Far from home and stranded with a flat, we called this location and they had the RV tires we needed. We parked and they swapped out our old tires for new ones and had us back on the road in an hour. We are so grateful!!! Thank you all for getting us safely back on the road!

My husband and I were heading out of town for a long weekend when we stopped for gas in Colonial Heights. At the pump, we realized our back tire was almost completely flat! We drove to this Goodyear Auto Center to see if it could be repaired. Unfortunately, after removing 2 nails, it was determined that it couldn't be fixed. A new tire had to be brought to the shop from another source. We had our dog with us, and so spent the next 20 minutes or so walking around the area. We headed back to the shop and the manager was kind enough to let us bring the dog inside (so we could sit down). Soon the car was ready. Start to finish it was 90 minutes! We were so grateful to the staff, Lawanda Hill, Hunter Wemmering, and others. They were so professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, and will go there for our future tire needs.

I dropped off my truck to have 2 old tires replaced at 8am today. The worker said it will be ready in one to one and half hour. I left and came back at 130pm and find my truck unmoved. Another worker said they only have 2 technicians. Poor communication.

Best service ever. Pulled in just to have my tire pressure checked because I had a low pressure indicator showing. Troy checked it right away but found a bolt in my front right tire! They had a tire in stock and I was ready to go in less than a half hour! Amazing service from everyone there!

Took my car to get diagnosed for a pulling issue. Cars alignment is perfect when going straight but car with push forward under a small amount of power. "Fwy on ramp curves"I dropped car off. 10 minutes later I hear my car go passed my house. Turbo spooling. Wg opening. And by the time he goes past my back yard he is in 3rd gear. I waited to see if he would come back the same way and he did. I have 2 videos of him smashing the throttle going straight and the other is of him revving my car up and a passing mustang.I understand test driving the car. But to be testing a problem of turning and the car pushing in a turn is one thing. Going threw the gears in a straight line with the car under full power is just a joy ride. The reason why it's not zero stars. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice. And was trying to resolve & deescolate the situation. She understood my concern. That car is built and looks the part. I won't be bringing anything back to them. But the girl in customer service is very nice.

Very nice people!! We were traveling south with our trailer and noticed one of our tires was wearing funny. I had a spare, but no Jack. I called another shop, but was told that they were backed up so I called into here and the gentleman who answered was great and efficient. He said he could get it done now. We stopped in and maneuvered our trailer around to have them switch the tires. Just as we were going inside to pay the technician came out and said that one of the valves broke on one of the tires. I asked again if we owed anything and they said nothing. These guys were wonderful!! Fast service and wonderful staff. Highly recommend!!

On a super busy and super hot day, Hunter and Aaron stopped what they were doing to help me and my elderly mother with airing up our tires. Goodyear and these two gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure my mom and I were safe on the road. Outstanding customer service!!! Thank you!!!

I come here for most all my car needs. Staff is super friendly and informative. Some car places can give you the ick or like they're really trying to push more services on you but I've not had a bad experience here. Definitely recommend.

Robie worked me in one busy late afternoon when I experienced a tire emergency coming down the boulevard in Colonial Hgts. She told me that it was important to her to get me safely back on the road and she made sure they patched me up with an inner patch that would last a lifetime of the tire. I am so thankful that Goodyear was there when my tire blew. It s like God just put me right there in good hands!

The 2 guys at the front desk were really friendly and were honest about which maintenance services my car definitely needed and explained which ones I should get but weren't necessarily immediate safety issues. The staff also seemed to prioritize appointments over walk-ins, which I appreciated! Lobby was clean and has a tv, so the wait didn't feel very long.

Ever since purchasing my 2002 Honda Accord, they have been AMAZING. They don t overcharge or do anything without letting you know. The wait is never really that long. I am 21 years old and although I have family teaching me about my car, Goodyear is just as reliable and I recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Very dodgy. I do all of my own vehicle maintenance and repairs except certain things like wheel alignments since I don't have a $15,000 alignment machine. Took my vehicle in to have the alignment checked and while I was waiting, the guy that seemed to be handling the front of the shop kept trying to up-sell a lady in the waiting area on unnecessary things. He kept telling her that if she didn't get her HVAC system spray cleaned on a regular basis, it would grow black mold in her car vents and make her and her family sick. Strike #1: preying on customer's fears. He also told her that the discounted price for this service was only good for that day. Strike #2: beware any fast talking salesperson who tries to tell you that a deal is good for "today only." When he came and told me my vehicle was out of alignment, I told him I was just looking for quotes today and just wanted a print out of the results of the alignment check and a print out of a quote to have it aligned. He tried to tell me that an alignment would only take 10 minutes and that he could do a better price if I got the service today. Strike #3: a good alignment takes close to an hour to get it right. I declined his offer and he told me that it would take a little while to get my car back since it has to be unhooked from the machine. This is semi-true, but I have my suspicions that this was more of a cover up for shady activity to happen rather than a genuine communication about the status of my vehicle. Either way, 3 strikes and your out in my book, especially if your strikes are due to intentional conduct rather than a forgivable mistake.

Extremely overpriced. They will charge you over double the price for parts. Make sure to check around and research the cost of the parts being replaced. Other shops will also provide you with up to 2 year warranties on parts so do not fall for that. They will perform good work on your car, but you can find lower prices at any other shop. Expect to wait at least 1 hour after your appointment time for them to begin work on your car.

When I first arrived Saturday morning for a tire leakage concern. I got a call from Jaylon telling me the tire were non repairable because the nail was in the shoulder of the tire okay he recommended to get two cooper tires because the Kelly tires I have on my car were on back order, with an AWD if you replace one tire you need to replace the other tire on the same axle. This came out to little over $500 total for two cooper tires, I called around to see if I can find Kelly tires because I didn t want two different tires on my car. I called this Goodyear back told Jaylon to just put the donut on my car for now. I made one last call early Tuesday morning to another Goodyear in Chester they told me to bring it in so they can take a look at it. Thank God I did because they legit saved me over $450 by just patching it. As soon as the Goodyear employees at the Chester location seen where the nail was located they said with confidence they can just patch it and I don t need new tires at all. So if would warn anyone that goes to this Goodyear located in colonial Heights on the Blvd, just be careful because they will try to get you to pay more then you really need too and you can definitely tell the mechanics here are not as skilled as others.

I've only used Goodyear for all my cars (Honda, Volvo, Infinity, and Chevy). Excellent technicians and good front desk staff. They provide water, seating, and television if you decide to wait.

I used to really like coming to this shop. However I spent $400 for an inspection I apparently needed brakes and rotors, I sat in there from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. waiting just for an inspection. Then my car started misfiring 2 days later so I made an appointment for a tune-up. When I got there I sat there for 4 hours just for them to tell me they only have one mechanic that does that and he is on vacation the rest of the week and wanted to charge me over $500 for a tune-up. The only thing on the paper that shows anything about a tune up was spark plugs they also added things on there that is not a part of a tune-up to make the price go up. I refused the service. Will never go back again, very disappointed!!!

Another great experience, better yet, excellent service at Goodyear in Colonial Heights , VA.My tire had a slow leak due to a metal object, and Goodyear took care of me without an appointment. I highly recommend their tire warranty protection.Kenny Massey
