Brian had to order tires for me. Had them at the store the next day, installed them and inspected my vehicle all for a reasonable price. He was very professional and worked with my schedule. Thank you, Able Tires!

I purchased my tires from Able Tire, they ordered, installed, and balanced them. Quite a few months ago, I found out that they rotate for free! I recently scheduled an appointment to have the rotation done right before Thanksgiving. They got me in within the week! Thank you Able Tire and Automotive!

Absolutely AMAZING!!! Brian was so professional. He made sure I got the tires of my desire at a great rate. They also preformed a 360 degree inspection to make sure my vehicle was driving correctly. I highly recommend! They re definitely a hidden gem!

Had a blown tire that need to be replaced immediately and when the place I usually get tires at didn't have what I needed, Able's was there to save the day! They had what I needed, were polite, courteous and honest! Yup I think I found where I'll do business from here on out when I need tires!

All of my studs broke off of my tire luckily in front of this amazing tire shop. They have the best staff u could wish for. Everyone there was friendly not to mention they came to my car which was on side of 460 between 2 parking lots and got the job done. They had to order my studs and do everything that comes with that all under 2 hours. This place stopped what they were in the middle of doing to help me get back on my way. Definitely recommend 10/10 in every expectation.

Brian, Curry and the crew were courteous and got me in for a Va state inspection this morning in record time. While there I asked for a few tire recommendations for my wifes vehicle and Curry was very helpful. I've been taking my personal vehicles and my work vehicle to Able for some time now and have nothing but positive experiences.

Tire issues on our way to Roanoke and after calling the nearest tire shops, the friendly staff at Able Tire had our Tire size in stock and had us in and out quickly at a reasonable price. We are so thankful they were "Able" to help when we needed help !

This is the 2nd time I have took my vehicle here And curry has been nothing but good to me. Very understandable and knowledgeable. They was slammed packed today and curry was running around helping everyone and still did wonderful work on helping me at the last minute while the other guy in the office did nothing but sit at the computer and didn't even understand what I needed done to my vehicle. He is the go to guy.

It's just not the same in any way since Neil sold. Area may be cleaner, but knowledge and experience in the garage and courtesy at the desk are GONE.The girl at the front desk could have cared less about my $500.00 tire purchase. Not even a thank you, just handed me my receipt while talking to another person. This was my 3rd attempt at giving them another try. Like another poster, they said I needed ball joints as well in order to align my truck. False.Life long resident of Concord and Able tire from way back. That has ended. Never to return.

Thank you so much to the crew at Able tire! We are on the road with a travel trailer and the SUV had a slow leak in the tire. They were great about fitting us in and getting us back on the road. Tire had a small nail in it We had a nice chat with a few locals guys. All in all a great experience and very reasonable price.

I been always making my oil change with them never had a problem. But took my wife car there to replace 2 tires, air filter and oil change. They charged $130 to change an air filter, and also broke the air pressure sensor in one of the tires that they changed, I look online and that piece cost $12, they try to charge her $65 to replace it, it was working perfect before they replace the tire. So after we pay $420 to replace 2 tires, air filter and oil change, still try to charge us $65 for something that they broke. Never coming back, many options around, it s really hard to have loyal costumer and really easy to lose them.

I was traveling from SC to VA when I blew out a trie on my 3500 dodge ram. I could not find a tire anywhere. I called Ables and Laura asked the phone. Wow what a great person!!! She helped me find the tire that would match the others and with in 15 minutes of me getting to the store I was done and out the door. If you need anything call Able first and talk to Laura!!!! Thanks again!

I'm so sad that I have to write this review. This company is owned by Larry's tire been doing business for a long time. I took my car in basically have spark plugs. The carwent in running fine the car came out sputtering hissing and basically did not want to run. I call the mechanic 3 � ask did he gap the spark plugs each time he said he Did,Even when I had proof that he had not . Another mechanic was so upset, he said this is what makes us look Bad. My car had to be Going Out of town over the weekend so we fixed it ourselves. Got the receipts and everything. Now Tell me I'm harassing them. Not You're Hometown mechanic!This is so egregious, I'm not going to get mad. I'm just gonna take them to court and wil I show the judge the video and the pictures.. Justice will be done. Ps Just wanted Them to credit the work they didn't do right. I will update if my review has validity.

My first visit that will probably be my last. I had an appointment to get tires put on my truck and took them over 45 minutes to even get it back in. An hour and 20 minutes later they finally pull it out and say I am done. I had asked them to put valve stem extenders on and they did, however they were not for my wheel type so they were loosley sitting in the rear wheels to flop around and mar the aluminum rims. I would have been perfectly fine not having them installed had they told me while I was waiting that they didn't have the crrect ones. No bother to mention it to me on checking out, granted they did say they didnt charge me so it was a free mistake. Glad I looked before going down the road and hearing the racket of steel beating against aluminum. While I was removing them in their parking lot I did notice thattheir machine also left indents from mounting the tires. Tire pressures are nothing near factory. Right side of truck is at 55psi and left at 80+. I have done business with other tire shops they are affiliated with and have been nothing but happy and this place goes and throws it all out the window.

Got to brag on my good friend Ken Landrum and his team at Able Tire & Auto. They had me in an hour they promised and got them fixed Beyond my expectations. My Jeep drives like a champ now. Night and day. I should have seen them sooner. Very smooth. I would recommend the short 15 minute drive from River Ridge Mall to Concord on 460 W. Well worth it.

I had new tires put on my truck about a week ago. It was a great experience from start to finish. I was able to drop my truck off and come back later that afternoon to pick it up so I didn't have to wait. Ken and his crew really took care of me! I highly recommend giving them a call for all of your automotive needs!

Have dealt with Able on and off for years, always had good dealings customer relations-wise with the owner. The other day I called and got a quote on new tires. When I went to the shop and had the tires installed and car aligned. I found out they were under new ownership, but have kept the same name. The guy that I dealt withs name was Wayne, he was very friendly, informational, and very reasonable on prices. Fast service too,,, I Will be returning in the future.

Today Feb 24, 2023, $31.60 to mount a qty of 2, 12" trailer tires. No balance and no valve stem, no bent or dirty rims, not on trailer, ie hand delivered. Seems expensive for 8 minutes worth of work.

Service was much too fast. Barely got to sit down before my tires were rotated.In all seriousness this place is awesome. Always friendly, fairly priced, and good turnaround time on vehicles. Thank you all for what you do!

Service was excellent. They took of my issue quickly. I brought them a tire with a nail in it and they fixed it while I waited. It took about 15-20 min. I did have to request a patch instead of a plug, which is their default. Glad I thought of it. I don't trust plugs. The office/waiting area is pretty grungy.

I've been an irregular(as needed) customer for 20 years. Ken is the new manager and their service is thorough and right. Customers waiting have access to refreshments, tv, a/c and bathrooms. Able was a good man until the end. Great to see this place get spruced up! Looking great! Thank y'all!
