I have been looking for a savory cross track wilderness for sometime. Now and Shannon, wettle was my sales person and he was absolutely fabulous.!!! He worked with me on my trade in and got me exactly what I needed. Price wise payment and wise everything went so smoothly!

Found my dream car here. Everyone was friendly, including Rodney from internet sales and our salesman, Cameron from Subaru. Highly recommend asking for Cameron, he went above and beyond and made the whole process stress free. I've bought 3 cars from Shelor and will contine to do so.

Took my 2005 in and Brian was so helpful figuring out the service I needed done on my car with 112k miles. Didn't feel pressured but also felt like I got great advice. They caught a couple things that could have turned into major problems! I'm a travel nurse and rely on my car - so impressed with Motor Mile that I'll definitely return for my car's service no matter where I'm headed!

Chris was so amazing and kind. He was extremely helpful and made me feel less overwhelmed and anxious about my car service. The lounge is comfortable and the complementary espresso machine was my best friend during my wait time. Overall, I had a smooth and productive experience!

Roger did a fantastic job selling me my third outback. This was my first experience at Shelor and Roger was not only knowledgeable, but patient as well. He lacked the qualities of the stereotypical car salesperson thank goodness! Highly recommend him!

Christopher and the entire Motor Mile team were incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. I was able to use the delivery service and have my car delivered to me once maintenance was complete. This was incredibly convenient and service was prompt.

I have always dealt with Shelor motor mile but this experience has been one of bests. We went in three different times and talked to Cameron from Motor Mile Subaru first just to get an idea of the car we wanted, the second to purchase it but they were out of stock, so Cameron helped us get one ordered and we went back the third time to pick it up. Cameron didn t try to push us into something more expensive he made sure we walked out of there with what we wanted for the price we wanted. He communicated with us through the whole process and did everything he could to help us out. I know who I will be talking to for sure when I go and get myself a new vehicle! Thank you so much Cameron for your hard work and help.

Brian was awesome. He was very honest with me, he communicated with me and let me know what was going on with my Subaru. Even when he was out sick he made sure I was informed about my car. Angel is an angel. She takes care of you and your car. You are in good hands if she is helping you. She makes sure that all the things that need to be done get done and done right. She has helped me on numerous visits and I look for her when I bring my car in. She does a great job.

The recommendations people gave me on Shelor Motor Mile has lived up to all my expectations and more. Everyone at Motor Mile Subaru was amazing, especially James, Roger, and Eugene who helped us find a safe, new, and reliable vehicle for our family which we were desperately in need of! My old vehicle was really shaking on its last leg, and has given me crazy anxiety now for MONTHS! So we traded it in for our new Forester, and already there has been an enormous amount of stress lifted from my shoulders. Now I can have peace of mind behind the wheel again! James, thank you for working with my time crunch on such swift notice!

I had to take my car to service center and Casey was great to work with at Subaru Shelor Motor Mile Service Center he was very attentive and knowledgeable as well as having great customer service! He was very professional and friendly I will continue to do service with them because Casey is top notch!I also bought my Subaru Wilderness 2022 from Shelor Motor Mile and I am very pleased with my purchase! I made the purchase back in November 2023

Making the service appointment seemed more difficult than it should have been. But once I got the car in the fella helping me (B. Lawless) was great. He was approachable, knowledgeable and communicated statues updates easily via text. B. Lawless would get 5 stars, but overall experience would be 3 because of difficulty actually making the appointment.

Outstanding service and handling of amajor repair (which turned out to be completely covered by warranty). Service Advisor (Christopher Haden) was instrumental in initiating the work and communicating that we were entitled to a loaner vehicle (at no expense). The work took several weeks, during which we were fully informed as to the work. Once completed, the car is like new. We are very pleased!
