When I first moved here in 2005 from Ohio I was told hokie Honda was a good place to take my vehicle.I have purchased three vehicles at hokie Honda and I've always serviced my vehicles there. They are extremely honest and have always treated Me fairly.

poor communication, did not update me about my car until minutes before closing, even after I told them I needed my car back at a certain time.unable to diagnose the issue with my vehicle, but still charging me for something that was not the root of the problem. attached is the spark plug that needed to be changed but they failed to address.

Duncan Honda always does a great job for me. I appreciate their dedication to the good service of all of my vehicles not only Honda. I service all of my vehicles with them.

Professional service all the way. Everything is clean. Everyone is pleasant. The shop area that I see is clean. The bathrooms are clean. I think you get my point by now!

30 mins on hold for service. Really? And then can t leave a voice mail. No wonder I bought my last two Hondas from Priority Honda.

Sometimes you have to go to the dealership. Stars for price alone. Employees are very helpful and polite.
