On the way home from our honeymoon my car broke down. I made it to a mechanic who took a look and told me I had a severe engine problem. I was stranded six hours from home. I had been wanting to trade for a while so I decided this was my best option financially to get home. I went to Covington Nissan and explained my situation. I test drove a Honda Civic on their lot and was very interested. They went back and forth from the salesman on the floor and the sales manager for four hours. They knew that time was urgent for my situation and I needed to get home. After telling them what I could put down that day they took four hours beating around the bush and wouldn t give me direct information. They wasted most of my day and then told me they couldn t work with me. With two hours left to spare (other option being finding a place to stay that night and miss work again) I left very frustrated. I went to Magic city 5 min down the road. They stayed after hours and got me in a nicer, newer vehicle and headed home in 3 hours. Covington Nissan is not the place to go, especially when you want to be treated seriously.

I am a recent customer of Honda Nissan based out of Covington VA. I am more than than happy with my choice of transportation and going through this dealership! I give a huge shout out to Crystal with Honda Nissan of Covington. If it wasn t for you being so kind, helpful and caring I would not be where I am now! All my thanks and appreciation goes to you Crystal! Anyone in the Covington area looking for a new ride head on over to Honda Nissan of Covington and chat with Crystal and the rest of the lovely team that works there!

I would highly recommend this place if you're looking to get yourself a good Nissan. Our sales lady, Crystal, was really nice and awesome to work with. Since we did a lot of the work before we got to the dealership, we were in and out of the dealership in 5-10 minutes. All we had to do was sign over the paperwork, hand them the cashier's check, and the car was ours! Again, would highly recommend this place if you want to get yourself a good Nissan!

My son has been looking for a metallic orange Nissan Versa for the past few months. We found this dealership had one arriving this month. We were blessed to have Crystal as our sales lady. She did an amazing job taking care of us and making the entire process flawless. We have had some bad experiences at other dealerships with being taken advantage of but not here. Please consider this dealership when you are ready to make your purchase and make sure you ask for Crystal!!

The offer I got was such a despicable lowball. It came from the owner, himself. Don't even bother if you want to do a trade-in or sell a vehicle.The salespeople are very nice though, in particular Crystal. So just beware of you're selling.

Not great, not impressed, overcharged me, and a member of management talked down to me, dismissed my concerns, and told me how to feel about the situation. If I could remember his name, I would include it.Sales girl was not a problem, no issues with her. My complaints revolve around management and their corporate nonsense.Just a BLAH experience that caused me a lot of stress.

For me and the mechanics there do a wonderful job they have helped me ever since I have moved to West Virginia and I go to see him which is a 20 minute drive for them to service my vehicle

Crystal and Billie made everything super simple for us, and Crystal did everything in her power to make sure we left the lot that day with our new truck. I definitely recommend them if you d like buying a new car to be a pleasant experience.

I've purchased multiple cars here over the years and always had everything serviced here as well. I've been 100 percent satisfied with the staff every time from sales to service to detailing . Friendly,fair service!!!

I recently had my yearly inspection done. They are so thorough! You get a paper with everything on the car and they mark beside each thing its condition and whether or not it needs immediate attention. They were also prompt at getting it done so I didn't have to wait long at all.

Any way to write 0 stars? I came into the Nissan Dealership and the sales ladies were just screaming and the room smelled like pot. The second I got a chance, I left. Will not be returning!!
