EXTREMELY POOR customer service!! They have 2 signs, one inside next to the pay out window & another outside the door, that both say we accept our last customer @ 4:30pm ! However, i show up at 4:20 with 5 aluminum wheels & a box of copper, yet the lady behind the window rudely stated she was shutting the computers down, & 2 of the workers basically just repeated what she said. I politely responded stating what i had & should be printing my check before 4:30, but they proceeded to get loud trying to push me out the door. So when i asked for their supervisor/owner, they called the police. Its not like i had a truck load of unorganized metal & it wouldve taken an hour to unload, but it shouldnt of mattered because if you advertise it you should deliver, PERIOD.

Made 3 bucks but the of aluminum can price is god awful I think it s like 70 cents a pound terrible so I have to sell 900 cans

The staff are always very helpful and friendly. They are providing a great service to the community and I am very grateful for them.
