So I decided I was going to drop into loyalty Nissan in Chester. I had a recall on my keys to my Nissan rogue so I decided to bring them in and have them changed over. Upon walking in I came in contact with a gentleman named Zack. And when he spoke to me I was instantly drawn by his polite nature. Well after I got the keys done I went and I spoke with him and he said that he could help get me a car that I would be happy with. Well I ended up walking away with a car well let's just say driving I mean. Let me tell you this young man was only 21 years old I think that's what he told me. Very very kind very polite very attentive very knowledgeable in his field. He's new to the loyalty team. I was very impressed with this young man. Never once did I feel pressured never once did I feel like oh I need to get up and out of here. Some sales people can be very aggressive with their approach I have experienced that before. I'm just so grateful that I got to meet Zack and that he is now a part of the team at loyalty. I believe you all are blessed to have that young man there and that he will be a major asset for your company. I really want to thank all of you for the kindness shown to me. Each part of the team that I encountered were kind. I felt very valued by this team. I just want you to know a great team of employees. Zach deserves some perks I don't know if you offer perks for team members but this kid he deserves I don't know what kind of treats you give your employees but this one here he's a keeper. I will tell you that they have some untruthful people working here. They brake your stiff and blame you and try to get you to fall for their lies. Then when you catch it and they broke your vehicle part and now I will sue. Your confession doesn't help, you already lied. To bad. I loved this place but don't like lies. Not good for business guys. Truth wins

I shouldn't have to pay $6,000 for a car that the model 2013 to 2015 Nissan rogue that has bad transmission in those cars are on recall and I feel that shouldn't have to pay for your mistakes. I'm going back to driving Honda's again !

I had a VERY quick and easy purchase of my gently used 2019 Nissan Rogue, with Hassan. He went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were happy with our purchase! I totaled my previous vehicle because someone who got their license out of a Cracker Jack Box, thought it would be a good idea to bolt across 4 lanes of opposing traffic to go to a Little Ceasar's Pizza.. But, Loyalty definitely takes care of their customers like a good family does. Karen did an amazing job in finance, making sure we had every perk you could get, and we thoroughly appreciate their time, thanks so much, I LOVE my new vehicle!!

It was a quick stop for an estimate, was in and out in less than 30 minutes.Used them before for hail damage on my Camaro. Great service and great workmanship.

I must say the manager Mr. Mike certainly displayed great leadership. I had a challenging experience however he turned that experience around and for that, I appreciate the service I was provided. I am driving my car to monitor the success of the service I received. Historically I've assumed that going to the dealership, all would be well. I no longer trust that. No matter who service your vehicle be sure to drive it regularly before the warranty of that service expires. More than anything, I would return to this Nissan location to have my vehicle serviced.

Very nice dealership, Sergio was our salesman. Very nice young man. We had ordered a new Toyota hybrid and we're taking delivery on that morning. It took nearly 3 hours to conclude the transaction which seemed odd since we were not even financing. Sergio change plates from our old car to the new car and prepared all the paperwork and tell handing us over to the finance department. Which again seemed odd since we're not financing. The pitch was regarding the unlimited loyalty program which is basically an long-term automobile maintenance policy. At $3,695 but we declined. That might be something for some folks to purchase but for me it seemed to be overkill. I would definitely recommend this dealership and this young salesman. The physical part of the dealership was also very nice and comfortable.

Awesome besides one employee who tried to tell me bullying made people stronger everone was great. My sales person was quiet but found me the perfect car. And the financing team knows not only money but xmen. Sounds stupid but I was anxious about buying my first vehicle. He put me at ease 100%

Took over 30 days for the service department to change a flat tire. Took them so long that the cars battery had to be jumped when picking up the car. The battery is less than a year old. Do not recommend. My service manager would not call me back, and he voicemail was always full

I took my 19 year old stepson here to purchase his very own first car. Wynn was our sales woman and she was so absolutely amazing from start to finish! I absolutely recommend her and the dealership! :)

Service today was great! In for a Oil change and inspection and was out in about 40-45 min to include check-in and check-out. The service staff was very relaxed and calm while enjoying their soft tones. Wow, this is a change from when previous service manager was there. Keep smiling and providing A1 service.

I went in for an inspection and oil change - also asked if they could wash it, which they did. However, I did NOT want anything extra done since either I or my son-in-law could change and replace the Cabin Air Filter and Aur Filter. I am retired, don't get a lot of money each month and have quite a bit of medication to purchase each month due to chronic asthmatic bronchitis, COPD, and Type II Diabetes. The total of nearly $300 is going to cause a HUGE problem for me financially. I honestly do not know if I'll EVER bring my vehicle to Loyalty again!

I am very pleased with the service I got from Priority Body shop. Jahsend and Leslie were attentive to my situation with my vehicle. They kept me informed every step of the way. I truly appreciate that aspect of the service. The body work was on point. As matter of fact, the car looked better than when I purchased it. Thank you guys!

Was very badly treated by the Sales manager so went to Honda and bought a Honda Accord. Because of the strong bargaining sales manager got angry with us and said get out of here. Very bad experience. We felt insulted. Not a good idea to go to this dealer.

Best experience I've ever had at any Automotive Companies service department. The lady that helped me was one of the nicest people, she got me a rental car at no charge and I didn't even know that I could get one. Super nice and very very knowledgeable and made my experience quicker than any I've ever been through. She is definitely an asset to the company and I hope that they know it .

Some of the staff are polite, others tend to act as if they are better than the world. We bought a truck here "like new" owned only by the dealership and it has had issues at 7k miles. Even Nissan's warranty line is on our side. The transmission down shifting felt like we were rear-ended. Acceleration feels like your trying to pull a concrete block.But they remain stuck in their head that the hard shift and high revving transmission at low speed or normal acceleration is "normal with these transmission" the truck has less than 15000 miles, rusted rear differential, rust in & under the bed, crackling speakers, rusted exhaust system, rust on the rear bumper... we love the truck. But aren't too happy about the dealership...They claim they honor and support the military, but then treat them as if they are ignorant money bags...
