Got there 45min before closing, they stated they took there last car. Told them I needed an oil change. Guy said Sorry and closed the door. Been getting an oil change there doe years. Will not be going back.

I have only been here twice, but both times I was serviced quickly. My main reason for the review is how wonderful the staff are. Everyone is in a good mood, playful, and helpful. Sitting and waiting for an oil change can be boring but not with these guys. I would like to recognize Q, specifically, as he has helped me both times. He has such a wonderful spirit! Always smiling and so polite. I will continue to bring my business here bc of him and the other staff's wonderful disposition

The worse experience I have ever had! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I pulled up I advised the manager that I had a special lug socket that had to be used for my lugs. After about 30 minutes I was approached by the same guy I had told about the lug socket and was told they had used a regular socket to remove one of my lugs and it was stuck in the socket. They put the other four lugs on and just left the fifth one off and told me that they would pay for the lug but left it up to me to find it. I was not offered a discount on my bill. The least they could have done was discounted my tire rotation but didn't. I left and went to the auto parts store to also find out that they had stripped the stud that the lug went on in which the shop never told me about. After i purchased the lug and stud I reluctantly returned to this shop to have the lug and stud put on. The manager was very apologetic but kept saying that there were a lot of teenagers that worked there that just didn't know. Well if they don't know how to do the job they should not be doing the job! In the end I was given back the price of the lug and stud (12.00) plus 8.00 for my troubles. Don't think I will be going back.Services: Tires, Oil change

I went there to get my fluids checked in the oil change they had me up and out with no problems they was very friendly they answer any question that you have and it's a good place and it's affordable so if you want to get your oil changed then want to be in and out good place to go

The work performed was good but I sat there for 3.5 hrs just to get the my front rotors replaced, I was the first costumer there when they permed and my paint was scratched. After notifying them later when I noticed I was to call the warranty department which is very difficult to talk to which I still haven't talked to the warranty more than a week ago

I was the only one in line so they took my car right in. However. About half way through the guy working on my car got a nose bleed and bled all over my engine. They proceeded to spray the entire thing down with water. Then about 30 mins later they had to jump my car. When I asked what happened the guy had an attitude and told me that it was because they left my head lights on. When I told him that the lights go off automatically when the car is turned off he then told me that my battery was probably not good. My car started numerous times that day and was fine when I took it in. Now my car is not driving right and jumps when I step on the gas and it never did that before I took it here. I will never bring my car to them again. I will continue to take it to walmart. At least I know it will be done right and be about $40 cheaper... They also left oil stains on my rugs and seats.Service: Oil change

Fast oil change. But really dont understand why on there board they offer tire rotation. If u ask they say they cant do it.

Messed up my oil plug before and said they would fix it. They didn't and told me to go elsewhere. Today my wife goes to get an inspection. They failed it because the brakes which were checked before and were fine when I got the tires replaced a week ago. They couldn't replace the brakes because they yet again didn't have the equipment to get my tires off. still charged us of course. Tons of employees like to sit around and do nothing. Don't recommend going there unless you want something messed up.

I'm sure the oil changes are great, but State Inspections? I give a second star for the guy that greeted me; friendly, courteous, answered questions, and just made me think "These guys are all right"! I asked about headlight restrictions since I had just replaced the whole assembly the night prior and he got the Licensed inspection tech to take a look. No problems. The courteous guy started to move my vehicle in queue as I pointed out the blinking air bag light. I explained it needed to be reset about every 6 months and only noticed the blinking on the drive over. He said he'd tell the inspector ... I should've reset it, right then! Thought I had a little wait, so I was taking off with my dad. Left my number and asked for a call if something like a wiper blade caused a failed inspection. No Calls!! So, I was surprised to return, to the big REJECT decal. Inquired, ... sure enough, AIR BAG light (was told I had to take it to be serviced). First off, if there is a problem, the light comes on, stays on or it's intermittent (Like "Check Engine") Words exchanged, I walk over and perform the reset process, returning 2 minutes later to say it's fixed. More dialogue, Inspector ... "licensed" ... blah .... I shot a few verbal jabs, was getting my decal anyways ... so I just went to pay. THEY CHARGED ME EXTRA FOR THE REJECT. It's just a few bucks, but the principle, you know? Inspection guy says it isn't a mistake. I say it is a mistake and incompetence and on and on. I got my decal. Another employee or maybe the manager (looked young but implied vast experience) spoke of how that blinking light was odd. I don't find it odd .... Manufacturers trying to make us spend money on service work by adding a blinking light ... nope! Not odd.I bet Xpress Lube is fast at oil changes ... and just fast! As the name implies ... so fast, that it is .... cars in and out, no thought, .... no consideration at all after you drop the keys in their hand. Maybe I'm just a bit old-fashioned, but my continued patronage will go to the guys that take extra steps to save me a few dollars and will treat me like a person, rather than a product rushed through an assembly line. I wanted to be fair, so I recapped my experience rather than short, rude comments under a single STAR rating. Maybe I'm the one wrong in all of this ...

