The scheduling person was excellent. She handled her responsibility smoothly and efficiently. The tech who handled my car, only did half of what I asked to accomplished. He swapped out the tire correctly, but completely lied to me about the tire repair that I asked for. There was a nail in the tire, and he told me that the tire could not be repaired. It was too close to the sidewall of the tire. This was a lie. I took it to another shop, and they handled it for me.Needless to say, that shop has lost my business forever.

Would give zero stars if I could. Had to have two tires replaced and like others here my car was in the back for over two hours. While I'm waiting the tech that was working on my car comes out to ask another customer questions about their repair!! I am also a mechanic and have NEVER had to wait this long for tires! No idea what they are doing but they won't get my business again. Guess I should have read these reviews before coming. Stay away!!!!

I am a repeat customer at this location. Keith C. and the rest of the NTB folks have always given me quality service. I get exactly what I need without the hassle or frustration of upsells. Therefore, I would recommend them to anyone looking for tires, brakes/rotors, state inspections, and/or anything else. They are awesome in my opinion!

Had my tires replaced along with brakes and rotors. They were quick and knowledgeable, also reasonable in pricing. We will return.

Terrible service! The workers are very very slow, not professional. They don't know their job. They are constantly walking and eating. Added services to the check that were not done, be careful!!! Absolutely do not recommend!!!!

I liked that I was able to find tires at a reasonable price and make my appointment on line with an immediate next day time.The only problem I had was the tires I clicked online came up a different price when I checked out. It wasn't unreasonable mind you but a disappointment nonetheless.The staff was friendly enough. They took me in fast as well. I'd go back if I needed tires again.

With rare exception , the service writers price the job correctly, give accurate completion times, and reviews the work order in detail before starting a job. Best to make appointment in advance, and drop off vehicle.

If I could give negative stars I would. Went to get tires for my car and while I was waiting, the tech came got me showing me I needed front struts. Now I do all my own mechanic work but while he already had the tires off I asked him to quote me a price on new struts and install The price he came back with was over $2000 so I happily denied and said I'd just take care of it myself and just bring it back and get him to align it. While I waited for him to do my tires the lady manager and another lady manager from another store didn't notice me in the corner as they started talking about how they would call people that had dropped there cars off for repairs and tell them they needed more repairs and how some would fall for it and some wouldn't. They were bragging over who got more money out of people doing things like that. After my phone went off from a text message they realized I was in there and went in the small office. This in my mind is by far the lowest a person or company can go to get sales

Came here to change the tire. They are slow and lazy. They don t know where their equipments are located..It took an hour for them to find a tire.

Keith Cadnum & Sandy were amazing, extremely friendly & welcoming. This was my first visit to a NTB, I would definitely come back. Keith lighten the environment with his comedic humor. Sandy & Keith definitely put my mind at ease. Both of them were vastly knowledgeable, I immediately could tell that they both were seasoned vets, It was overall a 5 star experience.

My wife and her friend were driving to Florida and they had an issue with the front bottom spoiler coming off the vehicle. Her friend took the vehicle to the garage and they fixed it for her at no charge. This proves that there are still decent people in this world.Thank you NTB for helping these ladies in their time of need.

Never got serviced. Wait time was more than an hour. Just got them to say they going on break and will call when they are ready to service my vehicle with an oil change. Do not recommend unless you have nothing to do and willing to walk around for hours until you are serviced.

Price for tires was decent, comparable to Sam's Club or Walmart, had my truck for 2 hours with the tires off, the tech spent a lot of time wandering around and talking, finally watched them start mounting and balancing the new tire. No idea why he had my truck on the lift with tires off for 2 full hours, before starting to change the tires on the rims. Waste of time, mainly mine. I've been a mechanic for 30 years, I know how to do the job, and what is involved. Won't be back.

If a ZERO was possible this store would definitely receive it. I had an 11:30am appointment on 6/22 to have 4 tires mounted on rims and install them on the vehicle. I dropped the vehicle off on 6/21 and when I went to the store 5 hours after my appointment time my truck had not been touched. The manager proceeded to apologize and said he would get it done right then. Well 6:30pm comes around and guess what. Still didn t have the first tire changed. This store is absolutely terrible and deserves no service from anyone. However, I will give credit where it s due. The service Manager Jessica was very polite and understanding of the issue and worked with me to get the tires put on the truck.

