super nice people! very personable and professional on the phone, they came to me so i didn t have to take my jeep and drop it off anywhere and the guys who came out to replace my windshield were super quick! will definitely be recommending auto glass now to people who need their services in the future :)

Outstanding work. I was in and out within an hour first of all.2nd.the price for replacement window was 1/4 the price of the dealership. I am very pleased with Auto Glass Now.in fact I will be back soon with a windshield replacement. Different vehicle thanks Guys

The Auto Glass Now did a wonderful job replacing my front windsheild. The rubber seal that holds the glass in place was coming out and water started to leak into the inside of the vehicle. The front windshield had to be replaced. The price for a new windshield was very reasonable. I thought it was going to be very expensive, but it was not. It only took 2 days to complete, because the first day the windsheild came in with a chip and they ordered a new one, so i had to wait an extra day which was no problem. I am very pleased with the outcome. Thank you to the folks at Auto Glass Now

My experience was above and beyond! I paid a quarter of what I would have paid else where for my 2022 Ford Mustang originally costing $1200.00. They are nice and it took all of 30 minutes. They gave me the best options as far as my windshield wipers and the quality of the glass is fantastic. Also provided me with a calibration free of charge. Quick, excellent customer service and great quality. I m glad I took my business to them. I couldn t have asked for anything better. Definitely will be returning for anything that I need regarding the glass on my car.Services: Auto windshield replacement, Wiper blade installation

The people here were phenomenal. They fixed my windshield quickly and made what had been a very stressful situation for me better. I cannot thank all of them enough and if you need any windshield repairs they are definitely THE place to go.

They did a good job replacing the windshield. The receptionist was not friendly but was not rude and a little less than professional. They were very accommodating in regards to appointment times. I would probably go there again.

I was impressed with AGN s professionalism and service. My vehicle received service on time and the windshield repair turned out better than expected. I will definitely be using AGN again for any future repairs. Great Job!

Thank Auto Glass Now so much for fixing my Windshield so quickly before the Christmas. Everywhere else I called didn't have availability until either after Christmas or after New Years. They gave we an appointment next day, and it was the replacement was completed super quickly and the price was cheaper than anywhere else I checked.

I would 100% recommend Auto Glass Now. We took our 03 Silverado to the Colonial Heights location for a windshield replacement. The employees were very friendly, the service was great and the price was affordable. They replaced the windshield in less than an hour and even with heavy rain 2 days later it didn't leak.

Windshield looks great but the greeting as I walked in the door was to say the least... Lacking. Receptionist was so rude. I was ignored for at least first 5 min I was there. She was sarcastic at best. I'm sure no one that patrons that place ever goes back a second time. They need to enroll in a master class for personal skills.

They were able to get me in same day and the gentleman who did my windshield answered all my questions. I appreciate the quick service and the convenience of being able to prevent larger issues by being able to drop in but I believe they do appointments as well. It's just quick and easy. Tiffany got my paperwork together quickly and taught me what I needed to know when dealing with insurance claims. I had never done a chip repair before so if I had to do it again I would try them first. They seem fun and it was just so much less hassle than the larger companies I've dealt with in the past. Only thing I would recommend is smoke breaks with the door between the garage and office door closed. Other than that, it was pain free and easy peasy.

I was really impressed. The receptionist and mechanic were very nice and down to earth people, and they had me in and out within 15 minutes for a windshield replacement.

In and out. Appointment at 8, pulled off by about 8:30. Windshield still good. Warranty a little questionable, but I am thoroughly satisfied with the service and will keep my business here.

Called and scheduled an appointment to have my front windshield replaced,a rock had hit it and caused a terrible crack that kept on spreading in a snake like swerving design they had my new windshield installed within 1hr,I am very happy with the end results and they were very professional would recommend them to anyone who needs a windshield.

Brand new truck smelled like a cigarette factory. They smoked the whole time they were doing the vehicles and when I got in my vehicle it's smelled so bad. I had to ride in the freezing cold with my windows down and I have five year old with asthma

I had a long drive from CT to FL and on my way I was hit with something on I-95 that cracked my windshield. I looked up the closest place to stop in to see if I needed a replacement or if it was safe to go home.I was greeted very kindly when I walked in. The young man came out to check my windshield and explained how they are made and I would be safe on my trip back home. The woman at the desk let me use their restroom and also offered cold bottled water to me and also my dogs.I am sorry I couldn't give them my business but if you are looking for knowledgeable and very nice people then please stop in and give them your business.Thank you...Lisa, Princess and Callie

My windshield was cracked coming down 95S on 08/16/23. I was so upset because I had just gotten a new windshield a month ago. I pulled off 95 in colonial heights and googled windshield places, didn't really want to use the big known windshield place I had used in the pass, they are really expensive even with my insurance. I pulled up to Auto Glass Now and I'm glad I did. The friendly lady at the front desk, asked the man in back to check my windshield to see if it could be repaired, he repaired my windshield and it looked awesome, and also gave me a good price quote for a replacement if i need one. I was greeted with a warming smile when I first entered. The reason I give a five stars which generally it said that there is always room to improve, but from the time I stepped in there to the time when the gentleman who was replacing my windshield was so full of smiles, very polite and supportive and helpful. I will thoroughly come back again and if there s an incident or a situation where you may be displeased, they definitely will make it right with you. and to the receptionist.
