Superb, responsive business with fast, economical turn around on replacement insulated glass panel. Paid just over $100 for a panel that another local supplier quoted over $400. An added plus was same day service.

Can t get anyone to actually come out. Phoned multiple times over a 3 week period and been told different days that someone will be out. They don t seem to have any interest. Avoid

About a year ago, my window regulators went out on the back windows of my car. Previously replaced the front windows myself the year before, and planned on replacing the back windows myself again. Was able to replace one, but for some reason the other window there was one bolt that I just could not get to turn, to the point I nearly stripped it. Had called around a few places, but everyone said that they would not replace with the part I had already purchased and would need to buy the part from them...which I get they don't want to be responsible. I went into Precision after getting a recommendation when I got my oil changed, and they said they would do it and could fit me in first thing the next morning first thing. I really appreciated that they could fit me in, as I was about to go on a long distance trip, and I didn't feel comfortable with the state of it while on this trip. I just wish I had known about Precision doing this job sooner, because I let the problem linger a bit too long (but that's a personal problem, haha).Service: General window replacement

I went to Precision Glass for my truck's cracked windshield. They told me on the phone how long the wait would be. They were right on time with the time frame given. Everyone was very polite. I highly recommend them.

Friendly and quick service. Have ordered special cuts of tempered glass from them along with some picture frame glass and a Jeep windshield. I ll keep going here for my NRV glass needs.

I called Precision Glass about an admittedly small job about 20 times. Each time I had to explain the whole thing from the very beginning as if it was the first time calling them. Eventually someone came by to take measurements. Did not hear from them for two weeks. After I called them again, and of course had to re-explain everything from the beginning, they still had no idea what I was talking about. Eventually I bought an entire new window which turned out to be slightly cheaper that the price they finally quoted me (and of course much faster). I understand it may be a small business and as such things will not always go smoothly, but please get at least your files in order.

They have the best prices, friendly staff, and my car was ready to pick up the same day. This is the first time I have used them but will definitely continue to do so in the future if needed. Still can t get over the price. They beat out Safelight by $200. My wallet is happy. Would highly recommend!

Their staff is rude. They cracked my first windshield and now replacing it instead of refunding my money. They said it takes three to four hours to put it in and another two hours to sit. That s bs. I will NEVER go back to them and will not recommend them to anyone for any car window repairs.

Precision Glass has repaired many storm windows for our church. I've just had them replace the insulating dual-pane glass for a casement window. They are speedy, inexpensive, and provided a product that exceeded the quality of my original window. Highly recommend. I had glass break in a nice piece of furniture my grandmother gave me for my 16th birthday. They came to my house and repaired the furniture in my living room. He also noticed the glass on the other side was chipped and fixed it all for the same cost. Very nice and professional staff and great work. Highly recommend.

We cannot thank Deon, Buckey and the staff at Precision Glass enough!! We tried to get an appointment for months at the other glass place (a stone s throw away from Precision Glass) however they never returned our calls or followed through with getting the information to the boss since our windows were a unique size.After ONE call to Precision Glass in Christiansburg, we had an appointment immediately!! We live in Craig county, we made an appointment to bring them in and have them repaired the same day. Buckey, the gentleman doing the repair was running behind and it looked as if he would not be finished before they closed. Buckey offered to stay later to finish them and he did!! We got our windows the same day as promised, they were like new, and we paid the price Deon quoted!! When we got home they fit right in! Perfectly!!Service: Window repair

I took my car to then to have the driver's side window fixed. They did a very good job and even fixed the roll up window on the passenger side as well. (It used to require assistance to be rolled up or down) Fantastic work!

Precision Glass in Christiansburg Virginia was very easy to deal with for my glass repair. The front office was great was communicating prices and details to me. The job was done correctly and in a prompt time frame.

The windshield looks amazing, and we were very happy with the service provided inside the establishment. On the otherhand when the man was done installing our windshield they had to role our car out of the garage because the battery was dead and the car would not start at all. We went out to investigate what the problem was and discovered them putting jumper cable's on the car. We sat and watched for a minute with the hopes of something happening. Nothing happened. The young man who was called "Preston" in this ordeal then began to shack the jumper cable's around, which then loosened the battery. Then he began to put the jumper cable's on things that had nothing to do with the battery. We then proceeded to ask him not to do what he was doing. He responded with a rather rude comment in say " well, I don't have to be doing this at all." We then questioned why the battery was dead, because before we went in, the car was running just fine. He proceeded in say " ya it's just our fault, people blame us with breaking their cars all the time." We then said we didn't blame him with anything. He then began aggressively pulling the jumper cable's off of our car. They then left us out side with no help at all. We had to call my grandfather who works up the road from precision glass. We did not blame anything on this man and did not mean for him to take offense to the comment. This is not an apology because we do not feel we need to apologize for our car going in with a broken windshield and them rolling it out with a dead battery. We do believe this boy should be trained in customer service and the proper way to jumpstart a car. We do understand he was trying to help, and we appreciate him trying to help. But we believe we were treated unfairly. It ruined the entire experience. And we will not be going back or suggesting this establishment to anyone else.

Little pricey on some items but they do a great job. Need picture frame glass go here. They are willing to listen to any request and check to see if they can do it?

The owners are apparently old and are not interested in investing in the business anymore. It is old and worn out. If I could have found another place to get the speciality job done that I needed I would have gone there.I'm sure the employees would tell you that they're not happy with the working conditions as well.

Had an appointment first thing in the morning, told me it will take 4 hr I said ok. Get down there and after 30 minutes told me my windshield wouldn't be there till 11 am, I'm like what I told them I had to be at work by 2 and I told them when I made the appointment. I will take my business elsewhere.

Ordered side mirror and never got it bit they was nice enough to return money and put it in qhwn I got one myself but charged me 15 even though I waited for 3 weeks on them

Went there to get my Windows tinted and never expected the hospitality i recieved while waiting....had to sit and wait for a couple hour and the T.V was all Mines....thanks Precision Glass for ur Hospitality and Servies....Grt8 Staff and I Highly Recommend them....
