My husband and I had the best experience at this dealership, today. I worked with them over the course of the week leading up to this, going over everything we could take care of in advance. They really helped make the experience efficient, enjoyable, and smooth! I felt like all of our questions were properly addressed, and there were zero pushy tactics. You can tell that there s a lot of very experienced folks working here. We had Ryan Wildman help us, who was personable and such a pro! Will recommend everyone goes to this dealership for their auto needs. :)

Brian was amazing to work with! He was super patient and answered all of my questions. He was very quick and efficient and explained everything thoroughly. He was patient with me and made sure we found a car I loved 100%. Overall 10/10 experience. I highly recommend Brian at Shelor Toyota!

Shelor Toyota is an outstanding dealership. I bought my new truck, and the deals they made me were hard to beat. Ryan East, my salesman, helped me tremendously in my purchase! Ryan went above and beyond; he helped me get a fantastic deal and showed me everything regarding the truck I was buying. Ryan is an excellent salesman and exceptionally cordial. Eugene, in finance, helped me with all the paperwork and was friendly in doing so. I was at the dealership until late that night, and I m incredibly grateful for Ryan and Eugene going the extra mile in all they do to help me get my beautiful Tacoma.

Had fun working with Jonathan L. at Shelor to buy a fresh new Toyota 4 Runner Off Road Premium. After thoroughly shopping around, I ultimately felt the best about the price and quality of the vehicle compared to other dealers in the surrounding area. Everyone at Shelor Toyota was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I knew what I was looking for when I went into the dealership. The car that I wanted was not available in this area, but my salesman, Dustin, steered me in the direction of an even better option. Dustin and the other sales people answered all my questions and helped me through the process of leasing my car. With all the stars aligning, and the greatest of ease I was able to take my new Prius LE home in just a couple of days. Thanks very much, Dustin and thank you to all of you.

I was really impressed by my visit this time. Tom came out and greeted me. He kept me up to date on progress of my car and came to tell me when ready.I am so glad he was hired, he made me feel special.

Checking into my appointment was easy. I appreciated their feedback about getting an oil change and later replacing rear wiper blades. I didn t have to wait long but I also scheduled the earliest time possible. I m glad they honored the appointment over any walk-ins. Will continue to come here for maintenance. Staff who interacted with me were friendly.

The staff at Shelor were extremely helpful purchasing our vehicle. They had a website that was easy to search inventory on, so we came knowing what we wanted to look at, and they got all those vehicles for us. When we picked a used Chevy Traverse we were interested in we were able to drive it home. It had just come to them, so they detail cleaned it for the next day. The next day we bought the car, and we were able to negotiate with them. Our salesperson Kay was very helpful and kind through the process.After completing the sale they even worked to get us tags on the vehicle that evening to avoid a trip to the DMV. We had pleasant experience buying this vehicle and would recommend Shelor to others.

I worked with the salesperson Beverly; she was wonderful in helping select the right vehicle for me based on my needs. I had been at Shelor a few times and then narrowed down my decision. She was patient and very informative, her goal was making sure I was happy with my purchase. She was not pushy or trying to upsell a car. She wanted to make sure I made an informed decision. She was very pleasant and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful car buying experience.

Bought a car one day before my wife went into labor, and am forever grateful for Dustin, who personally delivered the vehicle to the hospital for us to take the baby home in. I have had very slimy experiences with other sales people and managers at Shelor, but was pleasantly surprised to have Dustin (salesman) and Mark (finance guy) to help us that day. I would highly recommend you asking for both of these people by name if you go here. Thank you Dustin and Mark for a very honest and helpful experience. Y all are truly the best of the best.

I had a fantastic buying experience at Shelor Toyota. Kwaku was my primary salesman. He was very patient and kept me updated on the status of my delivery. However, everyone that was involved in the process was extremely helpful and friendly. I could not be more pleased with my vehicle and I will now be recommending Shelor Motor Mile to everyone I know. Went in for an inspection and oil change. Asked if my vehicle could be ready by noon because I dropped it off, and I was told it would be ready in about 3.5 hrs. Received a call in less than 2 hrs that vehicle was ready to pick up. Super fast and friendly service!

Very nice experience, it was like having a dedicated salesman just for me. Very knowledgeable, helpful. I only buy from Shelor now, just picked up my 3rd vehicle from them. Very satisfied customer, and I highly recommend going to Shelor.

Shelor management, please acknowledge the young man who helped me fix my glove box on Saturday around 10:30. I just showed up out of the blue and he fixed it without hesitation. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and most times it s the little things that give you a great reputation. Keep up the good work!!!!

I originally went into Shelor Toyota just to look and see what options I may have for a trade-in. Kay helped me. He was so nice! I asked him a million questions over the next few days and he was so patient with me. I ended up buying a Highlander. The whole process was effortless. Even the finance guy Morris was amazing. I can t say enough nice things about them!

During our buying process we worked with Danny W.! We appreciated how patient he was and how well he communicated. He stayed in touch regularly throughout the buying process which took a little over a month as our vehicle came directly from the manufacturer. It was practically custom built for us! We are so thankful and beyond excited to have our new Toyota Sienna with us!

Brian Love is literally the best in salesAt Shelor Toyota! He is very knowledgeable about the Toyota product line, he is very friendly and easy to talk to. Best car buying experience ever. First I visited the dealership and discussed what I wanted and what terms I wanted. The terms were advertised on Toyota s website. They gave me some options on paper and I left. Called back later and we agreed on a deal by phone. The deal included, down payment, trade in value, loan rate and monthly payment. My salesperson was Stephen Lancaster. When came back I got exactly what we discussed. No hidden fees or extras. They even had most of my paperwork started. Eugene was my loan agent and was excellent also. He explained all the extra warranty options and did not pressure me to buy more. It was quick, easy and painless. I highly recommend Shelor Motor Mile Toyota and I love my new Tacoma.

My wife and I were so pleased to have met Danny at Shelor Toyota in Christiansburg! After visiting other dealerships we found his professionalism and knowledge to be extremely refreshing. He assisted in our search for our Perfect vehicle and made the buying experience an enjoyable one! The price for our vehicle was $4,000.00 less than our local dealership offered us and Shelor also gave us $2,000.00 more for our trade in. It was definitely worth the drive!!!!!
