Love the customer service. They made sure I knew all my options before I settled for just any tires. Cost was not bad. It was $790 for all four wheels. . My tires fit perfectly and the car drives a lot better. Thank you for all your help quality tires a.d break service.

The ONLY bad thing about this repair shop is that they don t offer more services. I was quoted $1200 for a full brake pad/rotors change by campus automotive for my Honda. I was quoted $680 for a brake pad/rotors change here. They gave me a quote over the phone(which I ve found is rare), got my brakes and rotors done fast, and identified the problem which caused my brakes to go in the first place. I will be directing everyone I know to get their brakes/tires done here.

I ve had tires mounted and balanced a handful of times here the past 10 years, and it goes to say with their name.. these are some quality people who are skilled in their profession. Jack and the crew are great folks. You don t come across that much anymore. I highly recommended these guys!

This is probably one of the best repair shops I ve been too. I was passing through town and needed an emergency brake pad replacement. Their schedule was tight but they were still able to get me in along with additional repairs in less than an hour. 10/10 recommend their services.

These people know lots of stuff and willing to go the extra mile. Will be getting my wheels this week for my new truck. Can't say enough about the customer service. Great price too.

Very professional and detail oriented individuals. Didn't have to worry at all with specialty wheels, etc, they are well experienced and highly recommended. Always a good experience with quality tire.

I just started working for quality a month ago as a tire technician, and a man could not ask for a better team to work with. JJ Gary and jack would give the shirt off their backs if it helped you in any way!! If it's not done right we don't do it at all. Come see us!!

Had a wheel barring replace in February 23 and car started the same issue in 3 weeks. Took vehicle back once a month said it was tires, they replace those, then each time I took it said it still was no issue. Tried to get it in the last time and have them to replace the axle and they wouldn t bc I had bought a part at a parts store and not through them. So then told me to go to another mechanic that would. When I did that the other mechanics said it was the wheel barring that had never been replaced. Paid that mechanic to replace it bc I had to have my vehicle. Took the wheel barring back to Quality and now they say they cannot refund me or warranty it bc someone else replaced it. After I tried to get them to once a month showing up. I say ai learned y lesson here. If a mechanic won t do their job correctly but charges you and then says to go somewhere else knowing they are safe bc it will void their warranty on a POS part. Please don t waster your money or entertain a company that can not do right by you. This was the worse I ve ever been took for around this area and I had been a loyal customer to Quality sensing others there. It s a shame!

Best tire shop in town. Went in for a tire rotation; $25 and 10 minutes later I was back on the road. Thanks, fellas!9/5/23 Had to dock you 2 stars for inaccurately implying I was bossy when all I did was quietly sit in the waiting area.

Bought tires from these guys several times. They helped me get a good set for my truck at pretty good prices. They can order what they don't have in stock pretty quick and they are pretty quick to get you set up when you bring it in (appointment may be needed, they are pretty busy). Good customer service makes me a loyal customer.

Five Stars isn't enough. Fantastic business and customer service. I had a tire failure drove to Quality Tire and Break. In less than 30-minute I had a replacement tire mounted, Balanced and installed and was back on my way. These guys are top notch and take care of their customers. Their prices are very reasonable. This locally owned small business has a customer for life.

Jack, Steve , and Gary are awesome. Great customer service these guys bend over backwards to help. Too bad other places don't understand customer service. These guys work hard to take care of every customer. I have been going here for years!! They never disappoint!!

I needed 2 tires installed on the rear of my car and they got it done in under 20 minutes, for a fraction of the price it would ve been anywhere else, plus they were super friendly! 10/10Update: Both tires were dry rotted on inside and I had to get new ones, again, in a matter of weeks..

Been bringing vehicles in since I started driving. Up until this issue the first issue I've had I would highly recommend. Had 4 tires put on here. I went to take off the front tires to replace brake pads on my Jeep. The lugs were obviously torqued down to some ungodly setting.I managed to get the driver tire off finally and 4/5 lugs off passenger side. In the others snapped the drive off of 3 breaker bars, snapped a 4 way wrench, bent another. Went back to quality tire to talk to them about it. Gentlemen came outside tried to get it off and snapped more of the lug of. Said he was going have to drill it out. Set appt for next morning. Show up to be told no there's nothing left we can grab to take off the lug. We can't do anything for it. Last time I'll take my business there.## I told the gentleman when the appt was set the prior day. I have receipts from the mount/balance and the alignment done in September. I'm not sure if tires are removed from an alignment or not but I have both either way. This is obviously the rare instance of which your referring to as the tires have not been off anywhere else or by anyone..it was not about an adjustment or refund i just wanted the lug nut removed. The gentleman that set the appt understood that and was obviously visually sickened when I was turned away this morning after being told it could be fine and yes it was looked at and e even messed with at that time.

These guys are trustworthy and are very fair on prices. They provide quality work, and are quick. Our family has used them many times and I am always pleased with the work. I highly recommend them for great mechanical work. Thank you Quality Tire!

I purchased all new tires for my vehicle at Quality Tire on 04.22.2020. The tires were mounted, balanced, and I had the alignment adjusted. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also had the best price I could find for Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S compared to any online retailer. I just missed the window for the $70 rebate offer through Cooper because it ended April 20, 2020, but I am still satisfied with the price I paid. Unfortunately when I got my vehicle back I did not notice until after leaving the shop and driving for some distance that the tire pressure of all four tires was different. All tires are the same size and all should be the same pressure. Per my vehicle owner's manual cold pressure should be 36 PSI. After my first experience using Quality Tire, it pains me to only give them 3 stars. I really wanted to give a perfect 5 star rating, but the simplest and very essential component of the work I had done was not done correctly. After spending over $900 is just not acceptable for me to have to finish the job myself and correct the pressure on all the tires.

Satisfied with the service and the new tires are great. I came in with a spare on and they even put the spare back in its proper place. I didn't get a report on the alignment so I can only assume it was done (most places provide a printout with the measurements). Minus 1 star because I didn't get a phone call when the car was ready for me to pick up; I ended up calling myself before getting a ride back over there 30 minutes before they closed.

Absolutely 0 stars! I am looking to change the 4 tires in my car and buy the tires from them, so I call to ask questions, but the guy on the other side of the line simply hang up the phone on my face! Unacceptable behavior! I don't know how you people have clients! Will never go there!

Great place for good work at a good price. What makes Quality Tire and Break Service better than the other guys is the quality of their service. Every employee there did their best to make sure my car was in top condition. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I have been going to Quality Tire for routine services and fixes on my vehicles for many years now. There is no words for how much Gary and Jack go above and beyond to help out. The customer service and the knowledge of these guys are excellent. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends (and have to many) Thanks for being my go to with all my vehicle problems!

While the customer service was fantastic, two days after a visit, I am now missing a brake bolt, causing damage to my tire, and the need to wait for a tow truck because I could not drive it until we figured out what was missing, it could absolutely be a coincidence, but they are the last people to touch my car, since I cannot say for certain, I will just say to use caution if using this company

I've used these guys twice now. The first time was to replace all of the tires on my car. They had the best price in the area and were able to get me in within a day. I didn't have to sit all day to wait on the vehicle either. The second time I wanted some used ones for the front of my vehicle since the back tires were fine (two years after buying the initial tires from them, and dummy me not rotating tires often enough). Again, they had what I needed and I got an appointment within a couple of days. It actually took less time than my lunch hour to drive there, have the tires put on and get back to work! Fastest service I have ever had with any car repair job.
