I received excellent and very fast and prompt service at my last service appointment. I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called. Ben and the staff were very friendly. I was in and out in less than an hour for both an oil change and tire rotation.

I want A-1 Auto this morning for inspection on my Corolla. I was politely received and treated with respect. Inspection was performed by tech john Whitacre and Matt Thomas was my contact at the desk. Friendly and efficient. I have been going thereseveral years now with two vehicles and will be back

Bought a 2017 GMC Denali from them and the motor went bad two years later. Thankfully I had a lifetime warranty but that led to further frustration! Took almost 2 months to get the vehicle back and when I did it still wasn't running properly with the new motor because parts were damaged during new motor install also was handed parts at pick up to put on myself... They offered to finish their job essentially and get the motor running correctly but it was going to cost 1700$ . They've lost any further business from me that's a fact! I've dealt with buy here pay here dealerships that had better customer service and reputation! Highly suggest going elsewhere

Great service all around! Service advisors were friendly and greeted me as I came in the door. Reasonably waiting times if you plan to hang around for the service. I do recommend!

These folks are friendly, courteous, and honest. I brought my car in for an inspection and service on the brake pads and rotors. Bree kept me updated at every step via text messages and Jacob made sure that the price I paid was fully in line with their initial estimate and my expectations. I called Winchester Mitsubishi in a near emergency when I realized my 2 rear tires were on wires and about to go out. Jacob Filbert at the front desk did a absolute great job at helping me find tires that not only were great tires but also managed to fit Into my budget. The install took no time at all, I must have only been there for a total of 20-30 mins the guy in the shop Bryce did a quick and excellent job making sure not to leave a scratch on my nice wheel. Overall a great, friendly and knowledgeable experience, highly recommended going there!

Love going to Mitsubishi for my car care, always a friendly when we walk in and everyone is so nice. Winchester mitsubishi took great care of my car. The only problem I have they should provide a vehicle to go run arrends or to go get something to drink or eat. I think that is a pretty big problem for mitsubishi. I had a kia and chose to go this route they lose to kia on that. Sorry really like my mitsubishi. But have to say that is a service failure.

Randy and Jacob are super friendly and considerate when it comes to knowing exactly what is needed and answering any questions. There has been times when I called just because I was very unsure about when my car needed something and they have always been able to completely explain everything to me and even have given me information that I didn't know before. Went in for my free oil change and within an hour my truck was on the side of the road out of oil. Of course they're denying that they messed up my motor but a Toyota Tacoma has 75,000 miles on it the motor didn't just blow

It looks like there is no mechanics on the service departmentI visit for a problem on my A/C and they just said that there were no problem on it.
