Great tow company! Called and they showed up within 20 min and the price was very reasonable. They got me to the emporia auto parts store right before they closed and I was able to get the truck fixed and back on the road. Thank you!

Went to get my grandson's car, the guy was really nice and explained everything to us,he took his time with handling our business and gave my grandson a jump since his battery died, I can't remember his name but a HUGE THANK YOU SIR FOR KINDNESS

Had my tires balanced and rotated, plus an alignment! They were quick! The price is very reasonable!! If you have tried them, and you live around Courtland VA, you need to try out their services!! My second using them.

They suck not helpful at releasing your car after towed. Didn t realize racism still existed Not only that but broke the axle on the car and tire gone claiming it was like that already improperly towed.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Used these guys yesterday, had a driver stuck in a ditch called Southampton Towing and within 25 mins they were out there and got our truck out professionally with zero damages. Big John is the Man, great family business! Has never let us down. Been doing business with them for about 10 years . The people to call if you need a tow, a tire fixed or regular vehicle maintenance! Friendly staff who will do there best to take care of your needs!

I went in for my engine light being on, turns out it was just my gas cap.They didn't charge me the full price Being a single mother money is definitely not to be thrown around. So I really appreciate them and would go to them for all my car needs

Had to wait a week for car to be seen after breaking down, but all the other mechanics in Courtland were 2 weeks. Ashton was awesome and repairs were cheaper than I expected

The guy John was a blessing!!!! It was already a rough day and then my car broke down about 2 miles from home. It was dark and cold and he was there in no time!!! I would definitely use them again!!!!

I see you responded to the 1 star I gave your establishment. Your blatant disregard for my situation in disheartening and down right unprofessional. As I said I understand that you have a policy. But there are situations where the human factor should come into play. I offered to bring my ID. I stated I would bring something letting you know it was ok from the police department. I even shared with you that the owner of the vehicle was my daughter and she had been assaulted and then run over by her SUV. All of her ID was in her vehicle . And you had no compassion for our situation. You even said that my daughter would have to come there in her broken condition with her ID that I clearly told you was in her car. How can she do that ? ?Why would you as a mother say that to a mother. It's just business for you right, it policy right. As I said to you it's not the Christian way. Shame on you... Shame on you... And as for the profanities your employee was slinging around when I enquired about your hours of operation, I only have pity for him. He lost his cool on the job and issued threats to someone he doesn't even know. Unprofessional to say the least.

Towed my vehicle I had wrecked. But stole stuff off / out of it. The mechanics are trash & they are very unprofessional. If you are a woman, I don t suggest going here. Hit a deer and totalled my car in thr middle of the night, SHTR came to the rescue.Only downside was waiting for my ride to pick me up and I lived more than an hour away so waiting in the dark outside for an extended period of time was uncomfortable.
