We're from out of town and the transmission went out of our vehicle on a mountain road late at night. We called Yates and got fantastic service. They got to our vehicle quickly and had it loaded on the truck real fast. He took us and our vehicle to where we were staying and helped make a plan for getting the vehicle to a repair shop the next day. Very fast courteous service with a fair price.Service: Car towing

Highly recommend!! Very professional and friendly service. Dakota came to my rescue when I was visiting my rural hometown where access to a tow truck was nonexistent. He drove over an hour to where I was stranded, arriving with a smile on his face ready to do whatever was needed to help. I felt safe and trusted him immediately. He then hauled my vehicle another 30 min to the nearest dealership. None of us want to be in a position where we need to be towed, but if you find yourself in that situation you should definitely call Yates Recovery & Transport. I was stranded on the side of the road in Clintwood and not only did Yates towing come and get me the quickest but also didn t charge a lot. Plus the next few days helped me to get the car from my house down to the mechanic shop. I blew a tire on my way home tonight. I was scared and alone and these fellas came to my rescue. They made sure I was safe and got home safely. They did everything in their power to make a bad night better and I love them for it. It was super late and freezing cold and they still put my well-being first and foremost. We called these guys today when one of our large 26ft trucks got stuck in the mud, snow and muck. The were super friendly, arrived quickly, gave us a fair price and saved us a ton of money by getting our guys unstuck quickly. Operating large box trucks all over the country we have encountered many towing companies and these guys were by far the best we have encountered. If we ever have issues in their area again I wouldn't hesitate to call them or recommend them to anyone. Hit a pothole in my Porsche 911 992 and blew the sidewall out of a front tire. Dakota knew exactly what needed to be and handled every detail perfectly. I'm glad I called Dakota and his team. We had work truck sidelined in Mouthcard, Ky and was striking out with our 24/7 roadside assistance number. Found this company online from Cincinnati and got our company's 20 ft box truck off the road and hauled to a service center in a just a few hours. Through out the process he was easy to work with and communicated every step of the way. Although I hope I never have to use his services again, I for sure saved his number in my phone. Driver really nice a very patient. Worked with me. But can on give u a 3 star rating. If my car had been n an accident I could see u charging $100 tow bill. And amount of miles u towed it was probably no more than 5 miles. $100 was way to much. $50 would have been plenty for that little bit.

My husband needed a tow from Galax, VA to his car rental location in Charlotte, NC (about 3-4 hours away). He received a call from Dakota Yates who reassured him he was on his way to him and offered to have something local delivered if he was hungry. He kept in touch with him while in route and when he came, this exemplary dedication to customer service continued. He had care and concern when loading his vehicle, checked on him constantly to make sure he was ok. They made it to Charlotte, NC safely.......I hadn't realized it but, he had been Dakota'd!!!#DakotadAs a wife I was worried but after I experienced this event via my husband, I was able to regain focus and trust Dakota had taken control. Thank You Dakota!Here's how he was Dakota'd.....Dakota was not only a tow truck driver, he was a compassionate human being who shared nothing but unconditional love for my husband (a stranger). Early Saturday morning I was on my way to the Breaks Interstate Park and broke down just outside of the park. Staff at the park came to assist and recommended Yates. They were dispatched by my insurance company and towed my truck to Lebanon over an hour away. They also gave me a ride and when they dropped my truck at the repair shop, which was closed, they insisted on waiting with me until my son picked me up or driving me to my apartment. They said we are not going to leave you here by yourself. I did not want to hold them up after the long tow so I had them to drop me at my apartment. They know what taking care of the customer means and went above and beyond to ensure I was safe. I really appreciate all they did. I got too close to the edge of a bridge and both driver side front and rear tires were hanging over the side of the bridge ready to turn over into the creek. They came as soon as I called got my truck back into the road without any damage they are awesome would recommend them to anyone Thanks for everything
