I had a great experience with Richard and Bowie. Bowie dealed with me online, through email and text and Richard finished up the deal in person. Richard was very knowledgeable about the Jeep and was very accommodating and stayed after hours to get me in my Jeep. My son caught the perfect sunset.

I had the most seamless buying experience today! I worked with Jessie when I put in an inquiry on their website. She contacted me and walked me through the buying process. I shared with her that I hadn t purchased a vehicle in almost 10 years, and she made sure I had a thorough understanding with no pressure. Great people to buy from! I d tried several other dealerships closer to where I live with no luck at getting into an upgraded more family suitable car but shelor made the deal happen for me and now has a customer out of me from now on! 100% recommended going and seeing the friendly helpful folks at Shelor Motor Mile!

Chris H was very kind and helpful. He explained everything so carefully that I barely had a need to ask any questions. Service was quick and wonderful.My only complaint with my visit which isn t exactly to do with my car service is regarding the kid zone area. I was excited to use it with my kids, but was a little dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room. I love the idea of having this space for the kids, but it was pretty gross in there. Hopefully that area can get a little more love and attention.Overall, I will definitely be coming back to service my vehicle.

I'm not sure if the first review posted so here goes. Warranty repair of 2023 Dodge Challenger R/T serpentine belt. Car was bought new and had 2,468 miles when it through the belt. Repair was timely, friendly staff and so far it's doing well.

Joey is an awesome salesman. He was by far the reason our truck shopping trip was so positive. We have been super impressed by all the staff at Shelor, from sales to service, and across dealerships, all have been excellent folks. Joey was beyond patience with all the questions from our young daughter. Not once did he seem annoyed or upset by the constant interruptions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in giving us the information we needed to make a good decision. Joey was not pushy in the sales process either. We would absolutely give the highest review to Joey and the team at Dodge/Ram. We will be doing our car shopping at a local place that is involved in the community, the Hagan family clearly cares about the NRV. For our future car purchases we will be going back to see Joey and the Shelor team.

I booked this service, a week in advance. This was my first service since purchasing a new Jeep. I requested early service and let the person know I would wait, since I was driving from Roanoke. Check in went smoothly with my service advisor Nathan Biggs, he said he would do what he could to get me out within 1-1/2 hours. They had me out of the service area at 9:05. Great service!

Our 2021 Pacifica had a transaxle failure due to a known issue from FCA. We called and were told it would be a while before we could get worked in for an appointment, however since the van was in limp mode we went ahead and dropped it off that day while we had the means to get it there. Stacey informed me that they were extremely busy but would try to get it looked at the start of the next week (this was on a Friday). She called me during the middle of that week and let me know about the transaxle and technicians needing to order the replacement parts to repair the van. She also said I would receive an update when the parts arrived, which I did. At that time she estimated the start of the next week for getting the tranaxle replaced and that was true as well. I understood the issue was a major one when I initially dropped the van off and needing to order parts and replace a major component would take some time, so I figured it would be a few weeks, but the turnaround time was still quicker than I intially expected. Very pleased that I was updated along the way and our van was repaired as quickly as possible. Luckily the issue was covered under a FCA warranty as well. Thanks again!

Michael was wonderful! He worked with my husband and I for 3 days to find the right car for us. We started the process on Thursday and finally finished up on Saturday. He was very patient and kind. If anyone needs a vehicle, Michael is the right salesperson to work a deal out with.

The service was great as always! I took my car in for an inspection and had them check on a recall for my car as well. When I checked in Stacey asked me if I would be able to leave my car until the next day because she wasn't sure if they could do the recall today. When she called me around noon to tell me it was ready she told me she was able to get the recall done too. That's great service! Stacey is the best! And another thing the technician did was fix my push button starter. The front facing had come off and I had it in my cup holder. When I got in my car to pick it up it was fixed! So this was a great experience for sure!

