NTB has serviced our vehicles for the last several years. BJ has always been very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. On two occasions they have fit us in when unforeseen issues arose, so that we could travel out of town with safe vehicles. I highly recommend them!

We always take our vehicles to NTB when we need an oil change, tires rotated or really anything we need them for. BJ, who is the manager there is always very polite and helpful. We recently just bought 2 sets of tires for our vehicles and he got us great prices on the tires. I highly recommend going to see them if you need anything!!

They were so helpful! Very knowledgeable about my car and everything going on. Each person I spoke to was incredibly transparent which I really loved and appreciated. Will 100% come back and recommend.Special shoutout to Mike, James, and John who all talked to me during my visit and were just so helpful!!

I m always weary of dealing with mechanics and shops. However the manager at this place BJ always goes above and beyond delivering exceptional service and taking care of his customers. From a simple oil change to a really in depth analysis in regard to diagnostics he will get it done. His techs are amazing as well. James is very thorough and works in a timely manner. Without a doubt the only people I trust with my vehicles.

We had a flat tire on I81 after 5PM outside Christiansburg and were told there would probably not be anyplace open. Luckily we found the NTB. The two gentleman that assisted us were awesome. I'm sorry we didn't get their names... my guess would be manager and assistant manager. They were kind and understanding as well as efficient. Highly recommend!

My roommate at Virginia Tech recommended me this place. Kind friendly people, told me what was wrong with my car, and even showed me the problem. I went to other locations very expensive for no reason, and sometimes a little rude. However, here is pretty great. Recommend going. Woman friendly !

I have used NTB for years, even before it was renamed NTB. I continue to come back because of the great service I have received. BJ, John, & Mike are quite a good team as well as are the mechanics. Just this week I noticed that two of my tires were low and ran by to see if they would check them. They worked me in without hesitation. I highly recommend their services..

I recently had good experiences with this shop. They patched a tire after it picked up a screw, getting it done while I was enjoying lunch at the next door Bull & Bones. Later, I discovered my alternator needed to be replaced. The dealership couldn't get it done for weeks, but this NTB replaced it (not a standard service) and did a wheel alignment and I was back on the road by that afternoon.

Super helpful! I m newish to the area and last year I needed to change my tires and sensors. I had gone to a different place and had a terrible experience. We connected with NTB right after they were super helpful and honest. This year my tire light was on and I went to them- they checked my air and filled it again- free of cost. When the light didn t turn off I called them- they were able to accommodate me the same day and fix the problem without any charge! BJ was also really helpful.

My son had a flat and we added fix a flat and drove to Christiansburg location early morning. Guys at desk stated they had an appointment and was waiting on the arrival, one guy half heartedly acted as if he cared and looked at the tire and then said none were in stock and if it was he would not just sale one tire. Not impressed with the service or attitude!

Can't remember the names but they were very professional and quick. Came in needing to check my battery/alternator and ended up needing a new battery, got out of there in less than 15 minutes. Also just overall nice people

Big thanks to Mike and BJ! On a Saturday, my alternater unexpectantly was malfunctioning and not adequately keeping my battery charged. I went to NTB in Christiansburg and both Mike and BJ helped me get my alternater repaired early on Monday morning for a reasonable price. They made a very stressful situation into a manageable situation. From setting the appointment to going through the repair process was a seamless transaction.Thanks again!

I've had two vehicles serviced here and always had good experiences. A lot of these negative reviews are outdated, so don't let it steer you away. Always worth calling the store though, their site appointment system seems to be hit or miss.

Came in today to get tire fixed. MIKE WAS A ONE MAN SHOW. He was the only manager here and employee. He has been doing this all by his self today. Yall need to give this man a raise doing three people s jobs. I am very thankful for Mike for taking the time to get me squared away.

B.J totally hooked me up! I had a huge screw in my tire and he got me in right away, did a fantastic job and was very kind to me! My family has been going here for years and they have always done a great job. I highly recommend this spot for any tire related things.

Got me back on the road in two days after a cataclysmic pothole burst my tire. Service was done quickly even though the tires I needed weren't in stock and needed to be ordered in. Staff were helpful.

This is my go-to shop for all my car needs! After getting a state inspection at my dealership (bc it is free there) they told me I needed my serpentine belt changed. I had another friend look at it and then made an appt with BJ to double check. Surely enough when they looked at it, I was not in need of a replacement at this time. BJ and the technician took all the time I needed and even helped me with looking into tires I need to replace soon and provided a quote. I was never rushed, nor made to feel stupid about anything in the process. It s nice to have honest and upfront people to work with!! I highly recommend taking your vehicles to NTB for all your servicing needs!

I want to extend my extreme gratitude to BJ at NTB! Our daughter is a student at VT, on her way to work she was having tire pressure issues. Due to her tire possibly having something in it causing the leak they needed to look closer to find the leak issue. Rather than having my daughter get an Uber to work BJ actually gave my daughter a ride to work, found and fixed her tire issue ensuring she had a safe vehicle to travel home in for the holiday! There are still good people in this world! BJ I can t thank you enough for taking care of our daughter! Our deepest thanks!Sincerely,One Grateful Momma

Went in with front end tire issue. They did an alignment in 8 minutes and said that was it. Now the car pulls to the left and the steering wheel is turned slightly right to drive straight. They ripped me off.. I called corporate, and they contacted the regional manager, and the regional manager called the store manager, and the store manager called me directly. Yes, he has my name number address. He looked up my name and questioned if I was really there or not. I told him I paid with a CC. He again said I was not there. The name cant be deleted he says. I have pictures. Store manager BJ, is so wrong.

Mike and John provided above and beyond customer service when I was stranded in Blacksburg with a flat on the VT campus. They helped me source a hard to find tire for my VW, installed it quickly, and had me back on the road to ATL.

I had the misfortune of running over some nails and puncturing one of my tires, so I came in to have the tire patched. Although I thought I was coming in for a quick fix, they quickly let me know that I would need new tires soon, even if I didn't run over the nail. They brought me into the shop and showed me exactly why they thought the tires should be replaced and made sure I knew all of my options. At no point did they ever give me the impression they were trying to rip me off and pay for something I didn't need. When it came to replacing the tires, BJ gave me a great deal and understood my budget to make sure I got the best bang for my buck. He also informed me of how often I should get my tires rotated and made sure I knew that if these tires didn't last me as long as the manufacturer said they would, NTB would prorate those tires so I wouldn't be paying full price for tires that didn't last. I've always had pretty good experiences with NTB and BJ and his staff made sure it stayed that way. Definitely coming back in the future for maintenance!

Had the oil changed along with my tires rotated, battery and fluids check. Was told my battery will need replacing very soon. Service was quick and reasonably priced. They didn't have the sticker for my windshield saying when my next oil change is and I really rely on it to remind me when I'll need my next oil change. I recommend them.

We got a flat during a road trip a few years ago. Someone nearby directed us to this shop late that evening. Within a very short time, the van was up and running. We barely lost any time with this repair, thanks to the quick and professional job done here. Keep up the fantastic service! Thanks again!

We had a flat tire late on Saturday night passing through town. We arrived first thing on Sunday morning, and they had us out the door with a new tire in 30 minutes!
