I came in 5 minutes before closing and got a car battery. The guys working lasting night stayed over and help me put the battery in my car. So grateful for them. I wouldn't have been able to go to work today if they didn't.

I am so thankful that Gene was able and willing to help change my battery in this heat. He went out of his way to help me and I m so grateful! What great customer service! Can t beat it!

This is weird one. I had given it 2 stars previously because of lack of products when needed but am changing it to 5 stars because of the customer support and communication I received after my review from O'Reilly manager. Communication is a HUGE player in my book, and for that reason, they get 5 stars as most companies won't even respond, much less take the time to work it through with you. Hopefull, I will be able to use them more in the future.

Eric and Jacob were extremely helpful and nice, best customer service I've ever gotten. They deserve a raise, best workers in any parts store I ever been in!!! Tried to call customer satisfaction but there was no one to answer so this amazing review is going here.