Inspection guy was way too slow. He loved to sit down. After watching him sit for 35 minutes and my car behind the one he was Inspecting I went got in my car and left. That is one lazy employee.They can say whatever they want about it taking so much time. BUT I went right up the road and was in and out in 20 min. NO issues.The same man is the one who put a power steering pump on my Husbands truck and it has leaked ever since. So they can say what they want but this place is half ran. Not as good as it use to be a few years back. Not sure what happen.

Great customer service, quick in and out. We use them exclusively for oil changes and inspections, never had a problem in 10 years.

I used this facility to get my car inspected on 8/31/2018 and had a fog light bulb replaced. This morning 9/14/2018 my car was starting to catch on fire from an improper installment of the fog light bulb. When I confronted the mechanic he asked "are you talking about the driver side" when I said "Yes" he then conveniently said "oh I replaced the one on the other side". Mind you my paperwork is incorrect showing I had a headlight bulb replaced that day but I didn't it was the bulb in my fog light. I have reviewed all of my receipts and this business is the only place I have had any lights on my car replaced other than my two front marker lights which I was referred to by this shop because they said the dealership would have to do because some of the car had to be taken apart. Now they are stiffing me with there faulty work. They just lost a loyal customer of 5+ years with multiple vehicles.

I will probably never go back. I went to get a tune up but it was way over priced so I told the guy what my car was doing he said he would check it out. He then proceeded to hit on me while my husband was outside then charged me for and oil change and for running a diagnostic on the car that I didn't even ask for I told him I only wanted the oil change.

A few years ago they were only to change � bulb but messed up my gear shift. The man lied and said it just went out when he pulled my car in. But the dealership confirmed that havoline messed the fuses up. I agreed not to go public because the manager refunded me my money.BUT THIS IS IT THEY LEFT THE BARON OFF OF MY HUSBAND'S TRUCK ON BOTH SIDES. COST HIM MONEY FOR MORE PARTS, MONEY FROM MISSED WORK AND WORST OF ALL HAVOLINE COULD HAVE CAUSED HIM HIS LIFE. SEE VIDEO TYSON WRIGHT ON YOU TUBE.

Could not rate it 0 stars which is what it needed. I was told if I got my van there before they closed they would do my inspection. I was there 20 minutes before they closed. The shop was full of guys doing nothing. I was told they could not do it... 3 guys did it in a flash the next day at another business...nothing good to say because I was lied to.

I have miss work because of this this is very unprofessional do not go to them for anything...... I will be posting videos to show how they did me very unprofessional....... They put brakes on my truck and left the inner bearing off completely put it back together and sent me up to the road with 1 bearing missing on the passenger side of front wheelService: Brakes

2 hours for the inspection and a day before they denied me the service, after my oil change all my antifreeze was thrown away, another day they did not want to give me service because they did not have the oil filter ... etc. etc.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My wife went in there for an oil change they said they wouldn't do it in fear truck would lock up said it was a quart low but when I got home and let the truck set awhile went to check oil and it said full tried to charge my wife $10 to put a quart of oil in but why when it read full when I got home my axel was broke but my truck wasn't low on oil I think cause she was a woman they tried to rip her offService: Oil change

Havoline is a safe place to get your oil changed. You must wear your mask and the chairs are six feet apart as we practice social distancing.
