Robby is very friendly and knows how to diagnose issues with your vehicle. He is reasonably priced and gets the job done right. I will be bringing both of my cars to him for service in the future.

I stopped here on the recommendation of a local as I was traveling from MN. to VA. I was having transmission issues in my van. Robby was pleasant and very accommodating. he listened to my issues and diagnosed my transmission. he was able to get me in and perform a transmission flush and fill very quickly. I walked around town and by the time I got back he was done. he didn't promise it would fix my issue but he gave me a personal assurance that this would help AND IT DID!! I made it to my destination of Hopewell, VA. (2 MORE mountain ranges) AND made it back home to MN. And still going strong with no more issues. he really saved my bacon and at an affordable price. I CANT THANK ROBBY ENOUGH !!!! you were a savior to a person in trouble. I would highly recommend Robby to anybody that may happen to be in the area.Again Thank You Robby!!Service: Transmission repair

Ran metal brake line all the way through bracket where it's supposed to Connect to a rubber brake hose and straight to the brakes. It was rattling and they tried to tell me it was due to "settling".It was a front wheel so needless to say the metal line was very bent from turning the wheels. My vehicle was being repaired there from a collision. The body and paint work were not that great either. I ended up asking my insurance to have it taken somewhere else.

Well I had the whole exhaust system replaced. I brought all my own parts in. They replaced it and didn't replace the O2 sensors. So I took it back down and they did that. Well the next day check engine light came on and read something was wrong with the sensors. I call tell him about it and he said he would check it back out that it was probably a bad new sensor. I told him I would have to wait to get the money. So I call again today and his phone number has me blocked. So pretty shady and lame. I wouldn't take anything I this crook.Service: Exhaust

My suv was towed to them on Monday and was done fixed and ready on Wednesday of same week. Reasonable price and time. They were very professional and polite to deal with. Did not treat me as if I did not know what I was talking about because I am a female either.

Has always treated me right especially most recent. I called him on Sunday evening an without a hitch was told to drop off Monday morning. While looking for a clunking sound underneath the front he also noticed upon pulling in the garage that the catalytic converter was going bad. He called me immediately before performing any work. We had discussed previously dual exhaust and BAM..... upon receiving the truck back not only did he fix the loose shock absorber but installed the new custom dual exhaust at a fraction of what anybody else would. Robby has always been good to me and I would highly recommend him to anyone....

Would not be my first choice as he couldnt get quality 4 rack and pinion later I made reimburse me and too else where they fixed in one try. However he didnt argue about refund. Also he is very smart when it comes to diagnosis. So it was just the experience he would be second choice though.

Broke down going cross country and by simple good luck I chose to to have my truck towed to Robby's. He was able to fix my truck the next day and get me back on the road. He was up front with labor costs and even allowed me to stay in my camper on his parking lot. I probably won't be through Covington again, but I would highly recommend him to any that need repairs.

We took my daughters car in for a computer for the engine and some touch up paint. They had the car for 10 weeks. Every time we called there was an excuse as to why it wasn t done. We just got the car back and it s still not running the way it should. We were also way overcharged for the work they did even though he said we were given a discount. I will never take another vehicle there. Horrible service and cheap work.

Probably the best repair shop I've ever been to. We were stuck like chuck in unfamiliar territory from a blown alternator and Robby and his crew had us up and going within 2 hours at a very reasonable price. Big thanks!

Robie and crew are attentive, and listens to what his customers auto needs are, fair in pricing and honest. We will continue to use Robby's automotive for our Suburu.

It may not be as high tech as some of the big dealership's, but if it's the everyday stuff he's hard to beat. For a long time Robby has always treated me right. There's usually a full lot, so he must be doing something right!

Wasted my time, took my car there it sat there a month came to pick it up he had done nothing to my car thatd I'd asked, took it to another shop had it done the next day.
