I never take the time to write reviews BUT my customer service experience was unacceptable!I came in because of problems with my radiator. So, I got a diagnostic and a women calls me later that day after I dropped it off to tell me that I need a new radiator. She tells me it will cost $930.02. When I go to pick up the car the price is $1108.40. Now that I ve had time to think, I believe what happened is the women when telling me the price gave me the cost of the parts and labor but excluded the price of the diagnostic and some fluids that needed to be added to the car by accident A simple, honest and forgivable mistake.At the time I didn t know this so when I asked why the price was different then what I had agreed to on the phone. A MAN told me that we had agreed to the price. And that I had even repeated back to him the price. The problem is I spoke to a WOMEN on the phone when discussing the price. HIS response to this was that he s the only one who makes calls about the car. Now it s possibly I was mistaken about the conversation and the price. So I pay and leave. But after more pondering and remembering I KNOW I spoke to a women on the phone. So I go back and ask the women who worked there did I actually speak to her on the phone. She tells me yes. I loose my grip on reality after that because why would you lie about something as simple as if someone else uses the phone. When another person in the room does. Now at some point indeed I did speak to the man on the phone. BUT ONLY AFTER my car was ready for pick up. He says that I discussed the price with him but why would I discuss the price AFTER the car was ready. We only spoke about that.This was all probably a simple mistake. That I would have just accepted. The price to fix the car is the price to fix the car. But being Gaslit into thinking I didn t have conservations with someone and being flat out lied too is unacceptable treatment!

Excellent experience for my first time visit. Shawna and Dorien kept us informed and went out of their way to help diagnose our problems. It is a place where they really give fair prices and answer customer questions without hesitation.By far a much more honest mechanics shop than the one that starts with P.. ends in B..s.Mr. Hinmon and his entire work team deserve 5 stars!

Just had a front end alignment. I ve been a customer for years. These folks have always given accurate estimates on time and cost. I trust both my family and my vehicles with this team. Will be back soon to replace tires , very competitive pricing.

The best wheel alignment in the Va .. every alignment shop I went too.. I had to go back for them to realign my car and truck!! When I left this shop.. I never had to go back for an adjustment!!!

We've been taking our cars to Leete for a number of years now and even though we moved farther away, we still go back. They provide quality service and communicate well with me as they're working on my cars and keep me updated with work that is required as well as work that is suggested with a timeline to have it done in the future. They also have a good loyalty rewards program. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the service thatI received from the customer service team in April 2023. Additionally, the mechanic had a keen eye and notified me of a potential issue that could limit my ability to drive my car in the near future. I appreciated his overall attentiveness to ensure my safety. The referenced part was replaced in a timely and economical manner. I am not sure of each person's name, yet Kudos to those who made my visit pleasant on April 10th.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Leete squeezed me in for an inspection at the end of the day without an appointment!! They passed me and even gave recommendations on where to get replacement parts for cheap online. Great customer service and I appreciate how honest they are. They don't try to rip you off or tell you unnecessary repairs are needed. I always try to go to Leete Auto for my inspections or simple car maintenance issues.Service: Vehicle Inspection

The repairs to my vehicle were poorly done with poor quality parts. I drive a Cadillac, I had breaks, right rotor, fog light, headlight and rear suspension replaced/repaired. Once I returned to Florida I had my breaks inspected due to they were screaming. I found out the rotor was never replaced and the breaks were cheap breaks. I paid 13**.** for repairs that were not done or poorly done.Service: Steering & suspension repair

These guys are great! They got me the tires I needed next day, installed them and did an alignment. Very pleased. Staff was very polite and easy to work with. My favorite part was that they called me when the vehicle was ready and did not make me worry and chase them down. Will return again!

This place is amazing. The fact that they are trusted by women made me so much more secure about doing business in the future. I came to them when another place attempted to rip me off by $1000 for something that wasn't even the issue with my vehicle. I came in and there were other women there getting service for their vehicles that had been doing business with them from what I could tell for quite some time gave me some ease. Leete has been my go to mechanic on jobs I can't do myself. Friendly staff, quick work and reasonable pricing. I've been using them for years and have no intention of switching now. Highly recommend.

