Wonderful experience here today with 2 of my vehicles. I've had trouble in the Staunton area for the past several years having to "make appointments" and getting the run-around trying to get my vehicle inspected. I always feel like it's an inconvenience to some of these shops, but not here.I showed up today and was gone within an hour, went and got another car and had exactly the same experience the second time. No notice given or appointment made. Thoroughly inspected my vehicles and provided me with new stickers, with no extra BS.Seriously, it's worth the drive out of town to get actual good service. Will be returning.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

Never met such a rude nasty person in my life!! Im assuming by his age he was the owner... he has been inspecting my wifes car for years and always passed it and nothing has changed since last inspection but was nasty and rude and said it's not passable!? But he passed it last year with nothing different. Horrible attitude and not professional whatsoever... but yet inspected my car just a month ago and other tech didn't even check anything but the lights and put a sticker on!! Maybe someone needs to know the illegal stuff going on here!! Purely disgusted!!!! Rude disgusting old man with a filthy mouth!!! Karma is all I gotta say!! This place needs to be checked for illegal activity for sure!!!Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Same day, within 1 hour of arrival, I was able to get my son's truck inspected! No complaints! Workers were friendly and polite!! I will be a repeat customer!

Took my car there to get checked for breaks and possible rotors. I dropping my car off the night before service with a note to check the breaks and rotors with my phone number to give me a call to find out what was the problem with the car . I never got a call from this place to tell me what was wrong with my car. They took it upon there self to fix the car before me consenting on the work. Called and said the cars ready with over a 500$ bill. How are you going to work on someones car before getting consent? Will never go to place ever again. Please beware of this place! If I could give this place 0 stars I would very unprofessional !Service: Brakes

Great shop & Mack inherited the place from his Dad back in 1978! They ve been doing repairs a long, long time & they re not a big box operation, just good old fashion service & know how.Plus their prices won t break your bank! Check em out.

I ve never been here before. I called and spoke to a gentlemen about getting an inspection. He told me to come in 45 minutes. Great. I show up and another guy acted like I was an inconvenience to show up wanting an Inspection.i asked for the man whom I spoke with and he said he was busy. Don t know these guys but I ll never go back or recommend anyone to go there

The photo in this Google is not correct. I based my landmark trying to find this place on that photo. I didn't use this place for anything other than quick diagnostic check. They seemed nice.
