What more can you want in a self storage unit. VERY Clean, well lighted, climate controlled. And the staff (Marsha!!!), professional, accomodating and personable. We've used them several times and it's always a great experience. Unconditional 5*s.

My wife and I have used Charlottesville Self Storage at Crozet for storage of supplies as well as for parking an RV. We have nothing but good things to say about Marsha and her team. They are customer centric in words and actions. Next time we need them, we will be back.

By far the most pleasant self storage experience. Wide doors, magnetic door holders, wheeled carts. Conditioned unit with timer lights. Very secure with lots of cameras.

I found the storage facility to be top notch. The units are well insulated and air conditioning was not needed. The staff, particularly Marsha, were outstanding. This is the way that all businesses should run!

When we were looking for a storage unit, we were in crisis mode. Marsha was professional, helpful and calm. Cville Storage at Crozet had everything we needed, including a lock for the unit. The facility is clean and secure, with someone living on site if there is an emergency. Easy monthly payments were made online. When we finally were able to move my parents' belongings back to their home, Marsha noticed on her regular walk-through of the property that our unit was empty before we had the opportunity to contact her, and she reached out to us by email. Can't ask for more than that! Definitely recommend.

A very clean, secure and respectable place, Charlottesville Self Storage at Crozet suited all my needs with various units. From outdoor units to climate-controlled units, this facility offers the best in customer service and satisfaction. Marsha is an outstanding property manager and communication with her was great over the 3 years I rented at Charlottesville Self Storage at Crozet. Look no further, your household goods and valuables are secure here in Crozet; very clean facility and never any insects or rodents.

Charlottesville Self Storage at Crozet is a top notch company. I had leather and cloth furniture stored there from 2014 to 2020. The furniture was in excellent condition! I was thrilled. Marsh who works in the office goes the extra mile no matter how many times I call her! She is efficient, and kind!

Had a great experience with Charlottesville Self Storage at Crozet. We needed a temporary place for our stuff while we were waiting to move into our home. Everyone in the office was very kind and accommodating and made the entire process easy.

Very clean, secure and well maintained facility. I only needed the unit for a few months. They were very courteous when I needed to cancel and worked with me to quickly close out on my contract so I wasn't charged another month. They clearly had my best interest in mind. I definitely will use them again in the future.

Nice experience over the past few months. We no longer need your service, but if we need it in the future, it will be a pleasure to do business with you again. The office was always friendly, there was always someone there to answer the phone, and your staff is very, very nice. The units were adequate and clean--and when we asked to downsize to a smaller size, our request was answered quickly. Thanks for all you did!

Nothing but good in our 5-6year experience with a helpful and professional staff. Marsha captured my wheel covers a coupleof times. She called when things looked out of place. We are movingto Pennsylvania and are hoping we find a storage facility close to as good. Charlottesville Self Storage at Crozet is the best.

The registration process was smooth and efficient. The staff is friendly, organized and customer oriented. Even more important, the facilities are clean and it is easy to get in and out. Finally, I also feel like my stored items are secure.

Storage Nazi, they watch you on camera. There rates are $40 over their neighbors. I started at $121 an ended up at $141, 2 years and 2 increases. They lock up the trash and you have to ask permission to use it between the hours of 9-5. Why didn't they just put a key code lock like the entry gate. I was charged a late fee because she didn't get the mail out of the box on Saturday. Then when she took it out on Monday she charged the fee. Your rent is also due on the 30th of the month not the first, that way she can charge more late fees. She is not nice, I received several rude emails from her. I highly recommend not giving them your credit card number so she can charge additional fee's/fines at her discretion.

I rented a unit from this establishment for about 6 months. During that time, I noticed it was kept tidy and that the staff were available at reasonable hours. When I needed to contact them, they always answered the phone in a punctual manner and responded to emails within a day. They give good service!

Best storage facility I have experienced Have used them twice for temporary storage of household items and their services are simply outstanding. Very helpful and friendly manager. Facility is immaculate!

I don't have anything stored there. I was with a friend that does. I was amazed at the facility because it had heating units installed in every section. Nice!
