I've tried to shop at your store in Colonial Heights and I've also tried to order parts from the same store. Almost every time I have had to go there, it's always an issue. The last straw was when I ordered a part that was supposed to arrive on a Thursday, I called and it wasn't there. I called the following day and it wasn't there. I was asked for my phone number and they would call me when it did arrive. Today is Tuesday and I hadn't heard from them so I called the store only to be told they sent the part back yesterday and no one had called to tell me it was there. As much as I hate to do this, I wont bother with going in or calling your location again. How hard is it to just do the right thing and follow up with your customers? I've been waiting on this part since it was ordered early last week.

I love these guys. I was looking for a K&N air filter, and it turned out it needed to be special ordered. They were the only auto parts store that would actually do that for me.

Incredible service. The service provided by the employee that helped us what most cordial and amicable. He helped me obtain everything I needed and more. I generally find O'Reilly to be a very good store but with the right employees it makes it a great store. This particular branch is the best. Absolutely recommend it.

Completely awesome place. The people there are very helpful and knowledgeable. I was talking to the manager and the store was taken over by new management about a year ago and the store waa in awful shape before. So any comment dating a year ago and back are now void.

It was a good experience as all ways I needed a part that wasn't in stock and the sales person said he could have it there by 1:10 pm and it was 12:00 pm when he ordered it and as all ways it was there when I went by to pick it up at 1:30 pm. It's a pleasure doing business with O'Reilly because they do what they say .

Staff is apparently too busy to be bothered by customers when they walk in.....I walked in the store, walked around the whole store twice, never saw a single person. Used the self help computer to select the windshield wipers I needed, and only then, while picking out my wipers and an employee come from the back. It turns out it was the manager, and she informed me verbatim "we have things we need to take care of in the back too." This person then never asked if I wanted help or needed anything. Rude, unprofessional, and should not be in a management position, let alone customer service.

They were helpful. We weren't sure if the fuse we needed would solve the problem, and they let us check it in the parking lot and then return for the right part. If you do your own car repair, they are a good source for parts.

I was about 2 hours from my destination when I hit some road debris, which resulted in a damaged front turn signal. The exposed wires shorted the circuit, blowing a fuse, and leaving me with no turn signals. Logan quickly helped me identify the damaged circuit and made sure I got the right replacement parts. Most importantly, he ensured that I was able to continue my journey safely (and legally) so that I could attend a meeting the next morning. Thanks for your help!

So I tried to return a foot pump that I bought at another O'Reilly's at this one. It was brand new and didn't last more than a few attempts to inflate a lawn mower tire. This store refused to accept it back without a receipt, even though the pump is literally on their shelf. The young woman at the counter was very rude and not knowledgeable at all. She couldn't figure out how to open the spring load and still couldn't figure out what was wrong. The idea that a store won't accept it own product back is simply ridiculous.

Dont shop O'Reillys unless you want the wrong product multiple times and then the last time they refuse you a refund & refuse to show the camera footage proving them wrong. Shop autozone or literally anywhere else.

Found an item on their website, but it could not be ordered on the website for some reason. Contacted the store directly and they had it available the next day. No problem for them. See Paul at this store for all your automotive needs.

After having my windshield wipers replaced at this store I was told they did not need the cap piece on the passenger side however right after within 45 Mins on the interstate in a ICE STORM the wiper flew off making it very difficult to drive maybe this service shold not be offered if they are uncertain of of what is required as thus is definitely not only inconvenient but a SAFETY ISSUE hopefully we will be able to resolve this issue as soon as possible or I will ofcourse be a returning customer to AUTO ZONE

Always super friendly. Willing to help me even when they are packed full of people!! I love this store! And prefer this store to any other car parts store because of their friendliness.

Always love orilyes, ive been to stores in north carolina, Kansas and this one and they always let me use their brand new tools even if i dont have the right tools. Ive done my brakes, my outter tie rods and more. They are always helping me oyt at every store and they always have high quality parts and tools every time .

The Asst. Manager was friendly and helpful. He ran a diagnostic and let us know what had to be repaired. We highly recommend this store.