Went for state inspection for 8:00am appointment. Technician was extremely pleasent for that early in the morning.Inspection took about 35 minutes...I was expecting longer.Quick in and out and I will be using them for future service needs.I also liked the way they took care of a customer that came in while I was there who had a minor issue with his prior service.Top notch!

I called just before closing time, the person who helped me was thorough in that 2 of my 4 tires would have to be ordered.They completed the job quickly and all the people were in great moods. It's nice when you feel welcomed in a store.Service: TiresService: Tires

I brought my car in with some intermittent engine issues and no check engine light. I had figured it was spark issues from the sparkplug reaching end of life, so I had them replace the plugs and went on with life. That unfortunately was not the issue, so I brought it back the next week with the same intermittent issue. I told them that I could get it to show the issue on the way over, but it was pretty specific: down the ramp from 150 onto hull in fourth gear at about 3500 rpm. The tech and manager both took it out and couldn't get the issue to occur. I came in the next morning and took the manager out and was able to show him the issue. He spoke with another mechanic and outlined several options that it might be. One option (the cheapest) was to get the recall done that had come in between the first drop off and the second. Got that taken care of, issue persisted, brought it back with the issue getting more persistent and finally throwing a code. Leete replaced the coil pack and seems to be good as new! Great job as always guys!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

It appears they do good work but, if you are not a regular client you do not get the same courtesy and professional service. For example, I am looking for a new auto shop on my side of town. They kept my car for 3 days without calling me. I had to contact them each day to find out what was going on. They told me they were running behind but, you could not give me a courtesy call. The day I went to pick up my car one of the front desk people told me that they have regular customers cars to repair. So, I said, how are you going to get new customers treating people like this? While I had to wait for my car, I heard them calling THEIR customers and giving them updates. I was disappointed. They gave me a discount so they said and some rewards points but, I am very hesitant about taking any if my vehicles back up there. I thought they were going to be great after reading all the positive reviews...they must be REGULAR customers.Services: Tires, Brakes

Awesome experience today again! Went in for state inspection shortly after opening for my 1994 F150. Staff took care of me immediately and I was in and out in 40 minutes! Super friendly and attentive. Lots of space in the waiting area. I've taken other vehicles to this location too for tire repairs and fleet service-- never an issue!

The other locations have been wonderful to deal with. This one, not so much. Had an appointment to have car repaired on Monday, wasn't started on until Tuesday, wasn't finished till halfway through the day Wednesday. Everytime I called just got brushed off, no answers.

I stopped in to get a lug nut that was stripped at the head removed due to multiple failed attempts trying to remove it myself. While my car was being service they offer me to use their loaner car until my car service was complete. The staff as very friendly, professional and was able to successfully remove the lug nut which was a huge relief. I highly recommend this shop.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Exceptional customer service! The team is knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and thorough.I had never heard of their business but they came highly recommended by one of their customers, ...so I stopped in to see if they could help. Fortunately, they were able to fix my problems while I waited.Nice comfortable waiting area. They also do state inspections, auto repairs, and service at reasonable prices.Highly recommend!

Leete tire is very professional handles your concerns in a timely manner. Took very good care of my vehicle and kept me posted on updates and inspected my car for other concerns. Chris is very professional and courteous he has A very pleasant demeanor. I am satisfied I only gave 4 stars because I had to wait quite a bit of time for my inspection to get done but I also needed a shim that had to be replaced and they had to order parts but chris made sure he kept getting updates as to where the parts were and how long they think it ll be. I saw they were busy and they indeed take their time to be sure they are getting the job right! I think I ve found my new car shop thanks Leete staff.

Update: after working with the owner on getting the issue addressed at an alternate location (petersburg), i am happy to say that it has been taken care of and was handled professionally. 1 star revised to 3 stars for this review and i will continue to use the other locations.10am appointment to wait for a tire rotation, its now 1145 and still there. Had to check on the status only to be told it would be a few hours longer because if excuses A-Z. No phone call this AM asking me to change appointment time to this afternoon, no concern for the length of time we currently waited. Will not be using this company again. Not sure if this is just a bad location, as commerce road was great previously.