Unbelievable!! I came in on Monday and basically I was told it was first come first serve. Understandable. I couldn't stay. So, I made an appointment for Wednesday 9am. Showed up at 8am. My appointment was for nothing! I was told I was first come first serve AGAIN. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT!! HOW IS A WALK-IN SUPERCEDED OVER AN APPOINTMENT???That is bad business practice!! Telling me there is only one person capable of doing an alignment. But they are doing first come first serve.

Staff was extremely helpful. Brandy at the front desk was very friendly and communicative regarding services and pricing. She called me multiple times with updates on my vehicle. The service over all was extremely fast in comparison to other places and the prices were fair.

First time I came here I was so disappointed I had an appointment and waited a full 90 minutes before my truck was pulled in for a simple oil change, and it took an additional 90 after that. I figured they might have just been busy so when I needed one of my tires replaced I scheduled an appointment. Took nearly an hour to get my truck into the bay. the people who work here are pretty nice but they don t honor appointments over unscheduled issues so you might as well just walk in without one and get ready to wait.

This is the kind of place that charges more labor hours than needed to get a job done in order to jack up the price. Then, they to try to sell you on additional services that are completely unnecessary. I was told it was "damp" around my oil pan gasket which would be an $800 fix. They were going to charge 6 hours of labor to fix that. I was never offered to look at the truck or shown a picture when they were working on it. After declining that work and looking on my own, there was no evidence of anything wrong around the oil pan.Without a doubt these people will push extra services every single visit and absolutely rip off anyone who just doesn't know any better.Stay away and find a reputable local shop.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! I had an appointment for 10:00 am for tire replacement, my car sat for at LEAST 90 minutes before making it into the garage! My car then sat for another 2.5 hours to find the correct tires (tires they claimed they had at the time the appointment was made (MONDAY and it is THURSDAY). They apparently did not have said tires so they suggested a different brand and STILL took another 30-45+ minutes to locate (ON THE PREMISES) and install the tires. Alignment was also requested at 10:00 am when speaking with customer service and I was told it would be included only to find out it would be an additional fee AFTER the tires were already paid for and put on my vehicle.

I highly recommend Colonial Heights NTB. They have an amazing consistent crew/management. Truly appreciate Richard and had the pleasure to meet Robert today (both managers). These guys mirror each other and run a great team. Always informative over the years in every visit.Thank You

Is this how you would like your car or family member treated? This shop damaged the cables going to a family members radio in her car and handed her the keys back and said oh just take it to the dealership to see what is wrong. Now can not get a response from anyone and who does that in the first place? You break something you fix it or arrange for the car to get fixed. By the way they damaged the whole navigation system/screen with a replacement cost from the dealership at $1,000. Update: They did reach out and agree to pay for the work to be completed at dealership.

They charge u an arm and a leg for labor!! I waited four hours for an oil change and two new tires. I was cool with 2 hrs waiting...but when I watched my car sit up there for another hour and a half and the employees happily eating their food and I've been there since they opened ...not cool!

MGR.ROBERT IS THE BEST!!!!! HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME,110% PROFESSIONAL.Keith also serviced my truck,you have great honest,hard working people like Robert and Keith there, taking care of your vehicles,it a JOY to deal with good people,you got me for life now God bless such good people like them,I love this place and will always trust them with my vehicles

NTB took me immediately and completed my oil change. They had to get a specific filter driven over for me and the change was still completed in under 30 mins. The lady at the front desk and mechanic were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommend to any of my friends in the area!

I was quoted a $2,293.00 price to replace all 4 struts on my car. I thanked them paid $19.99 Diagnostic fee and took my car for a second opinion and was advised I had no strut issues whatsoever. They found a leaver on one of my wheels had too much play in it and replaced the part. I came away with paying less than $300. This was my first and last time at NTB especially this particular store in Colonial Heights..BEWARE...

They have been taking care of my car for close to 8years now. Never had an issue with quality or pricing.
