A pleasant experience with Doug and his staff. I bought a1965 mustang fastback that was completely restored underneath and under the hood.The car needs some minor work which I knew it would.Overall I was very pleased and Doug delivered the car to me a few days ago.I would not hesitate to drive the 3 1/2 hours again to do business with the Car Guys.Thanks

I highly recommend The Car Guys for a great deal and wonderful customer service. Doug Hill and his staff put me in a beautiful 2014 Lincoln MKX several years ago and I ve been very pleased with the vehicle. I m now back here test driving a couple of SUV s I m interested in and I would highly recommend The Car Guys for an overall terrific experience. Carl M. Ziegler

10/10 experience. We purchased a 2017 BMW 750i from Bibin Thomas last week. He was very informative during the process, and even worked with our busy work schedules to find a good time to see the car. Even prior to, he sent us photos and videos of the car which helped us in the decision making process. The Car Guys are friendly, hardworking and trustworthy people to a T. We've already recommended them to our neighbors! Thanks Mr. Thomas!!

I bought a Toyota from them.Picked it up then later learned it had been sold at auction with structural frame damage!It also had 3 quarts too much oil and the four wheel drive was inoperable.None of this was disclosed by them.Read their other EBay feedback before you buy from them,buyer beware of the Car Guys!

Just wanted to give a big shout out to The Car Guys on Rt 6. I was working across the street in my studio and came out to flat tire. I know it s not something they regularly do, but they kindly fixed the tire for me. It had been a pretty rough day, and their genuine kindness showed me good still has a place in the world. Thanks, Guys! I ll have fresh baked cookies for you soon!

I bought one of the cars on auction with a deposit and had already booked a transport company, as I m wiring the the rest of the money on the same day I won the auction i get and email saying that he had already sold the car to someone else a whole week earlier, yet he still put it up for action. Then I message him back asking if he had any other similar cars i not he same price range so I don t loose the deposit on the transportation truck and he never responded to me. All he did was waste my time and my money.

I always have a great experience with these guys! Bibin and Cabell are super helpful/knowledgeable and always open and honest about exploring options whether it s buying a car, getting new tires, or just good places to get my yearly state inspection done fast. They are always polite/positive and have a smile on their faces which makes working with them and going to them with my frequent car questions all the more easy and pleasant. I really appreciate their service and will continue to go to them with all of my car needs in the future. Thanks guys!!

Over the past 10 years I have bought 3 cars from Doug. He gave me great pricing; it was like I have an inside guy in the car industry, which is pretty cool. The second car I purchased, I ended up selling on Craigslist two and a half years later for $1,300 more than I paid for it, which was also very cool- and confirmed I did indeed get a great deal.In short, Doug, with The Car Guys, was knowledgeable, blunt(honest- which is hard to find these days), and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Will go back to him for vehicle #4.

I just bought my 2013 Mercedes CLS from Doug at Car Guys today and I didnt want the day to get away without writing a review. Car buying can be such a pain especially when you find a car you like and it is in another state over 200 miles away. Doug made it easy. He took time out while he was on vacation over the past couple of days to talk to me and discuss the car. The experience was smooth and everyone on his team was very helpful. Great Experience!! In fact I have Doug on the lookout for a SUV for my soon to be 16 yr old. Highly recommend Doug and his business.

Bought a vehicle from the car guys about 4 months ago. Never had an issue with the vehicle. When I saw the truck I said that I wanted it. And I started my my loan process. During that process it took a little longer than expected. Bibin and Doug both waited for me to get everything together about two weeks. Knowing they had multiple different offers on that vehicle. Regardless. They waited for me to get everything ready. And they made the process painless. Will 10/10 go back to buy another vehicle. And also 10/10 recommend everyone to go buy a vehicle from these guys.

I have never had such a rude experience with a car dealership. First Doug was unhelpful answering my questions on eBay motors. His messages then became blatantly rude as I asked him to clarify a question I had about how many vehicles he had for sale. Rather than answering the simple question he nitpicked on a misspelling within my messages and claimed I had a defective transaction history. I quite simply do not, I have 99% positive feedback, and have NEVER bid on any of his vehicles ever before, nor dealt with him in any previous manner. I am no scammer or troll, but had up until that point been legitimately interested in purchasing one of his vehicles. I then called in to the dealership to discuss these unhelpful messages. I remained polite despite having received poor service, and to his credit Doug did finally answer my question about his number of vehicles, however he then accused me of wasting his time and hung up on me. Poor salesmanship is one matter, but being rude and picking petty fights is ridiculous. I m sure there will be some reply from him trying to cast himself in better light and make me into a bad guy scammer or something, but I have zero history with this dealership and I can t begin to understand why Doug chose to actively alienate a potential new customer.(Update:) I later reported this dealership to eBay motors, which reviewed our message exchange. They affirmed that I had never had any previous transaction history with Doug and that they would be taking action against his account for the abusive behavior he demonstrated. Whether or not he had me confused for somebody else is irrelevant, his actions are not warranted against anybody.

