Very professional, no hassle no bugging and calling all day long. Due to being short staffed, I had to wait longer than I had planned to purchase a car. I ended up having two (2) sales persons... I had an appt with one sales person, she got me started and was extremely friendly & knowledgeable. Then she got tied up with another customer so another sales person just took over where she left off. He was knowledgeable & friendly as well.

Duncan's provides very reliable service but they are very spotty about respecting customers' time. They apparently get easily distracted and twice now have let my vehicle sit unattended for lengthy periods while I sit in the waiting room waiting for routine service.

Very helpful saleman and knowledgeable of the car my daughter purchased, he quickly walked her thru all the options on the car so she was aware how to use. Not pushy during buying/selection process. My daughter got exactly what she was looking for at a great price.I bought my car at this dealership 2 yrs ago. And had the same great experience. Would highly recommend.

Specifically for the service center. They are very professional, and very good at the work they do and the service center's hours are very convenient. As with all dealerships, they seem a bit pricey. My only real issue is that they are terrible at estimating how long their work will take. If they say it will take an hour, you should expect it to be at least two. This isn't a huge issue if you go in knowing that. Their waiting area is very nice and I believe they offer a shuttle service.

Hands down one of my favorite dealerships in the Valley. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. In addition they let you look at your own pace and are not pushy. Overall a fantastic group to deal with on purchasing a car.

Stopped in to test drive a new Honda CR-V with no intention to buy at this time. Salesman let met take it for a spin with no pressure or sales tactics. If I am still in the market and they have a vehicle that meets my needs I would be sure to stop in and give them a chance to earn my business.

Went there for routine service on my Honda CR-V. Service folks were great. They were very friendly and efficient. The service hardly took any time. Walked through the show rooms to visit a friend who works there and every one on my visit were very friendly and greeted us quickly and with a smile. Entire facility ' both the showrooms and the service area were clean, and gave us a receptive feeling. The showrooms had very attractive new vehicles in the showrooms that were really well equipped, and they were not base level models. I will definitely be back for our service needs. I recommend that any one in the market for a new car visit both or either Duncan locations.

Just bought a new Honda CR-V here and it was a great experience. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and there were no hassles or awkward back and forth. The warranty Duncan offered was by far the best within a 5 hour radius and the process of buying was smooth. Highly recommend!

I've had service done several times and they always did a great job. Lloyd's performance has always exceeded my expectations; he has been most helpful every time and because of that I'll return as a customer. He even got another dealership, who had last done work on my tires, to supply the key for my wheel lock - which they lost -and at no charge to me. He didn't have to take the time to do that but he did and I'm thankful.

I've been a Duncan Honda customer for 22 years, bought two vehicles from them, and have had them serviced there. I even come from Roanoke to Christiansburg to get my car serviced. I've always got a fair shake at Duncan and great service.

Had great luck with a Highlander I bought from them. Rey the salesman was great, but the manager isn't willing to budge at all. Bought an Accent from them with 285000 miles on it. They were asking $1500. Went to get it and they insisted that I pay over $700 in taxes and fees, making the 285,000 miles-tired car just under $2300, it the door price. I begged them to work with me on the price and get it closer to the $1500 that got me in the door. this car was a huge risk with so much wear on it, they assured me the car was checked out and good to go... So I paid the nearly $2300. The car blew up before the title made it to me in the mail!! Called them and they said come back and they would wave the processing fee THIS TIME on a new purchase. Just after they insisted the processing fee was " by law" and couldn't be waved on the Accent... Bottom line- they could and should have done me a little better OR I should have let them send the old worn out Accent to the auction, where they would have been lucky to get $500 out of it- less than the"processing fee" itself. Lesson learned. $500+ processing fee on a $1500 purchase is laughable

Best place in the Area to buy a new car. Easy to deal with and they do what they say they are going to so. No surprises. And the great customer service continues after the sale. Service department is excellent. Up from costs and NO up sale pressure. All around great business and great customer service.

I was so amazed by the sales consultant. He was very different from what I had experienced at other dealerships. He found my dad a truck that he had wanted for some time. He called and invited us down to look at the truck. He had already explained all the truck details and it was exactly what he promised us. I would say this was the best car buying experience we have ever had.Thanks to David Pratt

I had 3 idiot lights come on my Toyota Rav4, of course, 2 weeks after paying it off. I had purchased it from Duncan, and I WILL NOT GO TO SHELOR, so i called to see if they could work on it. They made me an appt. the next day, where all other dealerships were backed up.Now, granted, it was only a sensor, which should have taken about 30 minutes, but ended up taking almost 6 hours, due to some problems with my engine.Michael Sowers was so helpful, friendly, and concerned. He communicated with me constantly about the situation. He offered me numerous rides to places where I may need to go due to the wait. The service manager spoke with me as well. Even the mechanic was awesome. My entire experience, which could have been very negative due to the time it took, actually turned out very nicely. In the end, I had reminded Michael about a flap hanging down that I wanted them to tack up. Since he had forgotten, after they washed my car, both Michael and the mechanic got under the car to tack up the flap.Great customer service. All employees I dealt with were warm, friendly and smiling.Thank you Duncan! you have a customer for life.

They were not very nice an just went to get recalls fixed on my car. A day later I realized they didn't even tighten all my lug nuts on my wheel. Thank God I heard it an got it on before it really messed up something.

Be careful buying from them and get EVERYTHING in writing. I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from them and was told that the car fax report was wrong and they was having it fixed. Well it turns out they didn't and I am taking a huge loss because of it. Guess the days of a friendly handshake is over . You would think they would treat a longstanding customer better.

No haggling, good customer service and my kids liked the kids play area... kept them busy. Found the car my wife and I wanted and got a better deal than we thought we would get. Over all a good experience.

Bought a used car here over the summer. Easy process and had plenty of freedom to look as long as I wanted. Not feeling pressured made this experience so much better. My car is exactly as described too.

Got state inspection and a car wash. Didn't know about the wash till I went out to get in it. I wish they told me they were going to wash I would have told them not to. It's a covetable and unfortunately it leaks bad on one side and my seat and towel and floor was soaked. I had an apt to have fixed next week.
