Two stars because they ve always been kind and the first couple of times, they went above and beyond. They ve always been a bit casual and slow, but for the most part, it s something I could look past. The last time I went to get an oil change, I had some trouble and had to get my car checked out from another mechanic shop. They said that there was barely any oil in my car and there was no reason for that except that the previous place didn t put nearly enough oil in it and they were very concerned about that and said they personally wouldn t go back there. It could have locked up my engine. So, I won t be going back here because that could ve done a lot of damage to my car.

Was in a pinch and had to get my oil changed fast while in town. Bad decision. Few days later had oil leaking from the filter.

Awesome service with cool staff.I didn t know they serviced German cars until very recently. They are also very reasonably priced considering the usual cost of servicing such a car.I will bring my car here again.Thank you!Update: Shane, the new manager, will make sure personally that your vehicle is set and safe to go! These guys are great! I went in to get an oil change and fix a flat tire. They got it done much faster than I expected and were incredibly professional and courteous the whole time.

Lazy employee, stood at bay and guided me in, then took 5 minutes to introduce and ask what I needed done. took 45 mins to do a simple oil change only, and was visibly dragging his feet and made a comment distasteful comment about having 3 trucks come in right fter one another. Took another 10 minutes to get my enterprise fleet information correct, had to repeat information cause he was talking on his private phone the entire time, and didn't even get a reminder sticker for next visit. Overall unsatisfactory customer service, attitude, and efficiency of work performed.

I needed to have two tires mounted and I went to several places that told me they couldn t do it and would be days out before they could. I found JiffyLube and they immediately said yes they can do it and they were very nice and professional. This was my first time here and I will definitely be coming back for other car care needs!Service: Tires

These guys are the best and especially with no appointments needed! They will recommend you everything you need to do with the car and in no rush to urge you to do it with them. I brought my girlfriend s car in for a quick and easy oil change. Next time, my car had a check engine light on and they did a very good job tuneup and replace 4 spark plugs for less than $150.00 + I got $20 off for a rear differential service! I m totally thrilled

They were friendly and quick. They helped me to diagnose a top end engine tick and helped me with cost of radiator replacement. The staff is awesome the oil flush and change took less than 30 mins. I definitely recommend.

What a great experience today. Staff are super friendly and willing to help you understand the diagnostics of your vehicle including the suggested manufactures services. Couldn t be more pleased with my visit today. I never caught the ladies name that helped me but she was awesome to deal with. I will be recommending this jiffy lube to any of my friends and family!Service: Oil change

I ve come here a few times to get my oil changed and they always do a great job and get it done quickly. They ran engine diagnostics on my vehicle for free and are able to handle a lot of things on my Ford. They also have done a few smaller things on my girlfriends Mercedes like replacing lights and oil changes etc. It s a fair price and you aren t stuck waiting all day. As long as I go to college here I ll be coming to Jiffy to get most of my work done.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Went it for an oil change. And of course they try to tell me a I need 4 other things, I say no but take note of it - then another two things I give another no.One of things being an air filter (like I said I declined) AND THEY JUST THREW MY AIR FILTER OUT. didn t put the old one back in, nothing.Went to my trusted mechanic and none of the things they were trying to sell me on were an issue.Total scam. Very professional and the workers are extremely generous. The oil change literally to like 10-15 min max. I am happy that I didn t have to wait like an entire day to get my oil changed. Highly recommended!

Cannot say enough good things about this place! I recieved an oil change from another company, they claimed they could not get my oil filter off. I went to jiffy lube in Christiansburg and they were extremely helpful and went way above and beyond to help me. Not only did they get my filter off, they changed my oil and found out my oil plug was leaking. Which they replaced as well. The two that were working there, I did not get their names but they were a great help to me! I will be going back!! 5 stars indeed!!!Service: Oil change

Tire pressure sensors worked just fine before I had new tires put on but suddenly one needed to be replaced after the work was done. The time before that the manager took the liberty of replacing my air filter without asking me if I wanted to pay for it when I just went for an oil change.

I sat there for 30 minutes waiting to even be asked what I was there for multiple employees walked past me without even saying anything. I could have atleast got a we ll be right with you Or we re to busy today instead I got ignored hate when car places treat females like I this I always use jiffy lube never again.

The gentleman who helped me this morning really made the start of my day great! I got stressed when I realized I needed to drive three hours away to catch a flight this afternoon, when my tire pressure light went off. My tire gauge tool is broken (of course) and I wasn t sure what to do in such a hurry. I drove into snappy lube and they helped me immediately. When I asked him how much I owed him for all of his help, he told me I owed him nothing but a smile and have a safe trip!The kindness of others is what makes this place great. I will most certainly return!

Messy work, they try to upswell everything. A professional oil change they should not get oil on your valve cover or spill if they do they should clean it up. These guys do a heck of a job. It's been a while since I have paid to have my oil changed..but they checked all the fluids and condition of my brakes as well. Fast service, friendly people. Will continue to go here.

Tony and the team are great professionals! I've searched for a place for minor repairs and oil changes locally and found this team to be honest and up front when offering services and recommendations without the added pressure. I won't be heading elsewhere anytime soon!

David was awesome yesterday! Listened to me because the last place I had oil change 11 days later there was no oil in my car. Checked things out and was very kind. Took the time to care and listen. Great service! Will return because of David!

You have a great guy working at Snappy Lube #24! I did not get his name but he was bearded, wore a hat and very friendly. We had minor issue with a lug bolt. This man was extremely professional,courteous and helpful. I know how most other places would have handled a problem like this and I am so glad that I was there and not some other place! So few people have the integrity and honesty to do the right thing. You have a great employee in this guy and he will build a huge base of loyal customers for you. He sure impressed the hell out of me.

I have been coming here for years getting a tire rotation and today I pull up and now they can t do a tire rotation. I guess they just don t want to do the extra effort anymore

Snappy Lube came recommended to me so I decoded to give them a try and let's just say that I am glad I did! Ever since I baught my car it has had a faint noise, honestly I've gotten used to it but the guy working on my car, Mike, came to me and told me about the noise and exactly what it was. Not only did I get my oil changed but he definitly went the extra mile and checked my car over and even fixed the noise, in an hour! Something every other mechanic has NEVER been able to do. I am so pleased with this place and even more pleased with Mikes honesty. I feel I can trust him and I do trust him with all my vehicles. He is honest, runs an honest shop, and isn't bad to look at ;-)
