If I could give them 0 or negative stars , I would do that. They changed my front wheel hub seal of my semi last week ( $570 charge ). After 3 days the hub totally leaked while I was driving and damaged all the bearings and the spindle ending towed and repaired again with hefty bill. So, do yourself a favor and NEVER, NEVER, NEVER enter this shop or you will terribly sorry like me !

The power divider in my truck went out and truck was towed to the shop they got on it right away,they did an excellent job at replacing and ordering the part they had me back on the road within 48 hours at a fair price .Honest folks at this shop .,,great experience very nice people ,thanks Ben,billy and Devon... We'd had a flat in our RV yesterday.(Thanksgiving) We threw our spare on which felt terrible. First thing this morning we called. They had a tire in stock for us, got us in right away. Staff was professional and friendly. Fair price too.Thanks for all the help guys and we appreciate you getting us back on the road quickly and safely.Service: Tires

Our truck's right front brake seized up while we were on our way to TN with our 5th wheel RV on a Saturday afternoon. Both Larry and Jason fixed us up and we got back on the road in a few hours. Great service at a fair price! So grateful we found them! Highly recommend!

Driver had a blowout went there to use these guys. We agreed on a particular tire, come to find out the tire was the wrong size that we agreed on. So the mechanic decided to mount an steer tire on the back drive axle of the truck without asking if it was ok to do that. Which I would have opposed, if he didn't have the right size tire in a drive tire at least consult with the owner instead of making a decision that is not yours to make. I feel like he did that to lock in the sale knowing that we wouldn't want anymore of our time wasted with inaccuracies. Now I'm stuck with a tire that I'm going to have to change when the truck gets back to base. Also when I called him on what he did, he wanted to argue with me telling me how long he has run his shop. Don't matter how long you has run a shop, currently you had a customer that you done wrong, and was trying to correct it by pulling more money out my wallet. Bad business highly not recommended.Service: Tires

I happen to be an officer in a small Trucking company. We recently had a repair done at Winchester Truck Repair, which was fine, but we made this mistake of paying by check. They figured out how to deposit the check TWICE.. Once with Electronic Image, and a 2nd time on Paper.After repeated attempts via email and phone call to get them to fix it, with no response, I contacted my bank. After a few weeks my bank agreed that this was not correct, and credited the extra charge back to our checking account. I thought everything was settled.UNTIL this morning, when i received a letter from a Collection Agent for the Fraudulent Transaction.. I have forbidden my trucks from Going back here and SUGGEST YOU AVOID THEM..TOOAlso ... NEVER WRITE THEM A CHECK!!!!Service: General repairs

I came in due to derate issues with my 15 Cascadia. They went ahead and did a full check up on the truck since I just bought it in June. They found a ton of issues and were able to replace almost all of it under warranty. Saved me thousands of dollars in repairs. Very honest and professional. Gave me strait answers and they delivered on the date they promised. Nick was very helpful. This place was in its 2nd week of business when I showed up. I've been slow about getting this review posted and I'm sorry for that.I took my truck, a 2015 579 Peterbilt, to these guys in late January with transmission issues. They got it right in and diagnosed the problem. Needs to be rebuilt or replaced and as they don't rebuild and said replace it then.I also need a pm and several other minor issues repaired.When I picked the truck up I was pleasantly surprised to get a bill that was less than what was quoted for just the transmission being replaced.I will be using these guys in the future if I'm in the area and need some maintenance. I may even plan to schedule any major repairs with them. I live in central Missouri, near Sedalia and I don't have any shop close to me that I am confident in anymore.

RV blew a belt Sunday morning en route from South Carolina to Upstate New York. They were courteous, honest, and extremely helpful. We were literally stranded until a belt could be found. They hooked me up with towing, even suggested a rental car place nearby, and were very easy to work with. We attempted to work with a competitor, who never returned our calls and were not helpful at all. Highly recommend Winchester Truck Repair!!

These guys really did a number on me with my air dryer.I am pretty sure you know the difference between you're and your. Warning, Don't ever use these guys. Now they have to result to lying.

These guys are top notch bar none. I called them in a panick along I 81 we was out there very fast (imo) he even called to let me know what was going on when it took a little longer then expected. they did everything in there power to get me running again. Working into early morning. The rates are the best around. Customer service like that is hard to find. I will be using them again in the future for sure. Thanks Larry and Tim

In the beginning of the service I was disapointed because They tell us either wait till the next day or we can go ourselves to get the compressor because they didn't have a personnel to get it. So because we don't want to waited we went to get the part 45 miles one way and 45 miles back.Then when we back it was new shift.Was Naly nice girl she make me feel at home . Guy was good also he explain everything on detail !Thank you ! all"We learn everyday"

I cannot say enough good things about this shop- they are professional, well priced and get things done in a timely manner! I have had many bad experiences with other shops, even dealers around the country, but this place gave me hope that there are good, honest shops out there! By far the best shop I have came across in a LONG time- they beat any dealer even by far.Thank you for your services!

On a Wednesday, June 2021: Level 1 inspection at SB scales revealed a cracked spring leaf on tractor. Called them and Logan said it might be Friday before work could begin. What can ya do besides wait, right. Well, about an hour later Ben (shop supervisor) called back and said "Get up here. I'll try to start this evening." Sure enough, he did better than that. He replaced it by 8 PM Logan priced the repair at a very helpful cost. Nothing but great things to say about my experience.

Very knowledgeable folks, good communication & manners. They got me into the bay as soon as I pulled in. They fixed my problem right away, too; young mechanic but obviously very experienced. Restrooms are clean, even. EZ on/off the interstate and BTW they are on the SE side of the street (as of 2016) in back of Ward.

Couldn t jack up a loaded lowboy to change a flat. Argued with me that machine must be unloaded to be able to change and that they didn t hav 6 jacks to do so dispatch had tech leave the job when I was on my way back to help and didn t tell me. I called loves and tire tech came right out and changed tire with 1 jack like a tire tech should with no problems. As everyone knows blowouts and flats occur everyday on loaded lowboys and they get fixed with no problems. I will not call again if I m in the area

Broke down 1/2 mile from this place when hi/lo valve went out. Got in was diagnosed quick. Had to wait on freightliner for parts but the guys were friendly, professional, and knowlegable. They did a couple other things except the valve. Was very happy with the results and price was right about where I thought it was gonna be. Thanks WTR!!