I had an appointment for 12/13 to check a roaring noise my Charger was making. I took my car there at 8:40 am and Stacy contacted me that evening to let me know they were busy and did not get a chance to look at my car but would look at it the next morning. The next day I got a call from another gentleman saying Stacy was out that day and still no one had looked at my car so it would be the next day. Friday rolls around and yet again the same thing. Keep in mind this entire time I have a rental that I am being charged $35 a day for while they work on my car. The following Monday I get a call from the same gentleman that called me Friday saying they finally got a chance to look at my car and the noise I was hearing was caused by my tires being worn out. I was skeptical but I agreed to replacing the tires and getting an alignment. The next day which was Tuesday and 7 days since I dropped my car off even after having an appointment they called around 2:30pm to say it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived I stressed to my service advisor (which was not the same service advisor that was assigned to me when I first dropped it off) my concerns that the noises my car was making was not caused by bad tires. He got in my car with me and we drove down the road and sure enough the noise was gone and the car was driving smoother than it ever had.All together not a horrible experience. My car is fixed and the people I spoke with were friendly and very professional. My only concern is that I dropped my car off with an appointment and didn't get it back for 7 days all the while having to pay for a rental. If you go to the doctor with an appointment you don't wait 7 days to be seen.I give Shelor service center 10/10 for their courteous and professional service. I give them 2/10 for timely service. $1400 later I have new tires and an alignment and the noise is gone. Which is entirely too much for tires and alignment and 7 days to tell me I need tires is ridiculous.

Overall experience was good. My only small complaint is that I have to reach out to get a status on the repairs to my vehicle any time a service requires more than an afternoon for service. My service advisor is very receptive to texts and gives timely feedback when I request it. I asked for my vehicle to be ready for pickup for today and it was, and overall the am very pleased with the service I received. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Shelor.

We had an issue with our diesel truck. Took it to shelor. They kept it for a few days but got the issue resolved. The advisor kept in touch during the process. They do great work but was very Inconvenient not having our vehicle for a week. I do recommend them however just be prepared that they may keep the vehicle for a few days.

When I arrived for my 1:00 appt., I didn't realize there were a couple of serious issues to be involved in my general maintenance. Joe informed me of them and they worked until after 6:00 pm to complete the work needed. As the bill was larger than expected, Joe also set up a payment plan for me with an outside source which was able to benefit me and allow payments. Incredible service, and I wouldn't think of taking my Dodge truck anywhere else. Thanks Joseph.

I worked with Stacy at the Shelor service department. She was absolutely wonderful. I have nothing but good things to say about her she was understanding she knew what my needs were. She understood that I was handicapped and needed my car and she made sure that I got it as soon as possible, she is a credit to your organization. I have nothing but admiration for her and I will go back to Shelor because of her.

I used the dealer s online inquiry function on a recent Saturday afternoon to see if a particular vehicle was still available. Within 10 minutes I received a text reply and a call from a manager. I arranged to drive down to take a look at the car.Upon arrival, I was immediately referred to a salesperson, who hooked me up with dealer tags and the keys in short order. After a test drive, it didn t take me long to decide on the purchase. Even though I was pre-qualified through a lender I had used in the past, they found me a much lower interest rate.There were a lot of people buying cars on this Saturday, but it didn t take long to navigate the paperwork process and drive my new car home. Admittedly, I haven t bought a car from a dealer in a while, but this was probably the smoothest purchase I could hope for. Completely satisfied with the car, salesperson, dealer and experience.

Shelor Motor Mile was worst experience I've had. They tried to talk me out of the repairs I believe it was because it was a warranty repair. They broke my seat back and tried to charge me for the repairs parts and labor even after it was their fault. Stated it was not covered under warranty of course not they broke it they should have covered it. After refusing to pay they put it back together in pieces and returned it to me. Highly disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone. Was getting ready to purchase a new $50,000 dollar vehicle from them now going to take my money elsewhere.

Great service from the start. Vehicle maintenance was completed in a timely manner. Only problem was that the technician working on my vehicle left grease/dirt marks on my visors and on the fabric above my doors.
