Avoid for replacement insulated glass panels. Quoted me well over $400 for an insulated glass panel measuring just over 24 x 37 inches. With experience with a window manufacturer I knew this was an outrageous price. Heck, I could buy an entire new window for what I was quoted. Told them I didn t need low E glass (no other windows in my house have low E glass) nor what I presume was an argon gas fill (it diffuses out over several years). Asked for a re-quote which they never supplied. Went to another local supplier - paid just over $100 with same day service.

Needed two pieces of sanded edge glass for my tables. Got a good price through this company. Order was prepared on time, professionally wrapped for transport and extremely clean. Had no issues. Happy with the service provided.

Awesome sevice! Called at 8:30am and they had my car in within the hour to replace two broken windows. Very good communication and professional results. I brought them glass from salvage yard and they were able to install with no issues and looks new. Highly recommended!

This company is either very timely or will never show up. We have used them for our business on multiple occasions with extremely mixed results. In our most recent encounter, we called for a piece of replacement glass. They said they would have it replaced within a day or two. A week later, still no glass. I called to ask for an update they said they would call me back. I called again for an update and was told again they would call me back. I called a third time for an update and was told to take my business elsewhere. I have been very reasonable in my requests, but this time the owner - Rick was extremely unappreciative of our business and has lost at least one customer over it. I will share my story with my business partners and contractors as well.

After months of an unsuccessful search for a framed bathroom mirror, I bought a 1/4 thick mirror that would need to be cut to fit an existing frame. Our friend Duncan highly recommended New River Glass Co but I was nervous because of the reviews. Our experience was wonderful. Not only did they do an excellent work on the mirror but they also expertly thinned the interior frame for a perfect fit. Highly recommend this business!

I happily found this business today. I have a house selling in 2 days and needed a window fixed. Other businesses could not help. Or could not help in a timely manner or gave me the impression that they didn't want my $. I walked in the door around 10:45 this morning and went back to retrieve my finished window before 3pm. I couldn't be happier. They also have a very friendly customer service dog named Winston. Definitely have my recommendations and future business

These folks are top notch! They replaced a piece of weatherstripping for me in a very urgent situation at 8:30 am this morning. This allowed me keep my vehicle on the road to make a very important business meeting on time. I was a walk-in customer and they went above and beyond to help me on very short notice. Nice, friendly, polite people. Highly recommend.

I had a broken window at my hotel and I always call this company for the services. I got a window repaired today at 12 pm. The guy never told me how much was it or they had gone up on the price. If you have gone up on the prices you need to let your customers know ahead of service. Besides that, Rick showed up with the invoice at 8:45 pm to collect the payment. When I asked him for the wrong amount he said that's what I had paid last time. When I confronted him he said oh they have gone up like everything else because of COVID. When I said I will check with their office tomorrow he said it is not going to work. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. Said next time they wont come before getting paid before hand. There will be NO NEXT TIME. There are so many other companies that would love to get my business. Who comes to collect the payment at close to night. I have all the rights to ask questions if I think something is wrong with the invoice before I make the payment. I will never call them again in my life.

Don t hold your breath on work to be done!They want large deposit up front but won t finish the job! I have been waiting on some screens to be made for well over a month now and still do not have them. But, they took my $1000.00 up front money very quick.

Broke a window while mowing grass. Tried to find someone to come out and replace the glass in the window as it is not removable from the frame. Only place in the area that would come out. They measured the window and gave me a estimate very fast. Thought it was kinda high price for the replacement but did not have much choice. It cost me $217.00 took them around 40 mins to put it in felt that was fast. They were on time. Other then price I was satisfied. But as far as price I could not find a way to compare it.

Horrible service. Multiple no shows to our store to repair the glass front door. Finally done 2 months ago for $2000+ and the door breaks after 2 months on Thursday before Memorial day weekend. Call New River Glass and they promise to have a service tech at the store the next day. Nope...no show no call. Our front door will not open to our store. We call a contractor to come and he fixes the door that was warrantied by NRV Glass for $258. I have hand delivered a bill to NRV Glass as well as asked 2 times for the owner to call me. Still waiting for that too. Take my advice, go anywhere else. New River Glass is a sham operation. Heck the office manager took 20 seconds to remember the owners name. No kidding.

These guys were way cheaper for sanded edge glass than any online source and they had it ready the same day. I will definitely be going back whenever I need glass cut.

Turned my car over quickly (full windshield replacement.) They worked with my insurance company, and worked with me when it snowed too much for me to pick up my car on time. Very friendly and helpful and they do great work!

An issue arose, not from poor quality, but an unforseen issue. Rick & the gang are top notch taking care of the problem, which arose from the 2�-6� temperatures.
