This was a great experience. The team even let me know about a loose sway bar that I didn t know about while changing my oil and headlight It was an inexpensive fix but definitely important. This is the team you want to partner with for any auto repair and maintenance because they ll let you know about anything they see that isn t right (not just to upsell but to notify especially for safety) Even my tire on one side was incorrect for my vehicle weight /use and they checked my tire pressure and added air to them all as a bonus while alerting me to the tire needing to be corrected even if it wasn t through them just for safety this is the only place I take our fleet vehicles thanks again fellas!!

I have had my vehicle serviced twice and had my little sisters vehicle serviced at MNM Auto as well. Diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner both times. The crew is great. They are welcoming and courteous. Very honest and easy to communicate with. 10/10 will be returning for all my and my families auto needs.

This place is great! Staff is fully knowledgeable and very inviting. I stopped in for a oil change upon doing their routine inspection the mechanic informed me that I had a small leak in my fuel line, very unfortunate. With that being said the guys at mnn Auto didn't try to pressure and scare me into a repair. They simply gave me all the information I needed and let me make a decision when and how I wanted to do it. This I appreciate you so much. If you're in need for trustworthy car service definitely give MNMAuto a shot!

I ve had a few instances where I had to do mega maintenance on my 2011 Toyota Camry and Billy & Andy always make sure my car gets taken care of at a good price too. As an out of town student it s hard to find the right mechanics or auto repair shop around. I lucked up finding MNM auto.

Excellent customer service very family oriented. Listens to your concerns don't try to take advantage of your or over charging. If you are questioning bringing your car or looking for a shop look no more MNM is the place to bring your car and feel safe you will be taken care of.

I had my BMW X3 serviced and repaired today at MNM Auto Repair in Colonial Heights. A wide variety of items including 4 new tires, serpentine belt, oil & filter change, replaced thermostat assembly, front end alignment and overall check from front to back including a State Inspection. Just drove it home about 20 miles and it is running great and smooth as a baby's bottom. The total bill was more than fair, work done on time, and my car was clean and ready to drive. Gentlemen, you've got yourself a repeat customer.

I just want to take a moment to acknowledge these 2 guys right here.. Kevin & Billy - MNM Auto Mechanics.. they were referred to me by my nephew Roc They were so professional, their facility was clean and they allowed me to jump on their internet so I could work while waiting on my truck.. the owner, Billy, was one of the nicest men I ve ever came in contact with and fine too, I might add.. The lead technician Kevin was on the money.. when I told him on the phone what was going on with my truck he knew exactly what was wrong.. I explained that I m a single mother with a stretch thin budget & also told him there were other things I was aware of with my truck but I needed to address the cutting off issue first, so I could be safe while driving & get to work I must say that he definitely understood the assignment.. I just can t thank them enough & I am returning in 2 wks to address other issues.. I was so pleased that I will never go anywhere else for any vehicle I may own as long as they are in business.. I said all of that to say, if you need anything done to your vehicle these are your guys.. MNM Auto Mechanics in Colonial Heights . I give you Five Stars on Service & Performance..
