busy, not a lot of staff. But nonetheless they got my parts ordered and in the next day!!

AutoZone staff were great they helped me find the right part for my truck & at a good price I recommend.... I tried NAPA here in Culpeper earlier very disappointing it was more like visiting a frat house.

I found the customer service to be poor even though they were quick and gave me the correct parts. The female who helped me kept switching her attention between me and her coworker. In mid sentence of her talking to me she would start talking to her coworker. I found this to be extremely rude behavior. Guys, good customer service is easy. Treat people the way you want to be treated if you were being helped.

I came here to get fix a flat and come to find out I had a slice in my tire. The store manager Randy here was awesome and the rest of the employees they really helped me out. I felt like I was at Chick-fil-A how good the customer service was . Randy actually came and put my spare on for me and I really did appreciate that so glad to still have people in the world like him such a blessing. Thank you again Randy

I like to give AutoZone a high-five. They help my husband today. The young man saw that we had life warranty on our brake. I want to thank him for helping us were the others just kept making us paying for them. We will see you tomorrow. Again Thank you and we will see you tomorrow

Usually I m super loyal to Advanced Auto Parts, especially because they re right next to my office, but when my windshield wiper came flying off in the middle of a rain storm, auto zone was the only one of the two to answer the phone. I went into the store and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I bought two new ones, but only had one installed because I was running late for an appointment. That next week the second windshield wiper came flying off so I went back to have it installed (my car has a very specific and difficult application) and the gentleman helping me double checked that both were on tight with no possibility of flying off. Turns out the first one I bought was defective and was well on its way to the same fate my original set experienced, so he replaced it at no extra charge. As a woman that is normally taken advantage of in situar regarding car repairs, I can t thank y all enough for making me feel comfortable and confident in your work!

I came here to get new windshield wipers and motor oil and was able to find just what I needed. I would have like the employees to offer help with installation or given me some advice but the experience overall it was very good. Also got the rewards card which seems like a pretty good deal. Recommend it

Went to get wiper blades and I was the only customer in the store..There were 4 people working that I seen a lady on the phone one Spanish guy and a white man older who saw me come in the store and all azz to the back..I had to wait 30 mins for assistance...The Spanish guy said everyone was busy but he was talking to his friend..never will go to that AutoZone...I'll stick to the one in Warrenton,VA where customers are their first priority

This review is all about customer service. The service provided by ONE employee, AJ Lapp. He should be teaching others how to look after and respond to customers. He has provided top notch recommendations on parts, gone above and beyond to suggest additional parts required without over-selling. I recently locked myself out of my truck and called to ask if you had the little kit with wedges, the inflatable bag, and rod/s to fish the keys out of my ignition switch. AJ indicated that you did not stock the look out kit, and that there was no need for one. He indicated that the Culpeper PD routinely will unlock vehicles for citizens. This awesome young mans helpful advice saved me tons of time and money. He genuinely cares about people and always seems to be a go-to employee at this store! There are a bunch of parts stores out there; but only one AJ! He s the reason why I choose AutoZone.

Ordered part that had to be paid for at time of order.Got confirmation that they would call today when parts arrived. I Called them 2 hours after truck came in. First they had to find parts. Once confirmed then I went to pick up. Had additional delay because they couldn't find it, even after I let them know I was coming for it.Sales staff had an disappointing, improper and poor customer service attitude.

Went into this place just now. No customers in line. Was to go get in line when all I had was a question. 2 employees were at the service counter. Acted like I just didn't belong in the store. Acted like they didn't care about their jobs. Were rude to the point , I asked where another place to go was! This place always gives bad service. Never again will I go in this auto zone!

I was helped by Britney right away. I needed a new battery. She replaced my battery and I was out of there in ten minutes. She was helpful and very nice. Thank you!

Four employees in the building, not one wearing a mask. Shows no regard for the safety of their customers. All had bandanas around their neck but made no efforts to pull them up while standing next to each other or customers