Awesome group of guys. Got a great deal on my husband's ideal fun car and they were so accommodating. Doug was as nice as he could be a real southern gentleman and Bibin was just a jewel. Highly recommend you check them out.

Bibin and the staff over at the Cars Guys exceed all expectations. I will be purchasing all my vehicles from the future. Great customer service, cleanest bathroom I ve ever been in, knowledgeable and best selection of vehicles. They will also work with you.

Really nothing special. I bought a Mercedes from Doug earlier this year and have so far dumped nearly three times what I paid for it into repairs. The ML was still a great deal and exactly what I wanted, but a modicum of honesty would have likely enticed me to come back.

I dealt directly with Doug on a recent purchase obtained through a local option. I bought the vehicle sight un seen and Doug was extremely informative on the vehicles condition, and helpful in getting me all the appropriate documentation, keys, etc. He is a trustworthy straight shooter and I would recommend doing business with The Car Guys to anyone in the future.

These guys are fantastic!..They gave me a great deal on an old restored bicycle and I m looking forward to do a lot more business with them from now on and they have some awesome antique and vintage vehicles too! I highly recommend them and the owner ( Doug Hill ) is a very honest and straight up guy!

Doug Hill is a dishonest man. Paid over 30,000.00 for truck. Truck needs substantial repairs . Truck was purchased 5 months ago and no title provided. We are in process of taking Doug to court. My advice buy elsewhere.Check with the BBB . This is not negative feedback to is truth. I have vehicle I can't use because I can not register. Do to no title. Truck was listed on eBay in great condition. Not so. All emissions system removed front end has extensive damage.. You can message me on Facebook for details. Waiting on VA court system to get this mess resolved. Hopefully I can get the title and move on. Bless your heart Doug.

Doug and Bibin and were extremely Respectful and greeted me with a handshake after talking over the phone regarding a 2013 Silverado! I noticed right off the batt not only did they have many different types of vehicles to suit any need, they are meticulously cleaned and detailed inside and out. After taking the truck for a test drive the buying process was very smooth and I felt more than comfortable signing the paperwork. One year later she is still driving like a dream! Big thank you to the car guys!

I found a vehicle I liked on eBay. It only showed the good photos, not the bad; misleading. Then I called and specifically asked for the bad things if there was any rust etc. I was told no it looks fine even seems like it s been recently under coated. So then I drive 12 hrs round trip for the day. When I arrive not even a hand shake or let me show you more about the vehicle. Just walked away. Strange but okay. Then the engine was hot. When looking at a diesel if the engine is hot when you arrive more than likely it s coverig up problems and it will fire right up. Then I inspect and there is the worst rust I ve ever seen spray painted over (not under coated), oil pouring out of engine, rear leaf springs bent, bondo and spray foam to fix rusted out metal. What a waste of time and joke of a car dealer. Doug is the type of person who is really nice but in my experience gives used car dealers a bad name. I would not recommend at all. I spent over $100 in gas after putting down a $500 hold on a misrepresented vehicle.

Bibin at the Car Guys was very quick to respond to questions and answered them honestly. I drove 5 hours to look at a Suburban and it was just as they described. I would definitely do business with these guys again!

Talk to them for three days about vehicle they have on lot. Agree on price over phone drove for 2 hours and right before I walked into dealership they texted me that car is sold on E-Bay. Absolutely fantastic business model.

I had a great experience with the Car Guys and would go to them again 100%. I purchased a 2015 VW Jetta TDI at a great price from them and it has been excellent. They were all extremely helpful and accommodating as well.

I had a flat tire which blew out on the road and pulled over to this shop, and was helped immediately by the nice people working there. They put my spare on for me and I was ready to go in five minutes, free of charge. Super friendly and professional, great customer service - I highly recommend this place!

Bibin is a massive help! Him and the rest of the team are all wonderful and ensure the customer always comes first, and they are very honest and transparent and only sell vehicles in the utmost pristine condition! I wholeheartedly recommend them

My family has purchased two nice reliable vehicles from this business. They will help you find whatever type of car deal you are looking for also, which is how I got my second vehicle...I would say give them a good look if you are seeking out your next purchase.
