Great family oriented business. Bought a vehicle several years ago and it has run better than all our other vehicles, only ever had to change tires. Very happy customer.

I found myself in a mechanical pickle while passing through this little town and I had to use this facility to get my truck fixed. I called ahead, they gave me a very accurate and fair estimate to get my vehicle back on the road. Very professional and fast service. They even bought my meal while I waited. Very family oriented family business with values you don t see anymore.

I got a Cadillac SRX from Lakeview Auto in October 2017. I was going to trade in for a newer model car as this one was getting up in miles. After today and the way I was treated by the new car company and how Mr. Toone handled the situation and still offered help. I will be going back to him and conduct further business. I have been happy since day one of my purchase back in 2017 and only wanted to switch because I thought I found a good deal, but after the way I was treated by them trying to get my business and the willingness of Mr. Toone trying to still help even though I was going to another company, thats when you know you found a great vehicle dealer!

This review is for Chase City: Approved for a LeSabre but owner wanted me to write a check for the additional down payments 'to hold' to make sure I made the additional down payments agreed to. His reasoning was that if I didn't pay, I'd go to jail since it's a felony to write a bad check in Virginia. Is it even legal for him to want me to do this? Needless to say, I walked away. I remember this guy from high school. It's a shame how people change (for the bad) over the years.
