Service is good. Dropped the vehicle off between 9:15 and 9:30. No text, phone call etc stating my vehicle was ready to pick up. Stopped by around 5pm to check on it. I had a coupon for "the works", couldn't really see on the receipt where any money had been taken off the bill. Hard to decipher. Service is always good, no problem there. Just would have liked to know my vehicle was ready sooner.

Congratulations Duncan s! Your concierge service is the best thing to happen to routine automotive maintenance in a very long time. The techs come to you, change the oil, rotate tires, do recall services right in your driveway. They are friendly and neat, and every time I have booked them I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours. I highly recommend Duncan s mobile service.

The service was great. Tony Denson did a thorough and professional job servicing my vehicle. He even showed me a couple of things about my vehicle that I did not know. The at-home service is the way to go if general maintenance is needed. It was very convenient for me and I will ask for him the next time I need service.

We were visiting from out of town and our check engine light came on . The first dealership I visited was too busy to service our vehicle. I went to Duncan Ford, they were also busy, but they made time for use because we were from out of town and heading home the following day.They repaired our vehicle in a timely manner and we drove home safely the following day.I would definitely recommend Duncan Ford.

Had to have two vehicles repaired, they got both vehicles finished up for me in time for a trip. Jim was very informative on what repairs were needed and when they would be done. I appreciate Duncan Ford for getting me in as soon as possible and make it all repairs.

Had a recall. I m at Ford lightning. Duncan Ford called me told me about it. Set up a mobile appointment. It came out to my home. Did the update right in the driveway. He was prompt and on time thoroughly impressed. The Duncan people are phenomenal to work with.

Service department folks are always great! I always prefer to get my cars serviced at the dealer, even though prices are a bit higher than other, smaller shops, but the quality of work more than compensates. Still very happy with my Lincoln and very happy with Duncan.

I was just charged $986 for an oil change, spark plugs changed, serpentine belt and maybe two other belts, radiator hose fluid leak, tires rotated and lube. Our long time relationship is definitely over. I have had all my service done here since 2008. We are done. I consider this price gouging. The parts were less than $300

Took my navigator in for two recalls and two valet keys service was done in a respectable amount of time. Everything was done to my satisfaction and they sent me a video of my car, going around, and under the hood showing me that everything on my vehicle was OK and I didn t need any additional service. Excellent job.

Duncan Service Department is awesome. It matters not which representative you work with. They are ALL very cordial and informed about you and your vehicle! They take the time to ensure you understand the required parts and supplies as well as the pricing required. They are who I trust with my F150 and Mustang!!

I knew the ignition switch needed to be replaced at the dealership, you had to do your own diagnostic. But, the unexpected concierge service was extremely appreciated I live alone and have family in Wytheville County and it would have been a Big deal to have someone bring me home then take me back for the car. Do, thank you so very much. Matt was a very nice young gentleman. He knows the exact location to bring me I noticed my car seats had been vacuumed That was a surprise Thanks again

Took my truck 23 250 6.7 HO with 18k miles in to this dealer to get fixed because the power steering fluid revisor was empty and there was power steering fluid all over the engine bay and dripping on the driveway. I filled the revisor up over full expecting for it to leak down again. Which it did slowly. Dealer called and said they cant find anything wrong with the truck and come pick it up. Called back and said there is obviously a leak somewhere, they said we had our most experienced technician go over it and he couldn t find anything. I said there is obviously something wrong somewhere, the power steering fluid resivor was empty, there s power steering fluid all over the engine bay, and there was power steering fluid dripping on the ground. But I go and pick it up anyways and pay out of pocket since they couldn t confirm there was anything wrong with the truck. Go out to my truck and start it and there is power steering fluid dripping on the ground. I show the guy the dripping and they take it back in and find a power steering hose clamp leak and fix it. Glad they finally found the problem but they didn t clean up all the power steering fluid all over my engine bay. Very frustrating after paying 80k, wating 3 weeks for an appointment, waiting 5 days after dropping it off for the appointment for them to look at it, and waiting 4 more days for them to look at it again. Love the truck but idk I ll ever by another Ford if this is how the dealers are.

Tony was extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. I was able to stay at home and work on farm while he serviced my truck! Saved me at least 4 hours out of my day. This is a wonderful service!

It was sure nice to have my oil changed at my home instead of driving to Blacksburg, dropping my vehicle off, getting a ride home then having to go back and pick it up. The only problem I have is not receiving an actual paper receipt which I usually keep in my records. I asked for one when I paid with my credit card over the phone. All I got was a picture of the bill. Plus the person I talked to acted as if they had been trying to get me to pay may bill for days. Come to find out, they had been calling an old home phone number that I hadn t had for years. The guys attitude kind of rubbed me wrong is all.

I recently had a house call from a Duncan service technician who performed a routine change of the oil and cabin air filter, and rotation of the tires, of my Ford Bronco in my driveway! I really appreciate this convenient service option as there is no travel to or waiting at the shop, nor any interruption of my busy day. The technician was polite and professional and completed the task in timely fashion. I ll be using this home service option in the future!

This is the second time I ve had repairs done here at The Duncan service department . Very nice people to work with. They were very informative. My truck was repaired in a very timely manner. Also, my truck was taken care of by the mechanic it was not dirty no greasy fingerprints. Thank y all very much. We ll see you again sometime in the future.

Scheduled a state inspection for 8am and stuck around until they finished. They were done quickly and did not try to get me to do unnecessary repairs. Only down side is their waiting area is like a shelf in the garage with very little space if you're trying to do anything while you wait.

I bought a 2014 f350 from duncan 03/09/2020 used I was 2nd owner. 11/2023 said truck left me sitting on the side of the interstate with my horses n horse trailer. Took it to duncan for repair of brand new engine n turbo plus few other things needed to complete the repair after a 3 month battle with warranty I'd bought that still covered it. Repairs were finally completed and I went to pick up my completed truck. 02/20/2024. Started it in parking spot n low tire light was on, pulled it back into the garahe & they checked tires, truck calls for 65 psi n front and 80 rear they checked all 4 and light was still on said once i drove it home code should clear unless its a sensor. Light never went off, so i rechecked all 4 tires once home, i added back the 80psi to both front tires as tires themselves called for & code cleared. Attempted to drive it to work 02/21/2024 and didn't make it 1 mile from my house when I had to turn around and come back home. Had my nephew come to see what it was and it ended up being the alternator cable terminal nut not completely tightened down causing my truck to loose power & shut down all lights with a warning saying it was turning off my radio due to low battery which was caused by the loose untightened cable terminal nut. He used his voltage meter to check my battery's to verify after tightening up said nut. Battery's were reading 14 range. After over $21,000.00 spent out between my warranty n myself I'd expected better than this but that's ok Duncan will not be working on my truck again nor will I be buying from Duncan again. I've lost my trust, now waiting to see what else happens cause that's how much faith I have in them.

Nice job with inspection and new tires/alignment on my Mustang. Thanks to Logan for taking the lead. You might communicate more when you encounter delays, but all in all, I will continue to have my service done here.

Kenny the service writer was very helpful and caring. The mechanic was great also. Something should be done about scheduling. My truck was out of service for way too long. Some of it was because Endurance insurance was a pain. Thanks also to Steve for helping me out with this fiasco. All worked out well in the long run.
