Nothing electrical seems to be any good! Don't get me wrong, a lot of your products are fine but I have had a problem with your electrical products for years. Just hope you can fix that one problem! Ain't putting you down, just trying to help you with your products, I'm not the only one that would tell you that.

Me and a buddy rode our motorcycles from Bowling Green Ky. My buddy forgot an Allen wrench and need to check transmission fluid. The gentleman was super friendly and let him borrow the Allen wrench he needed. All staff very friendly and if he reads this he will know, bikers taking care of bikers. Thanks again!

It's a good store well stocked sometimes takes a couple tries to get the right parts but staff is friendly and helpful the only part store in town open late and on weekends

UPDATE: We bought oil tonight and 5w-30 Valvoline High Milleage and had a Fram oil filter.. he took the cheaper filter and replaced it with one that was more expensive.. said the fram wasn't covered on the bundle.. but look at pic added now.. so it has went from associates are friendly and helpful. And 4 stars down to three. Because false advertisement. That specific one wasn't included in the bundle price, but the expensive one is. They both are in the ad. Plus we didn't get the free fuel injector cleaner, didn't know it was in the bundle. Just looked at the marker number and oil and filter on the hanging price tag that said $38.98. Sometimes they get things mixed up for instance we got rotars there for the back of my truck with a warranty however the guy marked it as front so we don't have our warranty and really could use it right now.

I ask the gentleman who was working the counter if he could scan the codes on my vehicle since I had a couple of warning lights displayed on the dash. He was very professional and knowledgeable and courteous. Made recommendations. ( I wish I could remember his name) Highly recommend this location and will be giving them my business in the future. Assisted me with finding the most cost effective parts for repair.

I love going here. Small town, nice people, and great service on anything from air fresheners to motors/transmissions. Good place to spend your last 10 bucks. Would like a job here if they ever need anyone.

The only place around here to get parts. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there was only one cashier and it was slow. The store is clean and when it was my turn they cashier got my parts and helped me choose the right kind of oil and filter I needed for my Jeep and was very friendly and helpful. Just needed an extra cashier.

Convenient but a little too pricey. It's good if you can't wait for the part. If it's something that will take a few days might as well order from carparts.com for half the price.

Customer service was bad had to get the same part 3 times cause it said it same with a bolt and washer but didn't . Was told that the next day when I come to pick up the part that I would get a discount when the manager was there but ended up charging more for the exact same part and brand.

Arrived at store at 7:45pm (due to having a dead battery) to purchase a battery was told by the sales representative the store was closing in 15 minutes and he couldn't sale me battery. Poor customer service if you ask me. I have a rather large family and friend network and this is a small town.

Bought a motor. Had to be replaced 7 times and to pay labor twice..told me they would pay me back on the $700.00 labor bill and now refuses to pay it....I'm not much for being lied to... especially in an auto parts store....

Seem like any part like a Starter's base metal company has starting 3rd grade component.That's way I started back using Napa in Clintwood, Va
