I usually never have a problem with this store. Everyone is friendly and helpful. However the newer employee Kaleb needs to work on his social skills or be placed on stock rather than cash register. After getting frustrated with me for him putting in my rewards number incorrectly 3 times he proceeds to tell me to watch out for alarms when I go out of the building because his manager is standing right there. I do not know what he meant by that but he was very rude. Perhaps he needs better training.

The best Tractor Supply store I have ever been too. I drive over from West Virginia to this store, it always has been fully stocked and if the website says they have it, you can count on it being there, unlike the store closest to me. The employee's are all amazing super helpful, friendly and know their business. A very nice store with super employee's. Thanks for my new splitter and accessories !! I will be back !!

I needed a battery for my RV, and being from out of state, headed immediately to Tractor Supply. They had the battery I needed, with a very friendly staff. Thank you !!!!

With all respect to the team in this store who try to help, this store is the worst ever for dog tools and supplies. They never have appropriate stock. On every visit we have made, the response is we are out of that and do not know if/when we will get more in. For us, the store is a complete waste of time and effort. The staff is nice. Just want the end the comment with something positive.

Friendly staff and a generally broad and useful selection of items. some things need to be ordered but typically get here in half the expected time. a lifesaver for a small town with a wide array of local lifestyles. I have personally been hoping for years for this town to get a tractor supply! it certainly beats having to drive for 2 hours to the closest one. I come here monthly out of necessity. this is absolutely one place that will NEVER go out of business. picking out an item personally for wares that is provided here will never go out of style. again, staff is friendly and helpful with anything you need right right now and everything you can stand to wait for to be ordered. cant get any better really.

It's a very nice store and very friendly people working there . I called on the phone to see if they had a dog clipper's in stock in their location. The young lady was very friendly and polite to me and checked . She said she had two. I said I was coming from a distance ,but I will be there . She put them at the front for me to pick up. It was so nice of her to do that for us .

Friendly staff, always ready to help. I've found so many things we need here when I couldn't get them anywhere else in town. And I love that my dog is welcome! here!

I want to commend the Covington, VA store for excellent customer service. Someone in my family bought a product. It failed. Their response was outstanding professional, responsible, and caring. I am glad a company gives its staff the freedom to make things right without a long, painstaking process. I will continue shopping at Tractor Supply.

We drove to Covington to pick up a Toro Timemaster lawn mower that Roanoke Tractor Supply didn't have in stock. The transaction was a bit hurried as it was minutes before closing time when the helpful employee and I loaded the mower on my truck. She mentioned to me that they'd started the mower and that the ground speed was really good on this model. Then she gave me a package that had a bottle of motor oil in it and told me to add it when I got home. What? To make this brief, the first thing I did when I got home was to read the manual which said not to start the engine before checking the oil. Oil barely showed on the stick, so I pumped it empty with a hand pump, (about 4-6 oz of oil) and didn't find any obvious sign of engine damage other than a slight grey tint to the extracted oil (probably from factory break-in). I poured the provided 18 oz. bottle into the engine and that brought it to the full mark. It seemed like bad policy to me to start a new engine with very low oil but it's running good. Otherwise the purchase experience was great.

Store doesn't keep shelves stocked. Employee turnover is extremely high with basic farming knowledge one would expect to be a part of the store lacking to say the least. A "few" employee's do actually know about farming.

It is a very good place to shop but I have found a number of times that a lot of the things that I purchased there they no longer carry wish they were a little more consistent but still I would recommend fish store

General farm needs for livestock. Along with clothing and general mechanics tools. Usually not crowded easy to get to off the interstate. Great addition to the community. Has many seasonal needs also.

Love the store but always understaffed. Don't stop if your in a hurry and be expecting to pay a tad more for things than ya would at other hardware and farm stores
